Darling of Neo-Nazi and Holocaust Denial web sites (hat Tip to Israel Medad)
Barry Chamish is best known for the hundreds of his "articles" about imaginary conspiracies that he writes for Neo-Nazi and Holocaust Denial web sites (if you think I am exaggerating, take a look at this) and for his infantile "theories" about the Rabin Assassination (file them under fiction). He has been peacocking around and celebrating the fact that the Nazareth court ruled two years ago that I "libeled" anti-Semite Neve Gordon, a ruling almost completely overturned by the Appeals Court this week. Chamish, who is upset that I debunked his "theory" about the Rabin assassination, even set up a pathetic little web site to smear me and show his own support for Neve Gordon's anti-democratic harassment campaign against me.
Chamish believes that anyone who disagrees with his own infantile "theories" must be part of a global conspiracy. In particular he is part of the "911 Truth" cult, which claims that Israel was really behind the 911 attacks on the US, a theory Chamish likes to spread invented by Neo-Nazi kooks of the sort that blew up Oklahoma City, and that the publishers of Foreign Affairs magazine control the world in a giant "Illuminati" conspiracy.
Chamish had previously been repeatedly convicted in Israel of libeling other people. That, by the way, was real libel, not the make-pretend kind to be found in Nazareth Court, under which disagreeing with a leftist pro-terror anti-Semite is "libel."

Barry Chamish, owner of several internet websites, was ordered Thursday by the Magistrates. Court to pay extreme right-wing activist Itamar Ben-Gvir NIS 36,000 (about $10,000) for referring to the latter as a Shin Bet agent on one of his sites.
Magistrates' Court Judge Oded Shaham ruled that this statement is libelous in nature, and ordered Chamish to pay Ben-Gvir the aforementioned sum in damages. See this for rest of story.

One State Solution vs Two-State Solution?

The Left wants a Rwanda Solution

I have received several requests from people who are not unsure how to answer the question, "Which do you prefer, a Two-State Solution or a One State Solution?"
Let me explain. Israel's Far Left is divided these days between those promoting a "Two State Solution," and a "One State Solution." By "Two State Solution," they mean a situation where Israel is annihilated in stages, after first agreeing to the setting up of a "Palestinian" Arab state in the West Bank and Gaza with some sort of land bridge connecting them and dividing the Negev and a "right of return" for "Palestinian" "refugees." That terror state will then be used to escalate terrorism and rocket attacks on Israel until all the Arab and Moslem armies rush in to aid it in its "defense" against Israeli aggression, and then Israel will be defeated militarily and the Jews exterminated in a new Holocaust.
The "One State Solution" leftists are essentially those who wish to revive the long dead ideas from the 1930s of creating a bi-national state to replace Israel, a predominantly Arab state in which the Jews will have dhimmi second-class status, and in which Jewish sovereignty and self-determination are ended. That is, until the dominant Arabs in the new progressive bi-national state annihilate the Jews in a new Holocaust. By the "One State Solution," the Left obviously does not mean that one Jewish state, Israel, will control all of the Land of Israel west of the Jordan, a "one-state" alternative we all might consider. Actually, what they mean by a "One State Solution" is a "Rwanda Solution," where the Jews end up with the same fate as the losing side in Rwanda.
For years, when asked whether I prefer a "Two State Solution for Two Peoples" or a "One State Solution," I would reply that I am willing to settle for a 23 state solution for two peoples, where the Arabs get to keep their 22 existing states and the Jews get to keep their single state.
But that is losing its edge and many people miss the message in that quip of an answer.
In any case, when people whether you prefer a "Two State Solution" or a "One State Solution," what they are really asking you is which version of the far Left's agenda you choose, where you are not allowed to choose anything other than one of the Left's two "solutions."
So after careful consideration, I have come up with a better answer to that question about one-state vs. two-states. When asked whether you prefer a "Two State Solution" or a "One State Solution," the best answer should be: "That is not the correct question. The correct question is whether we should have a Two-Gallows Solution or a One-Gallows Solution for Traitors."
Should Jewish and Arab traitors both be hanged from the same gallows or from separate gallows? That is the REAL conundrum! There are advantages to each alternative. Hanging them separately might cause anti-Semites to denounce Israel for its apartheid system of gallows. Hanging them together on one set of gallows might cause problems of congestion. After all, so many people will want to come watch the traitors get hanged that highways and parking lots are likely to get jammed up.

The Rocket Blitz

A fascinating question of history is what might have happened had Neville Chamberlain not resigned in May 1940 but continued on as British prime minister, with Winston Churchill never taking command. What would have happened during the blitz as bombs and rockets exploded all over London, killing and maiming men, women and children?
After careful consideration, the following is a virtual history of the London blitz without Churchill:
As the rockets begin to land and explode around London, Chamberlain announces that he recognizes the German Reich and the right of Germany to set up its own state in areas released from Czech and Polish occupation. Britain appeals to Hitler to arrest those enemies of peace who are launching rockets at London. Chamberlain calls to the political leaders of the Reich to denounce the rocket terror and begin negotiations to end the attacks. "If Hitler is not supported and strengthened, an even more radical and violent leader will emerge in Germany."
Hitler insists he is trying his best to stop the violence but is having trouble controlling the radicals who have taken over the German parliament. The British foreign minister agrees. To help calm the situation, the British government agrees to send food and medicine to Germany. The RAF targets and assassinates some Luftwaffe pilots and base personnel, but several German civilians are killed; Britain is denounced for this by the international community and by the British Labor Party.
Hitler speaks at a large rally in Nuremberg and exhorts the masses to remember the martyred German pilots who were killed while dropping bombs on London, and to strive to continue their mission. Chamberlain praises Hitler's speech for exhibiting moderation and restraint. He begins sending small arms to the Germans to help control the anti-peace German underground opposition groups.
During a lull in the bombings, Chamberlain makes a speech in which he says he is more concerned about the invasion of Britain by Hollywood movies than he is by buzz bombs (to be echoed decades later in an Oslo-era speech by Shimon Peres in which Peres would say he is far more worried about the infiltration into Israel of cable television than the infiltration of terrorists).
When more bombs explode, the calls increase inside Britain to strike back at Germany. The British Union for German Human rights denounces this as racism and bigotry.
Chamberlain points out that massive retaliation would be the very worst option possible. Britain must endeavor to make peace with its German peace partners, not feed the fires of hatred. This is the only way to achieve a New Middle Europe, he insists. And besides, if Hitler is not supported and strengthened, an even more radical and violent leader will emerge in Germany.
As more rockets fall, Chamberlain points out that the dead are simply martyrs for peace and Britain must carry on with its peace process, since there is no alternative. A pro-German member of the British parliament travels to Berlin and calls for Britain's annihilation.
Chamberlain allows Oswald Mosley's fascist party to run in the election. Mosley's people exercise hegemony over the British universities and the media.
After more rockets explode, Chamberlain loses his temper and decides to take action at last. He assigns extra police to guard the Underground stations in London. He orders British critics of his peace process to be arrested for criminal incitement against the government, accusing the critics of undermining peace efforts and endangering security. Chamberlain meets with British antiwar poets and writers and they issue an appeal to the British public to remain firm in the face of adversity and continue to strive for peace. Stiff British upper lip and all that.
Chamberlain again appeals to President Hitler, as the legitimate leader of the Teutonic peoples, to arrest those responsible for the rocket aggressions. But he reminds British citizens that the unbearable alternative to negotiations with the Reich would be to send British soldiers back into the territories of Central Europe. Teams of pro-German professors from British universities tour the world demanding a boycott of all commerce and trade with Britain.
More rockets land. Chamberlain proposes speeding up the peace process and disarming the Royal Navy as a show of good will. The representatives of Vichy France come for a state visit, congratulating Chamberlain and the British and German peoples for their devotion to peace in the face of provocation.
Some more rockets land. Chamberlain proposes, as a retaliatory measure, arresting some pro-German spies inside Britain, but British civil rights lawyers appeal to the Court of Appeals and the ruling is overturned. The government considers proposals to turn Stonehenge over to the Germans as a goodwill gesture, since it is a holy shrine for all pagans.
Even more rockets land. The British Peace Now movement notes that there would be no violence at all if the British would just disarm altogether and stop making Hitler feel insecure. Besides, they say, the British should not be occupying Scotland and Wales at all, lands in which they don't belong. Chamberlain opens secret negotiations with Germany to transfer London's East End, Greenwich and Docklands areas to German sovereignty.
Many more rockets land. That's it, yells Chamberlain. The proverbial camel's back is broken. It is time to fight German terror with all means at our disposal. This is the Moral Equivalent Of War, he yells - MEOW, for short. There is no alternative.
We must, he declares, initiate talks with Germany at once so that we can conduct unilateral withdrawal as quickly as possible from Devon and the Midlands.

Peres bagged the Nobel Peace Prize for his peace initiatives with Arafat and Palestinians. Did Neville Chamberlain get a Nobel Peace Prize for this brokered (broken!) peace in the 1940s?

The Tenessee Republicans have published here a report on the anti-Semites who support Obama. It includes:
'On Sunday, Nation of Islam Minister Louis Farrakhan on Sunday likened Obama to a new messiah, calling him "the hope of the entire world." That's the same Louis Farrakhan who has a history of making openly anti-Semitic statements, calling Judaism a "gutter religion," and suggesting that crack cocaine might have been a CIA plot to enslave blacks. Farrakhan, addressing 20,000 people at the annual Savior's Day celebration in Chicago, praised the Democrat presidential candidate, calling Obama "The hope of the entire world that America will change and be made better." He also compared Obama to the founder of Islam, remarking that both had a white mother and black father, according to the Associated Press. "A black man with a white mother became a savior to us," Farrakhan said. "A black man with a white mother could turn out to be one who can lift America from her fall."'
In addition, 'alongside Obama was current University of Illinois-Chicago professor William C. Ayers, who was a member of the Weathermen terrorist group which sought to overthrow of the U.S. government and took responsibility for bombing the U.S. Capitol in 1971.'

This is irresponsible reporting and reflects badly on Mr. Plaut and on Aruz 7. Farrakhan is free to say anything he wants, and he does so. But that doesn't mean Obama agrees with him, just because Farrakhan mentions Obama. In fact, at the last debate with Clinton, Obama said- on national television- that Farrakhan is an anti-semite and that he (Obama) rejects Farrakhan. Obama wants nothing to do with him. Obama denounced (later rejected and denounced) Farakkkhan's SUPPORT and ENDORSEMENT of Obama. He didn't reject him as a person or a leader or a friend. I'm still waiting for that clarification. It is well known that Obama's church awarded Farakkkhan with a momentous honor as man of the year or some such stupidity, and there hasn't been real questioning about that issue to get to the bottom of how Obama feels about that (or about his pastor who gave that award).

Cool Hand Abu-Luke

While the whole country, except for the Olmert government, is concerned about the daily rocket attacks on Sderot, I think we have all been overlooking the obvious solution.
The way to fix things occurred to me while watching a rerun of that Paul Newman film classic "Cool Hand Luke." After making "Exodus," Newman went on to assist the Jewish people when he made "Cool Hand Luke," about prisoners in chain gangs. They are chained to one another by the ankle, and do terrible manual labor, like building roads and moving earth by hand.
Now Sderot has become the Israeli version of Guernica, thanks to the Kadima unilateral capitulation, expulsion, and removal of Israeli control over the Gaza Strip. But the Olmert people do not care a fig because they do not have any friends or relatives who live there. After all, Sderot is nothing but a backward town of low-income blue-collar workers from Morocco, not the sorts with whom the Kadima people fraternize and sip brandy. We might dub this "Failure to Communicate," for those who have seen the movie. And even Amir Peretz, who was once mayor there, lost interest in Sderot when its people voted against him. So here is my idea. Let's take all those jailed "Palestinian" terrorists and security prisoners, those Olmert considers having "blood on their paws" and those he does not, and create chain gangs like those in Cool Hand Luke, employing them around Sderot. Then whenever a Qassam is fired at Sderot, the townies can seek shelter and the chain gangs can stay out on the streets and go on working. We will see how long it takes for the Hamas to resolve Israel's dilemma of what to do with all those jailed terrorists! And if that does not work, we can also employ some chain gangs of leftist post-Zionist professors around Sderot!
Then Israel can solve the problems in Gaza once and for all by setting up large pumping stations to pump sea water into Gaza. Once the entire Gaza Strip is under two meters of sea water, I bet the Qassam firings will end!
And when the bleeding hearts complain, Israel can just blame the flooding on global warming!!

A survey conducted by the Panels Insitute revealed that 64 % of the Israeli public , and half of secular Israelis, want the Temple rebuilt. 97% of respondents know that the Temple was destroyed on Tisha B'Av ( Ninth of Av).
The survey's second question queried the public’s desire to rebuild the Temple. Sixty-four percent responded favorably and 36 percent said no. Analysis of the answers revealed that not only hareidi-religious and other religious Jews want to rebuild the Temple, (100 percent and 97 percent respectively), but also the traditional public (91 percent) and many secular Jews (47 percent) do as well.

... in 1998, the US State Department and intelligence agencies decided to use the Kosovo Liberation Army to get rid of Slobodan Miloševic. "The US agenda was clear. When the time was right they were going to use the KLA to provide the solution to the political problem" – the "problem" being, as Marshall explains earlier, Miloševic’s continued political survival. This meant supporting the KLA’s terrorist secessionism, and later fighting a war against Yugoslavia on its side. Marshall quotes Mark Kirk, a US naval intelligence officer, saying that, "Eventually we opened up a huge operation against Miloševic, both secret and open." The secret part of the operation involved not only things like stuffing the various observer missions which were sent into Kosovo with officers from the British and American intelligence services, but also – crucially – giving military, technical, financial, logistical and political support to the KLA, which, as Marshall himself admits, "smuggled drugs, ran prostitution rackets and murdered civilians." "Bags of money had been brought in for years.... Organisations controlled by George Soros also played a crucial role, as they were later to do, in 2003–4, in Georgia.... The so-called "democrats" were, in reality, nothing but foreign agents."
