(Israelnationalnews.com) A police disciplinary court ruled that two policemen were guilty of brutally beating a 15-year-old teenager from Samaria (Shomron) because he did not show an identification card, which he legally cannot obtain he is age 16. The policemen were fined 1,200 shekels ($315) and found guilty of unnecessary violence, but no criminal charges were filed.
The youth, Yaakov H., was standing at a hitchhiking station in northern Samaria in 2005 when a passing police vehicle stopped and asked him for his identification card. The incident took place during the period that the government ordered authorities to clamp down on protestors against the plan to expel thousands of Jews from their homes in the Gaza region and parts of northern Samaria.
Despite the boy's appeal that the police check his identification through their computer, the policemen dragged him into the vehicle, where they made him lie down on the floor with his feet dangling outside, and beat and kicked him.
Two soldiers, who were at a nearby guard post, and a third soldier who was in the area, testified that they tried to intervene but that the policemen refused to stop beating the boy. The Human Right Committee of the Council of Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria secured the release of the youth and a complaint was filed with police.
The police disciplinary court ruled that although the policemen had the right to arrest the youth and can use force if necessary, “It would have been preferable not to use their authority in this case so long as it was possible to find out details on the youth.”

Preparing for the Real Pandemic - September 20, 2009

Last week, many of the aboriginal people in the remote west coast
village of Ahousaht were innoculated with the tamiflu vaccine. * ( error! DS)Today,
over a hundred of them are sick, and the sickness is spreading.

In the same week, body bags were sent to similarly remote native
reserves in northern Manitoba that have also received the tamiflu
vaccine( error)

On the face of things, it appears that flu vaccinations are causing a
sickness that is being deliberately aimed at aboriginal people across
Canada, and this sickness will be fatal: a fact acknowledged by the
Canadian government by their "routine" sending of body bags to these
Indian villages.

Before you express your shock and denial at the idea that people are
being deliberately targeted and killed, remember that murdering
Indians with vaccinations is not a new or abnormal thing in Canada.
Indeed, it's how we Europeans "won the land", and it's one of the ways
we keep it.

In 1862, Anglican church missionaries Rev. John Sheepshanks and Robert
Brown inoculated interior Salish Indians in B.C. with a live smallpox
virus that wiped out entire native communities within a month, just
prior to the settlement of this native land by gold prospectors
associated with these missionaries and government officials.

In 1909, Dr. Peter Bryce of the Indian Affairs department in Ottawa
claimed that Catholic and Protestant churches were deliberately
exposing native children to smallpox and tuberculosis in residential
schools across Canada, and letting them die untreated. Thousands of
children died as a result. (Globe and Mail, April 24, 2007)

In 1932, B.C. provincial police attempted to lay charges against
Catholic missionaries who had sent smallpox-laden Indian children back
among their families along the Fraser river near Mission, BC. The RCMP
intervened and protected the church, even though whole villages were
wiped out as a result of the church's actions.

In 1969, native children who escaped from the Nanaimo Indian Hospital on
Vancouver Island described being inoculated with shots that caused
many of them to die "with bloated up bodies and scabs all over", to
quote one survivor.

Knowing this history, it's not surprising when Indians on isolated
Canadian reserves start sickening and dying en masse from sudden
illnesses, after receiving flu shots. After all, it's still the law in
Canada, under the apartheid Indian Act, that no on-reserve Indian can
refuse medical treatments or experimentation. So it's small wonder
that these reserves are the places being targeted first to be injected
with untested, unsafe and potentially lethal flu vaccines.

As an entire race of involuntary test subjects, Indians in Canada are
a weather vane for what will befall all of us, and very soon. For the
very techniques and weapons of genocide perfected against aboriginal
people are now being deployed against "mainstream" Canadians.

Under Bill C-6, which is about to pass third reading in Parliament and
become the law, no Canadian will be allowed to refuse innoculations
for the swine flu, despite the fact that it is relatively benign and
mild, and has killed only people who are already immune-compromised.
Indeed, it is astounding that such coercion and dictatorial laws are
being employed to deal with what the chief Canadian Health Officer has
called a "mild seasonal flu".

Clearly, another agenda is at work; but the time to ascertain and
challenge that agenda has all but run out. This coming month, forced
innoculations and imprisonment of those who refuse them may be a
reality across Canada. And for what reason? Clearly, not for public
health, considering the sickness and death caused by previous swine
flu vaccines.

I believe that the real pandemic is about to be unleashed through the
very vaccines being pushed by governments and pharmaceutical giants
like Novartis and Glaxo Smith Kline. The shots will be the cause, not
the cure, of the pandemic. Of course, those in power can disprove this
by simply being the first people to take the swine flu shot: an event
about as likely as these companies forgoing the multi-billion dollar
profits they will reap from the mass vaccinations.

It's indeed ironic that, very soon, many "white" Canadians may be
suffering the same fate that aboriginal people have for centuries.
Perhaps it's fitting. For if we are indeed being targeted for
extermination, or at the least martial law and dictatorship, we
finally can have the chance to shed our complicity in the genocide of
other people, and get on the right side of humanity - simply by having
to fight the system that is causing mass murder.

Memorial Service for Murdered Residential School Children Evokes Literal Storm, and a Response, at the Vatican - Support for International Inquiry Grows

The first public memorial service ever held in Rome for the victims of Catholic Indian Residential Schools, that occurred outside the Vatican on October 11, has evoked literal storms of change in the Roman Catholic church.

Less than a day after the service, a rare tornado struck the centre of Rome and the Vatican. Two days later, senior Vatican officials stated privately that they would meet with Rev. Kevin Annett and The Friends and Relatives of the Disappeared (FRD) from Canada to discuss their demand that the remains of children who died under the care of the Catholic church be surrendered for a proper burial.

Until the October 11 ceremony, the Vatican had refused to respond to the FRD and its letters to the Pope. One church insider recently informed Rev. Annett that the Curia's willingness to meet with him and the FRD represents "a major admission that genocide went on ... the Pope's back is to the wall on this one."

Besides a return of the remains of residential school children, the FRD has called for the Catholic church to surrender the guilty, revoke genocidal papal bulls such as the Inter Caetera of 1493, and appear before an international war crimes tribunal.

Held across from St. Peter's Square following the Pope's weekly Sunday service, the October 11 ceremony was officiated by Rev. Annett, who was commissioned by families of the dead and aboriginal elders in Vancouver to hold the service.

Rev. Annett said prayers for the dead and scattered on the pavement in front of the Vatican water and soil from the site of a mass grave at a Catholic Indian Residential school in Canada.

The service proceeded undisturbed, despite the presence of numerous police and Vatican security forces nearby.

Rev. Annett also conducted a symbolic exorcism during the service, aimed at what he termed the "spirit of anti-Christ and worldliness" that rules the Vatican. 

Rev. Annett splashed sacred water from the land near a residential school on the pavement in front of the Vatican three times as he spoke, and then scattered soil from a mass grave at the same school to the winds, saying,

"We lay these elements of the murdered Indian children to rest, here where their murder was planned, so that their spirits may always be a witness against the Lie that poses as the church of Christ."

The Italian media extensively reported the event and Annett's lectures on genocide in Canada that occurred across Italy.

In response to Annett's trip, several Italian municipal governments have indicated their willingness to sponsor Rev. Annett to return to Italy, and to endorse the FRD's annual Aboriginal Holocaust Memorial Day on April 15, 2010.

Rev. Annett conducted the service as part of a month long speaking tour he conducted in Europe. He spoke to communities in Italy, England and Ireland, including survivors of crimes in Catholic schools and orphanages in Ireland, and screened his award-winning documentary film on genocide in Canadian residential schools, UNREPENTANT.

In the coming months, similar ceremonies will be conducted by Rev. Annett andresidential school survivors at Roman Catholic, Anglican and United churches across Canada. Annett and FRD members plan to return to Europe during late March andApril, 2010.

Dear Professor Engelhard,

A few days ago I spoke to you on the phone, and expressed my serious concerns to you regarding the decision of the Ministry of Health in Israel to administer Focetria and PandemRix, the two adjuvanted H1N1 vaccines respectively from Novartis and GSK, to the unsuspecting population of Israel.

I reminded you of the squalene and polysorbate 80 contained in these vaccines,  and about the dangers of auto-immune reactions, neurotoxicity, and infertility that these vaccines present. You responded to me that you were well aware of the dangers involved, but that you and your panel of physicians , specialists in their respective fields, had decided that benefits outweigh the risks, based on worldwide mortality statistics due to the H1N1 virus.

Professor Engelhard, please let me remind you of the following facts ( I have included one or two references for each topic, but there are many, many more, some peer- reviewed, some not. Time is of the essence and unfortunately I do not have time to include them all at present).

1.The statistics presented by the CDC and other monitoring bodies are severely distorted: the proven number of deaths due to the actual H1N1 virus is much smaller than previously reported: most cases were of patients who died of underlying, concomitant conditions, yet were labeled as H1N1 related deaths. Furthermore, a large number of so-called H1N1 cases were never actually proven to be such, cases counted even including phone calls made to doctors by patients worried they might have the H1N1 virus.

The combination of squalene and polysorbate 80 in a buffered solution has been shown to be an excellent anti-fertility combination, in anti-fertility research performed by scientists for the W.H.O., who were assigned the job of developing anti-fertility vaccines to reduce world population. Giving these vaccines to our young population is tantamount to sterilizing them.

I understand that, in accordance with W.H.O. directives, and with Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu's agreement, the goal of the Ministry of Health is to inject the WHOLE POPULATION OF ISRAEL WITH THESE DEADLY VACCINES by December 31st.

I urge you to cancel the decision to use PandemRix in our children ages 3-10, and desist as well from using Focetria in the rest of our population. Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu on Monday kicked off the national swine flu immunization campaign, the first such in Israel.  It is intended gradually to reach the entire population. The swine flu shots will be given for free. ( HOW GENEROUS! YOU MEAN WE WON'T HAVE TO PAY FOR OUR OWN MURDER??? DS) Netanyahu called upon Israelis to get immunized in the order determined by the Health Ministry. In the first phase: medical personnel, the chronically ill over the age of 65 and parents and relatives of premature babies and infants in the high-risk group up to the age of six months, who cannot themselves be immunized.   At the launch press conference, Netanyahu said that "the goal is that Israel's citizens will enjoy the protection given by the immunization. It is the government's role to budget resources, and we have decided to fund the injections and give up other expenditures. Now it is the citizen's role to get immunized and observe the rules of hygiene. I believe we will get through this winter successfully. The Health Ministry says people in a high-risk group who have been diagnosed in a lab test as definitely ill with swine flu need no immunization - they are considered immunized. On Monday, immunizations began at general hospitals around the country, and today the distribution will be expanded to the four health maintenance organizations alongside the seasonal flu campaign that began in October. Netanyahu held dozens of meetings before purchasing the swine flu immunizations and also led the government in an across-the-board budget cut of NIS 2 billion, about a quarter of which has been allocated to cover the costs of the seasonal and swine flu immunizations. Netanyahu said he worked his personal connections with Novartis CEO Daniel Vasella and phoned him personally to accelerate the delivery of the company's vaccine to Israel.  Oh, so he is friends with the CEO? I wonder how come. Where did he meet him, at the last BILDERBERG MEETING ??? In the United States long lines stretched out from clinics during the first days of the immunization campaign. Dr. Eitan Hai-Am, the ministry's director general, says: "The working assumption is that not everyone will show up for the shots on a single day but rather people will come gradually, and we have obtained the necessary stock of immunizations." In parallel, the Health Ministry has initiated a survey to assess the side effects of the immunizations. As of now, the hospitals and HMOs are dispensing the Focetria vaccine manufactured by Swiss Novartis and the Pandemrix vaccine made by the British GSK company. "There is no difference between the immunizations," notes Prof. Dan Engelhard, who heads the epidemic team that advises the ministry. Within two weeks, says the ministry, the second stage of the campaign will begin. Pregnant women and chronically ill children between the ages of six months and three years will be called upon to get the immunization. This will happen after the arrival of a shipment of vaccine from the French company Sanofi-Pasteur, without the adjuvant present in the two vaccines now being administered. The adjuvant, an additive that boosts the efficacy of a dose, has been approved for use in the immunizations in Europe but has not been approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration in the swine flu vaccines marketed in the United States. Engelhard made it clear on Monday that "the FDA has not approved the vaccine with the adjuvant because it had not been asked to do so. We see no problem with this vaccine." The Health Ministry estimate is that by December 31, some 2.3 million doses of vaccine will have arrived in Israel and during the course of December the national immunization campaign will be expanded -   all Israelis will be called upon to be immunized against swine flu.  - YOU MEAN, THE FINAL SOLUTION???-DS At Monday's press conference, Deputy Health Minister Yaakov Litzman hastened to make it clear that the swine flu immunization campaign had not been delayed for a few days because of public relations considerations, and that immunizations had been given in recent days as needed. On Monday Haaretz reported an outbreak of swine flu at the Alyn Pediatric and Adolescent Rehabilitation Center in Jerusalem, following which the ministry decided to go ahead and immunize about 200 hospitalized children and teens as well as the medical staff there on Sunday, before the official launch. In the coming days, the Health Ministry's swine flu and seasonal flu immunization policy will be discussed in the Knesset Health Committee, in the wake of the Haaretz report that parents here are not immunizing their children against seasonal flu.
