Remember the husband of Rachel, the medical secretary I worked with? Once asked to SHOW EVIDENCE, the state suddenly WITHDRAWS ITS CASE: that should tell you something about the perfidy: WHERE IS THE GUILT? This Jew was tortured for nothing, for FUN!

State Withdraws Case Against Hevron Shooter

Sivan 16, 5769, 08 June 09 01:57

The state chose to withdraw its case Monday against Kiryat Arba resident Zev Baruda, who had been accused of unlawfully shooting at an Arab in Hevron. Baruda says he shot in self defense.

Baruda's lawyers had asked the prosecution to provide them with evidence that the Defense Ministry had classified. Supreme Court Justice Elyakim Rubenstein agreed that the government would have to turn over the evidence, after which the state decided to withdraw its case.
