Fwd: deterioration of civil liberties in Israel - 104 instances . Please CAREFULLY read below after you look at the list, AND PASS IT AROUND. THANK YOU

Excellent, thank you Jack.

Add to that the Federman CASE, breaking and entering of the police IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT without a warrant, the severe beating of the wife and  children, EXPOSURE OF BABIES TO THE RAIN AND COLD, THE BRUTALIZING OF INFANTS, ETC., THE UNLAWFUL ARREST OF THE PARENTS AND OLDEST GIRL.

Add to that the travesty of Justice where Shmuel Ben Yishai faces PROLONGED ARREST, loss of his civil liberties, and SEVERE TREATMENT, for simply exercising his FREEDOM OF SPEECH.

FASCISM HAS PERVADED THE TREATMENT OFJEWISH SETTLERS OF YEHUDA AND SHOMRON, NOT TO MENTION THE GAZA STRIP REFUGEES. NO JUSTICE, NO HUMAN RIGHTS. WE ARE BEING TREATED AS ENEMY COMBATANTS, NOT AS CITIZENS OF THE STATE OF ISRAEL WITH FULL CIVIL RIGHTS. THIS IS A SITUATION CANNOT BE ALLOWED TO CONTINUE. SOMETHING HAS TO BREAK.

HERE IS WHAT I WOULD SUGGEST. ANY OTHER IDEAS ARE WELCOME.

I. FIRST OF ALL, OF COURSE, NO TAXATION WITHOUT REPRESENTATION, THAT IS SELF-EVIDENT.

II.SECONDLY, THE CRIMINALS RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS STATE OF AFFAIRS HAVE TO BE BROUGHT TO JUSTICE IN SOME COURT. OBVIOUSLY THE ISRAELI COURTS WON'T DO.

A.IT COULD BE A FOREIGN OR INTERNATIONAL COURT OF JUSTICE.

B.IT COULD BE A BEIT DIN, WITH A CHEREM AS CONSEQUENCE FOR ALL THE GUILTY PARTIES.

I WONDER IF THE ''SANHEDRIN" COULD HOLD A FULL BEIT DIN SESSION ON THE ISSUE ( 70 RABBIS), ASKING HAREDI RABBIS TO JOIN THEM, AND CALLING BARAK, OLMERT, LIVNI, THE SHABAK HEADS, THE POLICE CHIEFS, ETC, FOR A BEIT DIN SESSION AND TESTIMONY.

IF THEY ARE MESAREV BEIT DIN, A CHEREM COULD BE APPLIED TO EACH AND EVERY INDIVIDUAL WHO REFUSES TO APPEAR, WHICH WOULD FORCE THE HAREDI PARTIES TO AVOID THESE CRIMINALS COMPLETELY. SO THEY HAVE NO MORE POWER TO ACT.

IF THEY DO APPEAR, THEY CAN BE PUNISHED ACCORDINGLY. A CHEREM IS STILL A POSSIBLE CONSEQUENCE.

RABBIS, WE NEED YOUR HELP!!!

ANY IDEAS WOULD BE APPRECIATED, SPECIALLY IF THEY ARE BEING IMPLEMENTED.

Excellent work, David. Can you put together a similar compilation of the response of the criminal justice system to Arab violence against Jews?
