(IsraelNN.com) The Defense Ministry said it is pushing off planned evacuations of start up communities in Judea and Samaria (Yesha) until after the summer vacation, a senior defense official told NRG. After recent investigations by the department indicated growing opposition to the evacuation, Defense Minister Ehud Barak decided on the delay to allow for talks with Yesha leaders, he said.
"The whole issue of evacuations is making progress," he said, crediting efforts on both sides to successfully negotiate solutions. "We want to show that there is another way besides forced evacuations. But if negotiations fail, then we will have to use force to evacuate the areas."
I have to add; Baruch Hashem: G-d has been saving us from the brutes and the thieves this week: He is listening to our prayers. We just have to pray harder....
