13:45 - HOLY LAND: AN ISRAELI JESUIT IS THE NEW DIRECTOR OF THE CATHOLIC COMMUNITIES OF JEWISH EXPRESSION
The Jesuit father David Neuhaus is the new director of the Catholic communities of Jewish expression in Israel. He was appointed on March 17th by the Latin Patriarch of Jerusalem, Fouad Twal; he replaces the current Custodian of the Holy Land, father Pierbattista Pizzaballa, who has ended his office. The new patriarchal vicar is Israeli, 41 years old, and since 2007 he has been in charge of the community of Haifa. In addition, he teaches Holy Scriptures at the seminary of the Latin Patriarchate in Beit Jala and at the University of Bethlehem. "In Israel, there are many hidden Christians, and we want to help them live in the Jewish culture – says Neuhaus to SIR –, but this takes lots of religious sensitivity and respect for both Jews and Palestinians. Our communities, we have four, in Haifa, Beersheva, Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, can act as a bridge between the different components of this land. In this job, the role of silence and hidden prayer is essential too for the whole Israeli society". Father Neuhaus's office is off to a good start, with Benedict XVI's forthcoming visit: "we asked to have a moment with the Pope – the Jesuit admits smilingly –, but we only want to spend a moment with him, we are not asking for a special moment". There are between 200 and 400 Catholic devotees of Jewish expression in Israel.

Converted at age 26, born in South Africa; my God, what kind of horrible experiences did he have as a Jew there to convince him to become a Jesuit? He should have stayed there!

A RESEARCH FELLOW AT HARTMANN INSTITUTE IN JERUSALEM: WATCH OUT THERE!

A book he wrote: LAND, BIBLE AND HISTORY: touches upon everything we have been discussing. Synopsis

This unique book offers a Catholic view of the Holy Land in the debate that rages among Jews, Christians, and Muslims. Alain Marchadour and David Neuhaus, two biblical scholars and priests living in Jerusalem, clearly analyze the Promised Land—as concept, history, and contested terrain—in Catholic teaching and doctrine. They offer an analytical reading of the entire Christian Bible (Old and New Testaments) with reference to the idea of the Land promised by God. They explore early and medieval attitudes, especially with regard to the Holy Places and the Jewish people. Moving carefully to the present day, they focus on anti-Semitism, the tragedy of the Shoah, Western colonialism in the Middle East, the creation of the State of Israel, and the birth of the Palestinian refugee problem as they examine Catholic reactions to the tumultuous events of the nineteenth and twentieth centuries, particularly the renewal of Catholic thought in the aftermath of the Second Vatican Council. Studying the most recent Church documents, Marchadour and Neuhaus confront the ongoing struggle for peace, justice, and reconciliation in the Middle East.

So here is another Meshumad, JESUIT David Neuhaus, after FRANCISCAN David Jaeger, and CARDINAL Lustiger, who is right in the middle of all this conflict, and ON THE SIDE OF THE CATHOLIC CHURCH OF COURSE.

THIS IS ANOTHER WAY THEY GET US; THEY TAKE CONVERTS, disenchanted with being Jewish, self-hating Jews, now self-hating ISRAELIS, a la Vanunu,  for whatever reason, early childhood experiences, family abuse, who knows,
and turn them into the WORST TROJAN HORSE POSSIBLE AGAINST AM YISRAEL.

Note that all three of these mentioned have been heavily involved in this struggle:

1.FRANCISCAN DAVID JAEGER as a CANON LAW SPECIALIST as far as the FUNDAMENTAL AGREEMENT AND ALL SUBSEQUENT AGREEMENTS.

2. CARDINAL LUSTIGER, WITH HIS ENGAGING PERSONALITY ( RAV STEINSALTZ KNOWS HIM VERY WELL), IN INTERFAITH MEETINGS, DANGLING THE CARROT, and now

3. JESUIT DAVID NEUHAUS, BIBLICAL SCHOLAR, SPECIALIST OF THE HOLY PLACES, FELLOW AT THE HARTMANN INSTITUTE, WROTE A BOOK ON THE STRUGGLE FOR JERUSALEM, NOW IN CHARGE OF CATHOLIC JEWS IN ISRAEL.

WHAT"S GOING ON HERE? WHAT ARE THEY PLANNING?

We have to be aware of this tactic they have.

Specially in view of THIS :

" The Church appeals to the  religious and  civilian authorities of the countries where Christians are a minority,
that they respect their right to practice their cult, to  preach, and to  engage in charity work, without being troubled or stopped".

This came out of the CATHOLIC CHURCH NEWS YESTERDAY, MARCH 26th, 2009 ( from S.I.R.).

Now remember that there was a working meeting of the commission YESTERDAY in ISRAEL.

And they JUST A WEEK AGO, MARCH 19th, INSTALLED THIS NEW "CATHOLIC JEW" as a Trojan Horse right in the middle of Israel, and a JESUIT TO BOOT.

This it typical of sneaky Jesuit tactics: what do they plan next; MASS CONVERSIONS OF ISRAELI JEWS TO CATHOLICISM???

We need to be aware of all this. IT SMELLS VERY BAD.

I don't see what your problem is. So he's a Jesuit priest. So what? There's nothing sneaky or sinister there, no hidden tactics or deceit, no nothing.
One of the things that is sp special about is Israel is that people of every religion are free to openly practice their own religion. Are you suggesting that this is wrong?
They're not threatening anyone. And they are doing good works amongst the people of their minority community.
Enough of this paranoia!
I am a Jew, a believing Jew, who just happens to have known Fr. David Neuhaus personally for many years.
And I can tell you, you are barking up the wrong tree!
