Rice Returns to the Region Next Week

(IsraelNN.com) US Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice is scheduled to return to the region next week to push negotiations between Israel and the Palestinian Authority, according to PA negotiator Ahmed Qurei (Abu Ala). The talks have been stalled due to the ongoing terrorist attacks on Israeli civilians from PA territories. 

Two suicide bombers from Hevron attacked the Negev city of Dimona last week, murdering a 73-year-old woman and wounding dozens of others. Two brothers were seriously wounded in a Kassam rocket attack on Sderot Saturday night and at least 13 others suffered severe emotional shock, including the boys' mother and their 15-year-old brother.
