Wonderful. So now the Arabs have won, thanks to Olmert.... and to US Jews. This time around , unlike in 1948, it is the Jews who are running away from Israel ( the truth is, can I blame those parents? I'd probably do the same thing)



US Jews Offer to Take Sderot Children

(IsraelNN.com) Hundreds of Jewish families in the United States have offered to host children from Sderot as part of an initiative called "Save Israel's Children."  The program plans to match families in Sderot with families in the US and Canada who are willing to pay for a plane ticket and host a child for an amount of time to be determined by the family and host family.

Batya Katar, the head of the Sderot Parents Association, said that 150 Sderot families have expressed interest in the program.  Katar is reviewing applications from Israeli families, and plans to fly to the US before sending the children.
