Which means two things:

either Olmert has a secret USA citizenship , or residency ( his son owns TWO apartments in NY City, one not far from the UN)

or they pulled him in by force, against CFR rules, thus preparing him for this MOMENTOUS ROLE HE IS PLAYING NOW: BETRAYING ISRAEL.

The rule is, unless you joined as a temporary member - and for that , the maximum age is either 35 or 38, I forgot,-

 you are automatically a LIFE TIME member!

I am a bit surprised about the fact that a rather flimsy character such as olmert was made a member. The CFR seems to have been quite prepared to incorporate No. 34 into their rank a vile... thus indicating that their overall quality is rather... rather.

The X bar must have taken a beating with that one joining.
