UTJ MK: De Facto Building Freeze in Betar Illit
by
(IsraelNN.com) The NU/NRP and UTJ factions submitted a no-confidence measure against the government Wednesday, in view of the ongoing building freeze in Betar Illit.
The factions claimed that "despite the government's announcement that there was no building freeze in Betar Illit, it turns out that on the ground, no building permits are issued in the city. A government with this policy does not deserve confidence."
MK Yakov Cohen told Arutz 7 that the prime minister is using deceptive tactics with regard to his commitments to the Americans and "covering his deeds with a heavy fog."
