מחר יום שלישי י"ח באדר ב' 25/3/08 בבית משפט שלום בירושלים (ליד מגרש הרוסים) תתן השופטת רבקה פרידמן פלדמן את גזר הדין ליקותיאל בן יעקוב , תושב כפר תפוח,שהורשע ב"הסתה לגזענות".
חבריו מארגנים משמרת מחאה מול כותלי בית המשפט בשעה 9:30 בבוקר בזמן הטיעונים לעונש וקוראים לציבור להגיע.
פרטים:
ערב הגירוש קרא יקותיאל בן יעקוב לקיים משאל עם עצמאי. במשאל העם של ארגון "משאלות ישראל" בראשות יקותיאל בן יעקוב הציעו 2 הצעות חילופיות ועשרות אלפי המשתתפים ב"סקר" התבקשו לבחור בין "ההתנתקות של שרון" שפירושה גירוש אלפי יהודים מביתם לבין "ההתנתקות היהודית"- לגרש את הערבים העוינים ולהרחיקם מגבולות ארץ ישראל למנוע פיגועים וירי קסאמים על ערי ישראל.
יקותיאל בן יעקוב הואשם ב"הסתה לגזענות" והורשע. מחר תגזור השופטת את עונשו. העונש הקבוע בחוק בגין העבירה עומד על 5 שנות מאסר.
