More on the topic of inserting the agreements into ISRAELI LEGISLATION.
This is what a concordat is all about: read it carefully: basically THIS is what the Vatican is trying to obtain from the State of Israel, it seems to me. Do you disagree?

HOW COULD THE JEWISH STATE OF ISRAEL SIGN A CONCORDAT WITH THE CATHOLIC CHURCH, UNLESS THERE ARE SOME OTHER, ULTERIOR, SINISTER DESIGNS, SUCH AS CHANGING THE STATUS OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL FROM A JEWISH STATE TO A VATICAN-ALLIED STATE?
HOW COULD THEY INSERT ANY ITEM RELATED TO THE VATICAN INTO ISRAELI LEGISLATION WITHOUT ATTACKING THE VERY PRINCIPLE OF ISRAEL AS A JEWISH STATE?
