... And not only in children: this story has to be told!
As a physician it is my OBLIGATION to fight psychiatric drug tyranny; I know first hand those drugs' ill effects; just recently I was faced with a similar case with Risperdal in the U.S.; others can testify to this.
The Soviets used psychiatry to control the population and punish dissenters; we have to be forever vigilant that this not happen to us.
View the documentary below too, if you can find the time: you will never touch psychotropic drugs again, and neither will you let anybody in your family touch those products again ( unless somebody is profoundly psychotic or manic-depressive, in which case I would reconsider).
About Dr. Thomas Szasz: a brilliant and popular professor, rejected by the medical establishment for his views - of course; it sounds so familiar!
Here below is a very interesting interview of him. His biography reminds me a little bit of my own! Strangely enough, I still remember a close and much older friend of my mother's, a Mme Szasz, and her delicious Viennese pancakes: my mother tended to her when she became very old and lonely; my parents also came from Budapest, and I read here that Dr. Szasz's older brother lived in Switzerland; I suspect that the Szazs's I knew and Dr. Thomas Szasz were related; my parents and his family must have been friends... small world. Even though he was(is?) an assimilated Jew, he is profoundly spiritual, and has a typical Jewish approach to the mind, the soul, and personal responsibility. I would like to meet him one day, B"H.

‘WHY ARE WE SILENT?’ HARAV MOSHE WOLFSON ASKS?!!!
By Yochonon Donn BROOKLYN – Harav Moshe Wolfson, shlita, spoke Tuesday night in a rare mid-week assembly for his kehillah, Emunas Yisroel in Boro Park, asking bluntly why there is no greater uproar within the community over the potential for war over Iran’s nuclear ambitions. “Why are we quiet? Where is the awakening? Why is everyone so apathetic?” asked Rav Wolfson, who is also mashgiach of Yeshivah Torah Vodaath. “Everyone is busy with narishkeiten, we don’t hear the alarm? We don’t know that we have to pierce the heavens for rachamim from the Ribbono Shel Olam?” Rav Wolfson told the packed beis medrash of nearly 1,000 people that the potential for a war encompassing Iran, Israel, Europe and the United States over the next few weeks is a real one, and Klal Yisrael must prepare itself spiritually. “Everyone knows that there is currently a growing danger from Iran – and it is a great error for whoever does not know this,” Rav Wolfson said. “Why should a Yid not know what is happening to [other] Yidden? Everyone must know what is happening in regard to other Yidden. Everyone must know what is happening in Eretz Yisrael.” Rav Wolfson began talking this past Shabbos about the dangers from the Iran crisis, when he stopped and said that it was not a subject to discuss on Shabbos. He said he would continue the topic during the week. The last time he called for a special asifah during the week to discuss current events was in 1991, prior to the Gulf War. Rav Wolfson started his address, which was carried live by Kol Halashon, with the famous Rambam, who writes that it is a mitzvah to daven during troubled times. “If you don’t daven,” the Rambam says, “then it is a cruelty, since it will get worse.” “The leader in Iran says clearly – he repeated it this week – that he wants to kill, Rachmana litzlan, every Yid in the world, just like Haman,” Rav Wolfson said. “If he will be successful, chas v’shalom, in getting the nuclear bomb – and experts says he will have it by the summer – it will be a great danger for Klal Yisrael.” “A good part of the world’s Jews live in Israel, and the government there says that they will attack Iran first, before they could get the nuclear bomb. If that happens, everyone knows that that will cause a world war.” Rav Wolfson said that he heard that Harav Yosef Rosenblum, Rosh Yeshivah of Yeshivah Shaarei Yosher, spoke recently about the crisis with Iran – he said that during this eis tzarah, “Hashem is judging us on every klal and on every prat.” Rav Wolfson quoted the Pesikta, who says that the year when Moshiach will come all nations will battle each other. The spark that will set it off, according to the Medrash, will be when the king of Paras – which is modern-day Iran – will threaten “Arabia,” presumably Saudi Arabia, such as is happening today. Arabia will go for an alliance with Edom – the culture of Edom is today’s Western world, Europe and United States. Paras will then destroy the world and the Yidden will be thrown into turmoil. Hashem will then say: “Do not fear, the time for your Geulah has come.” Rav Wolfson noted how eerily similar this Medrash is to what is occurring today. “We don’t have to be in a panic,” Rav Wolfson said, “Hashem will perform miracles for us. But efsher takeh. Maybe the time for the Geulah has arrived. We must prepare for the Geulah.” Rav Wolfson said that since the Holocaust, Hashem has performed great miracles for the Yidden. Eretz Yisrael, which today hosts most of the world’s Yidden and most of the Torah world, merited supernatural siyatta diShmaya during its wars. When the Palestinians shoot missiles from Gaza, they land mostly in empty areas and cause little damage. When then-Iraqi dictator Saddam Hussein shot 39 Scud missiles during the Gulf War, only one Yid was killed – that man had previously received a klalah from the Chazon Ish. “This a hashgachah niflaah that is reserved only for Yidden who learn Torah, who keep the mitzvos and who will ultimately do teshuvah,” Rav Wolfson said. “Hashem wants to do nissim for us. Israel is surrounded by 300 million Arabs and we are still there; that means Hashem wants to do yeshuos. We must prepare for yeshuos.” But just like Eliyahu had to daven on Har Hacarmel even though Hashem had already promised to bring rain, Hashem still wants the tefillos of Klal Yisrael today, even though He had promised to bring yeshuos. In order to qualify for these miracles, Rav Wolfson said, we must strengthen in Torah, tefillah and chessed. He specifically suggested saying Tehillim 46 every day, adding that he is asking his own kehillah to have the kapitel printed out and stuck to the back of every siddur. During the Suez campaign in 1956, the Belzer Rebbe asked that people say that particular kapitel, since it is a segulah to prevent warfare. “Everyone has to be mispallel that Klal Yisrael should be saved from chevlei Moshiach, that he and his family should be saved,” he said. Rav Wolfson also spoke about kevias ittim for Torah, not interrupting even “if the cell phone rings.” “I heard from the Lubavitcher Rebbe, zt”l, that when a Yid sits down to learn it should be like Shabbos,” Rav Wolfson said. “That is the only time that one is pattur from work.” “In a beis medrash it is Shabbos. … If someone interrupts his learning and he picks up the phone, he brings the marketplace, he brings the office into Shabbos. He is mechallel the Shabbos.” But above all, Rav Wolfson said, Yidden should keep in mind that we live in momentous times, and we should prepare for the upcoming era with emunah and bitachon. “In the next couple of weeks there will be news,” Rav Wolfson said, “and with the help of Hashem, it will be good news for Yidden.”
We are Awaiting a Miracle
The world situation today, with Iran heading nuclear and threatening war, is ominous. Israel, as
usual, is its target for destruction and the Jewish people are in grave danger. We need a miracle in
order to survive and are guaranteed that Hashem will make one for us.
Achashveirosh was a wicked and anti-Semitic king. At first he reigned over seven nations so
the Jewish people were able to escape to the other one hundred and twenty sovereignties of the globe.
Then he was king over twenty seven nation, and the Jewish people were squeezed out of those
additional twenty countries. When he became king over all the one hundred and twenty countries of
the world, the Jewish people had nowhere to flee and therefore, Hashem had to perform a miracle for
them.
We are heading toward the great days of Adar and are confident that we will soon sing a song
to Hashem in gratitude for his miraculous salvation
The Shira of Yisro - Introduction.
When Yisro heard of the miracles that Hashem performed for the Jewish people, he joined
them in the wilderness. There, he observed that Moshe Rabbeinu, his son-in-law, sat alone judging and
teaching the people all day. The people had to stand and wait many hours in order to seek out the word
of G-d.
Yisro advised Moshe Rabbeinu that he set up a hierarchal system of judges in order to lighten
his load and make it easier for the people. With the approval of Hashem, Moshe Rabbeinu set up this
system.
Why was the hierarchal system of judges instituted through the advice of Yisro and not
commanded directly by Hashem to Moshe?
The Gemara relates that Pharaoh consulted with three advisors to assist him in developing a
plan to weaken the Jewish people. These were Bilam, Iyov, and Yisro.
Bilam advised Pharaoh in the enslaving and mistreating of the Jews. As a punishment, he was
later killed by the sword in a battle against the Jews. Iyov was silent; he did not agree but did not
protest. He was therefore made to endure terrible suffering. Yisro fled to avoid participating and was
consequently rewarded that his descendents were part of the Supreme Court that was situated in the
Bais HaMikdash.
There are a few difficulties with this Gemara. First of all, what was Yisro’s motivation in
fleeing? We may assume that he did not have to escape because Pharaoh would kill him for being
silent on the subject of the Jewish people because we see that Pharaoh did not kill Iyov for his silence.
During the second Temple era, Agripas, a king of non-Jewish descent, reigned. When he read
the Torah publicly and reached the verse “You cannot place upon yourselves a stranger ,” Agripas cried. The sages calmed him by saying, “You are our brother, you are our brother.”
Tosfos notes that, although the sages could not have protested, they should have remained
silent. From this Tosfos we deduce that if one cannot protest a wrongdoing, he fulfils his obligation of
protesting a transgression by remaining silent.
This makes it difficult to understand why Iyov’s silence did not suffice and he was made to
suffer for not registering protest.
Yisro Separated Himself from an Evil Alliance
It is wrong to be part of an association that executes evil. Iyov should have separated himself
from Pharaoh’s advisory board when it became the tool for torturing the Jewish people.
That is why Yisro was not satisfied with merely remaining silent and fled Egypt. He would not
be part of an evil alliance.
He left his prestigious position as renowned diplomat of a world Super Power and became a
simple priest whose daughters were subject to harassment. He willingly paid the price of not being part
of an evil alliance.
Yisro’s Reward – ‘Middah Keneged Middah’ (Measure for Measure)
As an appropriate reward for refusing to be part of the advisory board of the Egyptian king,
Yisro merited serving as an advisor for Moshe Rabbeinu, the Jewish king. He is the only man that the
Torah quotes saying to Moshe Rabbeinu ‘I will advise you.’
Yisro refused to be part of a coalition that advised Pharaoh to place upon the Jewish people
Egyptian task masters – rulers of a foreign ethnicity. He was therefore rewarded that he merited
advising Moshe Rabbeinu that the Jewish people should choose – from their own brethren – worthy
men that would lead them.
For declining to participate in implementing plans to make life harsh for the Jewish people,
Yisro merited counseling Moshe to implement a system of judges that would make obtaining the law
of Hashem easier for them.
Yisro refused to cooperate with Pharaoh’s enslavement of the Jewish people for the purpose of
building treasuries. His descendents were appointed to be in charge of the treasury in the Bais
HaMikdash
.
Pharaoh aroused the irrational fear that the Jewish people would join the enemy in the event of
war. Yisro refused to buy into it and develop preventative measures. He was rewarded that his children
were part of the Supreme Court, whose authority the army required in order to wage war against the
harassers of the Jewish people.
Yisro was rewarded ‘Middah Keneged Middah’ – measure for measure. For every aspect of his
self-sacrifice he was received a corresponding reward.
Every Creature has its Song
Every Jew has a unique task and mission on this world according to the essence of his soul just
as each angel has its unique mission. An angel sings an exclusive shirah (song) to its Creator when it
fulfils its task. A person, too, has a shirah that he sings to Hashem in consonance with the unique
essence of his soul and exclusive task.
Furthermore, every creature has a unique reason for existence. It has an angel in heaven
corresponding to it that sings its song to the Almighty as it fulfils its task. The fruit bearing tree and the
barren tree, wildlife and domestic animals, insects and flying birds; every creation has its specific role
in the world and praises its creator through its angel in heaven with a shirah unlike that of any other.
Each person is inspired to sing shirah to Hashem by a different phenomenon, in accordance
with his essence. He will be aroused to sing his exclusive song by a stimulus specific to his soul.
The Shirah of Yisro
What plucked the harp strings of Yisro’s neshama? What was the stimulus for his shirah?
He was aroused in praise of the Almighty when he noticed how He punishes evildoers in
accordance to their misdeeds with astounding accuracy. In the very same manner that the Egyptians
abused the Jewish people, they were made to suffer. The Egyptians drowned Jewish babies and were,
therefore, drowned themselves; they did not allow them a moments rest to even scratch themselves and
were tortured by itchy creatures for a week; etc.
He exclaimed, “Now I know that Hashem is greater than all the Gods, for in the manner that
[the Egyptians] plotted against them [they were punished].”
By discerning the precise correlation of the punishment to the crime, Yisro understood that
Hashem is not just the Creator from a distance, but is intimately involved in and guides the affairs of
this world.
Yisro was aroused to praise Hashem by observing the way He conducts the world ‘Middah
Keneged Middah.’ This was because Yisro was a soul closely attuned to the divine attribute of
‘Middah Keneged Middah.’ Therefore, he was rewarded in a manner noticeably ‘Middah Keneged
Middah,’ as described above.
In studying the parsha, we first come across Yisro being aroused to praise Hashem upon
discerning the exactitude of his repayment of the actions of man. This introduces the chapter of Yisro
advising Moshe to institute a judicial system, which he merited ‘Middah Keneged Middah,’ for his
self-sacrifice. This incident was the beginning of a long series of rewards beginning with Yisro himself
and continuing on for many generations. This was his reward for separating himself from a coalition
that plotted evil against the Jewish people.
Finding Our Unique Mission
Every person was created to fulfill a task and mission that only he can accomplish. He draws
near to his creator from a unique perspective.
We have to try to discover what our unique aspect in the service of Hashem is. We are
guaranteed that if we honestly seek to find out what our specific mission is, and if we ask Hashem for
assistance, then He will guide us in uncovering what our role in Judaism is.
Fortunate is the man who fulfils his task on this world. He will merit singing his unique shirah
to his creator all his life.

Could the two be connected? Could the critical state of Rav Eliashiv have something to do with these new expressions of belief in the coming Geulah? Could it finally direct the Chareidi mind away from irrelevant hair-splitting debates, away from loving the fleshpots of Egypt, (speaking of the Chareidim who reject Eretz Yisrael and prefer to stay where they are), and towards what really counts?
And then there was a recent public statement, which amounts to a earthquake for this insular community, by a Gadol of the Chareidi world, Rav Edelstein, - true to his name, Edelstein / gem, a gem of a Rav:
Rav Edelstein Shlita: We Deserve What We Are Getting
(Wednesday, January 4th, 2012) Ponevezh Rosh Yeshiva HaGaon HaRav Gershon Edelstein Shlita spoke out regarding the nationwide anti-chareidi climate in Israel. The rav addressed a number of people in his home, and his words were conveyed to Kikar Shabbat, which reports the rav spoke of Kamtza Bar Kamtza and the sinas chinam which led to the great destruction. The rav spoke of the severity of the hate campaign which all emerges from the sinas chinam, which may also lead to dire consequences.“The hate comes from sinas chinam, but it is explained by chilonim as being the result of one thing or another, telling the chareidi tzibur it must make a tikun in one area or another. While it is true that they are inciting for their own reasons but for us, we must realize that this is what we deserve and we must mend our ways.

The Chareidi heart is opening up to the rest of Am Yisrael, for all of us to see. Baruch Hashem.

Is the Shin Bet Using Extortion to Recruit New Agents?
Johnathan Drori of Yitzhar says the Shin Bet barred him from Yesha, but offered to rescind the order if he cooperated with them.

Yitzhar
Flash 90
Drori told Arutz Sheva that there is no reason for the order other than to bring pressure on his grandfather, who was told it would be rescinded if he cooperated with the Shin Bet.
"Three weeks ago, at three o'clock in the morning, they knocked on our door and told me I had 72 hours to depart Judea and Samaria. The Shin Bet agent told me that anyone who thinks he will act like a hero is 'screwed.'"
"They told me that I had been ordered out of Judea and Samaria for six months, but to avoid financial liability for costs incurred, they allowed me to stay in Ma'aleh Adumim," Drori said.
Drori, who works for the Talmud Torah in Yizhar, said he does not understand why he was targeted for the order or how they can be given without a hearing.
"We're a couple with two children," Drori said. "I make a living teaching in a Talmud Torah and learn from the Kollel Rabbis in Yitzhar. I built with my home with my own two hands."
"But now I am barred from my home, my work, and from school. I have not done anything! Why was I given this restraining order? We were not even given a chance for an appeal," Drori added.
Drori, who is visiting with his parents in Hispin in the Golan Heights, is currently considering whether his family wants to return to Judea and Samaria.
"Last Saturday, before the restraining order was given, we visited by wife's parents home for the last time. Today, I ask myself whether to return to Samaria and receive more government abuse and more restraining orders."
Drori said his grandfather was told by Shin Bet officials that they would cancel the restraining order in exchange for Drori's cooperation.
"The Shin Bet called him right after I got the restraining order and offered to cancel the order, if he talks with me," Drori said. "My grandfather always wanted to be bridge for all sides of Israel. For this purpose, he met with the Shin Bet's Jewish Department - and also met with Rabbi Shapira."
"I explained to him this put both of us in a dangerous and untenable position," Drori said. "He supports me. He informed me that after his consultation with Rabbi Shapira that he concluded the restraining order was issued so that he could intevene and I would be beholden to the Shin Bet."
"Maybe they wanted to recruit me in exchange for cancellation of the order. I explained all this to Grandpa and he said he understands," Drori said. "Since we have not heard of them, we assume they have listened to our phones and realized that there was nothing to discuss."
Drori said he believes arbitrary restraining orders may be a new pressure recruitment tactic for the ISA, "After Zvi Sukkot of Yitzhar received a restraining order, the Shin Bet made an appointment and told him he might be the order was issued 'by mistake' and they would be willing to cancel it if he would speak with them."
"If it was a mistake why does he have to talk with them?" Drori asked. "Maybe this is their new way to recruit people."
In early January, state officials openly told the Knesset Law and Justice Committee that they were actively pursuing an extra-judicial policy in Judea and Samaria.
Haim Rahamim, head of the investigations and intelligence wing of the Judea and Samaria District in the West Bank, admitted to the committee that the Israel Police had been unsuccessful running undercover officers in the region and struggled to obtain sufficient evidence to make their cases in court.
Ministry of Justice representative Attorney Karen Dahari openly admitted nationalist activists had been systematically targeted with extrajudicial orders when police failed to make their cases in court.
"There is a phenomenon of violence in Judea and Samaria," Dahari told the committee. "We have a problem obtaining evidence and therefore we use distancing and administrative orders."
Senior Assistant State Attorney Shlomi Abramson tried to defend the practice of using extrajudicial orders against citizens who had not been convicted of a crime by an impartial court.
"As long as the law allows it we have a right to use them," Abramson said. "Administrative orders are a tool for the prosecution and are established precedent."
"There is no system of oversight controlling the prosecution, but these orders are not just given a rubber stamp," Abramson claimed.Committee chair MK David Rotem told the officials "It may not be nice to say, but this is a clear violation of human rights."
Rights observers note that issuing extrajudicial orders against citizens merely suspected of criminal acts is a gross violation of the fundamental right to due process and a common tactic employed by totalitarian police states.
Shin Bet officials declined to comment on Drori's case when Arutz Sheva sought to question them about it.
Thank you for publishing this, Arutz 7. I commend you on your courage. (This is nothing new, by the way; what is new is determined public exposure of these tactics; maybe there is less fear in the air?)
May you continue to expose the ills of this society, which absolutely have to be expunged together with its sick elements, if we are going to have a country worthy of its calling.
May you continue to expose the ills of this society, which absolutely have to be expunged together with its sick elements, if we are going to have a country worthy of its calling.

Netanyahu says Goodbye to Beinisch
Prime Minister thanks controversial Supreme Court president for "long, courageous" and "wonderful" service.

Retired SC President Beinsich
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu bade farewell to outgoing Supreme Court President Dorit Beinisch Sunday, in a meeting attended by all of the Supreme Court judges, including the new President, Judge Asher Grunis.
"I wanted to thank you on behalf of the Nation of Israel and the State of Israel," he said, "for your long, courageous and important service, in safeguarding the Supreme Court. You did it wonderfully, in a period that was not simple, under arrows of criticism. That is not easy for anyone but it is especially difficult for judges because they usually lack the platform for responding directly. But I think you stood your ground in a very impressive manner."
Netanyahu added: "I think the independence of the court is built-in and essential. In Israel, the court was, is and will remain independent. All attempts to bring things that harm the independence of the court are destined to fall. I shoved aside every proposal that was meant to hinder or curtail the courts' independence.
Netanyahu also congratulated the new Supreme Court President, Judge Asher Grunis. "You are carrying on a fabulous tradition and legacy – there is no other word but fabulous – which is an essential element in our national existence."
Agreement Reached on Migron
Alternative structures will be built at permanent site not far from Migron. IDF may keep existing structures.

An agreement has been reached in the negotiations between residents of Migron and Minister Benny Begin regarding the planned eviction of residents and demolition of the structures that have been built on the site. Alternative structures will be built at permanent site not far from Migron, and the IDF will "consider positively" leaving existing structures intact.
Arutz Sheva has learned that the agreement will make it possible for residents to peacefully leave the site and avoid confrontation with demolition forces. The agreement is the result of negotiations in which the residents were represented by Attorney Yaakov Weinrot and Binyamin regional authority head Avi Roeh, vis-à-vis the government as represented by Minister Begin.
Roeh sent a letter to Min. Begin Sunday in which he enumerated the agreements reached and expressed support for them, on his own behalf and on behalf of the residents of Migron.
The compromise is based upon a statement by Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, according to which alternative structures will be built at a permanent site on state lands, near Migron. The land upon which Migron currently resides will be handed over to the IDF Civil Administration, which will "consider positively" the continued use of structures that were built on plots that were owned by Arabs who left the Land of Israel long ago and can no longer claim them.
As for structures built upon plots that Migron residents claim ownership to – their future will only be decided after the courts decide in the matter.
The alternative site will be in the Yekev (Vineyard) area about two kilometers away from the present site, and the families will only move there after completion of construction work there.
The government will ask the High Court to approve the compromise. Meanwhile, the Civil Administration will tour the Vineyard site to prepare for implementation of the compromise agreement.
The timing of the compromise may be connected to the fact that as of yesterday, the Supreme Court has a new president. The former president, Judge Dorit Beinisch, was unyielding on Migron.

Dichter: Israel Must Ready for Syrian Alawite Refugees
Member of Knesset Avi Dichter of Kadima warned on Saturday that Israel must prepare itself for an influx of Syrian Alawite refugees following the inevitable fall of Syrian President Bashar Assad. Speaking at an event at the Tel Aviv Museum on Saturday, Dichter explained that once Assad, an Alawite, is ousted from power, the country's Sunni majority will begin a mass execution of the minority Alawite sect.

B"H
Dear friends,
Shavuah Tov.
Based on all the information I have gathered until now, which you can find in the posts listed above, I have come to the inescapable conclusion that NATO, together with the U.S. of course, which is part of it, and in collusion with the current leadership of the state of Israel, which is working closely with it as well, intends to invade Syria, TAKE THE GOLAN, AND ALLOW THE ALAWITES INTO ISRAEL. The latter item had been stated by IDF Chief of Staff Benny Gantz on January 10, 2012, then denied by the IDF following massive outrage, but was confirmed again tonight, one month later, by none other than Avi Dichter, ex Shabak head, Kadima MK, and Brookings Institute researcher ( Brookings is affiliated with the CFR). Now again, allowing the Alawites into Israel means to me, - based on NATO, the UN, the US, and the Vatican's ultimate goal, which is to evacuate Judea and Samaria, divide Jerusalem, and take control of it, - letting those 20,000 +- ALAWITE ASSASSINS, THE SHABIHA, INTO ISRAEL. It is clear, from everything you have read so far, that mercenary armies are the fashion of the day, a convenient and politically expedient front behind which criminal sovereign countries can hide their murderous dirty deeds. See all the previous posts linked above for proof of what I am saying.
This seems to me to be a deliberate and gradual attempt to brainwash the Israeli public into resigning itself to a supposed "inevitability", which will only be inevitable if the government of Israel so chooses.
This seems to me to be a deliberate and gradual attempt to brainwash the Israeli public into resigning itself to a supposed "inevitability", which will only be inevitable if the government of Israel so chooses.
Are we going to allow these cold-blooded murderers, these horrible criminals, these Amalekites, into our country? Isn't there going to be massive outrage, won't there be massive demonstrations against this? As I have told you, the proof of this plan is in the posts above, if you bother to read them carefully. The plan originated from NATO and is being fulfilled as we speak. And remember that NATO and the UN are working hand in hand, and they work hand in hand with the Vatican - proof provided as well in the above articles from last year.
There is a lot more to talk about the plans of the Vatican, but right now I do not have either the time or the energy to put all this together. However believe me that it is very well planned, they know exactly what they are doing, and Bibi is cooperating with them fully.
Please do not be blinded, see what they are preparing for us. Open your mouths, stand up for Am Yisrael, stand up for Eretz Yisrael.

P.S.:
See below, in the Comments section, about the planned news black-out by CNN, coming out of Washington no doubt, - if the story holds - simultaneously with the planned invasion by the monsters; why am I being reminded of Hitler's news blackout? Of the New York Times' silence, etc. etc.?? It was of utmost importance for Hitler to do his Jew killing secretly. Hitler's heirs have learned their lesson very well, and they will make sure that this time again, the Jew killing is not being broadcast to the world; there are still a few Americans and decent people in the world, not to mention the all important Jewish American voters, who would be quite outraged to see -again! - the intended massacre of Jews the U.S. is actively cooperating with.
CNN is now denying ill intent, but names have been named, dates have been given; so if it walks like a duck, quacks like a duck, is it, or is it not a duck? See about the CNN disclaimer in the Comments section.

Pure terror, pure intimidation. Thank God cruel and corrupt Dorit Beinisch/Jezebel will soon be relegated to the dustbin of history, where I hope she rots forever..... counting the days!
איזבל! Jezebel!
Shabbat Shalom. Besorot Tovot, good tidings to come. I was told that Shvat stands for '"Shenishm ah Besorot Tovot". Two great pieces of news since Tu Bishvat - first the Hamodia article, now this - is the tide turning?
Here below, first the not so good that just happened; but then, the very good!
Overkill Charged in Kfar Tapuach Arrests
Police arrested two young women, 20,from Kfar Tapuach for suspected vandalsim in what friends and neighbors call 'harassment'
By Gavriel Queenann
First Publish: 2/10/2012, 12:08 P
A force of some 15 police and Shabak Israel Security Agency officers raided a home in Kfar Tapuach shortly before midnight last night and dragged two young women out into the night.
The detainees were identified as Moriah Goldberg, 20, of Kfar Tapuach, and Orian from Migron, also 20. Orian's last name was not immediately available. Moriah's parents, Lenny and Yael, said police gave no explanation for the young women's arrest at the time.
However, the Samaria and Judea District police announced, Friday, that they had arrested "three youths" from Jerusalem and Samaria (Shomron) on suspicion they caused damage to property in the building-supplies store belonging to a resident of village of Luban Ash-Sharqiyain in Samaria. They are also suspected of spraying grafitti at the site.
Luban Ash-Sharqiyain, which is an Arabic corruption of a Hebrew term meaning "East of Sharakia," is just 10 minutes by car from Kfar Tapuach.
A judge ordered at a remand hearing in Jerusalem at 11:00 on Friday that all three be held until next Tuesday when a hearing will be held.A close friend of the Goldberg family who wished to remain anonymous told Arutz Sheva he did not believe the charges had any basis in reality.
"She's currently doing national service at the Gush Katif Museum in Jerusalem," the friend said, adding he had known the Goldberg family for 25 years.
"Its not like this is murder or genocide. Fifteen officers in four cars, it seems like overkill," they continued, adding that it appears police simply pulled Moriah's name off a list, based on regional proximity and her history of activism.
The friend related that during the 2005 Disengagement, Moriah - then 13 - and two other girls, were incarcerated for 40 days for participating in a peaceful protest against the destruction of Gush Katif.
"To hold a group of 13-year-old girls for 40 days was excessive," they said. "It was just a protest."
Prosecutors openly admitted their request for remand was based on ideological rather than security concerns, "...if the girls are released back to their homes, they will talk to other people there, tell them their stories and cause other people to participate in similar demonstrations."
At the time, civil rights attorneys described the lengthy detention, which should have lasted no more than a few hours, as "cruel, inhumane, and unwarranted."
Asher Grunis to Head Supreme Court
Supreme Court Justice Asher Grunis will take the helm of Israel's highest court as outgoing chief justice Dorit Benisch enters retirement.

Judge Asher Grunis
Judge Asher Grunis was named president of Israel's Supreme Court Friday. He will asume his new post at the end of February.
Grunis' appointment was approved by the 9-member Judges Selection Committee with a majority of seven votes. MK David Rotem (Yisrael Beiteinu) abstained. Grunis, who also serves on the committee, also abstained.
Outgoing Chief Justice Dorit Beinisch and Justice Minister Yaakov Ne'eman informed Grunis of the appointment and offered their congratulations.
Grunis' appointment was made possible after the Knesset passed the "Grunis Law," which enables the committee to select a judge who is within three years of the mandatory retirement age for Supreme Court Judges – 70.The incoming chief justice specializes in civil and commercial law, and is known to be a staunch proponent of civil liberties.
Grunis has a repuation as hardworking and a man of great personal integrity, who does not fraternize with politicians and avoids "judicial activism."
Judicial activism was a trademark of outgoing Chief Justice Dorit Benisch, who was frequently criticized for broad rulings that interfered with Knesset and government powers.
Indirectly referring to Benisch, Environmental Protection Minsiter Gilad Erdan praised him as "worthy" of his new role."I'm sure President Grunis will maintain the defense of civil rights and the prevention of injury against civilians, especially minorities, while leading a Supreme Court policy of self restraint out of a conception that not everything should be brought before the court and that there are things the public decides once every four years when it elects a government," Erdan said.
Asher Grunis was born in Tel Aviv in 1945. He graduated from the Hebrew University's School of Law in 1969, and has a Masters from the University of Virginia, and a PhD from Toronto's York University.
Grunis served as Dean of Law for the Tel Aviv University for over a decade. He served as a Beersheba District Court judge from 1988-1996, and as a Tel Aviv District Court judge from 1996-2002.
He was appointed to the Supreme Court in 2003.

Mazel Tov! Truly a miracle! Happy Tu Bishvat. The Hareidim are finally getting it: the Geulah is really on the way.
The Hareidi Hamodia newspaper has published a Halakhic ruling in its widely-circulated French edition denouncing any surrender of the Land of Israel to gentiles for any reason. Some 350 prominent rabbis signed the Halakhic ruling and it has been printed in millions of copies in multiple languages for international distribution.
PS: Could Rav Eliashiv's critical illness have something to do with it? Strange timing.Wishing him ad 120, with renewed dedication to Eretz Yisrael. I believe the collective Teshuvah of the Chareidi world for their vote re: Gush Katif is very important for his well-being. May they continue on the right path.

"The Stench of Deceit, Part XI": Who is lying? Or rather, who is NOT lying? Coming from habitual liars......
Genesis 11-12:
I do believe that mercenary terror squads are doing the killing in Syria, the question is, who hired them?
- Are they really funded by the West, as Russia claims,- which would be quite credible based on NATO's recent history in Libya and Egypt?
In which case it would appear that the Stratfor article is not telling it like it is.....
- Or are the murderers the 20,000 or so Shabiha Alawite mercenaries hired by Assad, as claimed in the Stratfor article?
- Alternatively, do we have a combination of mercenaries hired by both right and left, in essence a bunch of gangs and warlords, fighting each other and everybody else too?
Here is a report of the Arab League observers ( and why should anybody believe THEM???)
In it the Shabiha are also mentioned by name, although without elaboration.
- See also this video about bombing of civilians:
- And what are the implications for Israel in any case? Either way, it looks like one giant BALAGAN there.
UPDATE
Here is an answer to this last question: the issue for Israel is Assad's chemical weapons ending up in the hands of Hezbollah in Lebanon. The next question is: which is worse for us: Assad in power controlling the flow of chemical weapons, or some unknown faction including NATO controlling the flow? Who will cause us more harm? They are both evil, and they both want us dead. I wouldn't trust NATO or the UN with anything, certainly not with Israel's security!
Assad’s Army Kills One every 10 Minutes
Assad’s assault on Homs Tuesday killed 48 people in eight hours, anti-government activists report. McCain urges military intervention.

Homs, a center of anti-Assad demonstrations, was shelled for the fifth straight day. The body count could not be verified because of the official ban on foreign media. The government-controlled media allege that “armed terrorists” were shooting from within the city.
Despite the gag on media, BBC said one of its reporters is embedded with rebel fighters. He reported the bombardment from machine guns mounted on tanks was so heavy that it was too dangerous to go outside to help the wounded or count the dead. He added that residents fear Assad will order a ground invasion.
A BBC reporter in Beirut said there were reports that Assad‘s secret police and soldiers murdered 19 people from three families.
Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov, who visited Damascus on Tuesday, voiced continued support from Moscow for Assad, saying that the conflict should be solved by Syrians and not by others.
The Obama administrating reportedly is in a quandary, having rejected direct military help for the rebels while having no diplomatic solution to end the nearly year-long brutal suppression of the Arab Spring protests that have grown into a full-scale rebellion.
U.S. Republican Senator John McCain urged that the United States arm Syrian opposition groups
"We should start considering all options, including arming the opposition,” he told visiting Israeli Foreign Minister Avigdor Lieberman Tuesday. “The blood-letting has got to stop," said McCain, who is a member of the Senate Armed Services Committee.
One consideration not often mentioned is the chance the conflict will force Israel into war as Assad continues to allow munitions – including chemical weapons – to fall into the hands of Hizbullah terrorist in Lebanon.
"The question is when, not if [Assad will fall]. And the big question is what will happen the following day,” said newly-appointed Israel Air Force Commander Major General Emir Eshel "What has been passed on to Hizbullah so far? What will be passed on in the future? What will be divided between the two factions in Syria?"
An unnamed defense official told the Hebrew-language Yisrael HaYom newspaper that Israel cannot stand by silently with chemical weapons in the hands of Hizbullah.
It has previously been reported that Hizbullah already has smuggled into Lebanon long-range Scud missiles, which can reach metropolitan Tel Aviv.
... For once, Barak might be telling the truth... See how he is preparing the Israeli public for the likely transfer of the 20,000 Shabiha mercenaries to Israel - as discussed in "The Stench of Deceit, Part III". He is also clearly stating that Assad's fall is the danger re: chemical and other weapons, more so than Assad himself.
So here is your answer: the intervention by the West, i.e. NATO, the UN, and Obama's U.S., is the real danger for Israel - not the other way around. We have more to fear from the West fighting Assad than from Assad himself, - not to mention the Shabiha about to enter Israel.
Barak Fears Arms Transfer to Hizbullah
Defense Minister Ehud Barak says 'sophisticated' Syrian weapons could find their way to Lebanon and Hizbullah if Assad falls.

“You have to be alert to the possibility, so that during the fall of the regime there will not be the transfer of sophisticated Syrian weapons to Hizbullah and Lebanon,” Barak told Army radio.
“We are tracking this issue constantly and carefully,” he said, without elaborating further.
Barak said Israeli assessments suggest Assad’s downfall is only a matter of time, “The fate of the regime of Bashar al-Assad is sealed; his situation is getting worse every week."
Israel has been closely following developments in neighboring Syria, where Assad has perpetrated a bloody, nearly year-long crackdown on anti-regime protesters.
Israeli officials have expressed concern that Assad's fall would have regional consequences that could affect Israel.
Officials have expressed concern that Israel's north could be inundated with Syrian refugees, or that Assad might attack the Jewish state to shift attention from his regime.
Officials have also warned that Syria’s weapons, including alleged chemical and biological ones, could fall into the hands of terrorists, including Hizbullah, which fought a war with Israel in 2006.
Last month, incoming IAF chief Major General Amir Eshel, said Syria possessed “huge stockpiles” of such weapons.
“The immediate concern is the huge stockpiles of chemical, biological, strategic capabilities that are still going into Syria, mainly from eastern Europe,” he said.
“That’s a major concern because I don’t know who is going to own those the day after. Up till now, what has been transferred to Hizbullah? What will be transferred to Hizbullah? What will be divided between those factions inside Syria? What is that going to create?”
The UN estimates at least 5,400 people have been killed in Syria since the uprising began in March. But that figure is from January, when the UN stopped counting because deteriorating security prevented verification of the figures.
At least 117 protesters have been killed by Assad forces in the past six days alone as the Syrian military continues to shell the focal protest city of Homs.
.. And you want THESE people to defend us? NATO, Europe's army???
EU Breaks Ban on Funding Hamas
The European Union has broken its promise not to fund Hamas, officially defined as terrorists but now re-united with Abbas in the PA.

Despite the official isolation of Hamas by the EU, an official statement this week stated that that “the EU looks forward to continuing its support, including through direct financial assistance, for a new Palestinian government that should uphold the principle of non-violence.”
EU foreign relations spokesman Michael Mann tried to explained the EU’s continued financing of the new unity PA government by stating, "We need to know who will be the ministers and what they will say.”
Hamas has repeatedly emphasized that the Palestinian Authority cannot achieve statehood without “resistance,” the code word for terrorism. It also has publicly encouraged kidnapping Israeli soldiers and civilians, particularly since it was able to gain the release of more than 1,000 terrorists and security prisoners in return for handing over to Israel kidnapped soldier Gilad Shalit.
Hamas and its rival party Fatah, headed by PA Chairman Mahmoud Abbas, hammered out an agreement in Doha Tuesday for a new interim PA government headed by Abbas. The two factions broke off from each other after Hamas’ bloody military coup in Gaza in 2007.
The Quartet – the United States, EU, Russia and the United Nations – has said it recognizes the on the conditions that it renounce violence, recognizes Israel and honors previous agreements. Hamas has categorically refused to agree to the conditions, while Abbas vocally has stated opposition to violence while constantly lauding terrorists. He also has declined to officially recognize Israel, particularly not as a Jewish state.
He also has broken the Oslo Accords several times, the most blatant violation being the unilateral move to ask the United Nations for recognition of the Palestinian Authority as an independent state based on his own territorial and political definitions.
MORE UPDATE: So what else is new? Who is surprised? Before we know it we will be completely surrounded - and invaded - by NATO, i.e. UN, and U.S. forces.
First foreign troops in Syria back Homs rebels. Damascus and Moscow at odds
DEBKAfile Exclusive Report February 8, 2012, 1:35 PM (GMT+02:00)
This site is the first to report the presence of foreign military forces in any of the Syrian uprising's embattled areas.
Our sources report the two foreign contingents have set up four centers of operation - in the northern Homs district of Khaldiya, Bab Amro in the east, and Bab Derib and Rastan in the north. Each district is home to about a quarter of a million people.
More details as they unfold will be available in the coming DEBKA-Net-Weekly issue out Friday.
To subscribe to DEBKA-Net-Weekly, click here
Our military sources also report that Wednesday afternoon, Feb. 8, Assad sent the 40th Mechanized Brigade of heavy T-72 tanks to Homs for an all-out effort to beat the rebellion, counter the foreign contingents and reinforce the 90th Infantry Brigade commanded by his kinsman, Gen. Zuhair al-Assad, the backbone of the military force battering the city for the past five days at the cost of hundreds of dead.
The presence of the British and Qatari troops was seized on by Turkish Prime Minister Tayyip Erdogan for the new plan he unveiled to parliament in Ankara Tuesday, Feb. 7. Treating the British-Qatari contingents as the first foreign foot wedged through the Syrian door, his plan hinges on consigning a new Turkish-Arab force to Homs through that door and under the protection of those contingents. Later, they would go to additional flashpoint cities.
In the close to eleven months of the Syrian revolt, Erdogan has hatched more than one scheme for countering the Assad regime's savage crackdown on dissent. His most persistent was a plan for the creation of military buffer zones to shelter rebels and civilians persecuted by the Syrian authorities. But nothing came of those plans because, every time they came up, Assad reinforced his contingents on the Turkish border and deployed air defense and surface-to-surface missile batteries. He made it clear that the first Turk crossing the border would spark a full-scale war.
It is hard to say at this point whether the latest Turkish leader's current plan is any more practical than his earlier schemes. For now, he has put the ball in the American court. Wednesday, Feb. 8, he sent Foreign Minister Ahmet Davutoglu to Washington to ask for the Obama administration's cooperation. The Turkish prime minister is also in urgent consultation with Saudi and several other Gulf rulers in the hope of bringing them aboard.
The British-Qatari troop presence in Homs was at the center of Assad's talks in Damascus Tuesday with Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov and Russian SVR intelligence chief Mikhail Fradkov. Senior Syrian intelligence officers laid their updates from the field before the Russian visitors and received SVR data and evaluations in return.
Western intelligence officials familiar with the talks describe the atmosphere between Assad and the Russian officials as uneasy and tense. Later, Lavrov reported optimistically that he had received assurances from the Syrian ruler of an end to the violence, talks with all Syrian parties and an early referendum on a new constitution for political reforms. His account was no more than prevarication to conceal the opposite outcome of their talks. In fact, their conversation focused on more violence, namely, Assad's plans for his next assault on rebels and protesters and his military response to the rising covert presence of foreign Western, Arab and Muslim troops in Syria.
Report: U.S. Looking into Military Option in Syria
The Pentagon is currently examining the range of possibilities for action in Syria, including military action.

According to the report, the Pentagon is currently examining the range of possibilities for action in Syria, but a final decision on the matter is still far off.
As part of the work it is doing, the report said, the Pentagon is examining the resources available to the U.S. in the region and, based on that, building an analysis of the prospects and risks. One possibility being examined is landing humanitarian aid in Syria or even arming the rebels.
Channel 10 noted that the Pentagon is also preparing a scenario of military action in Syria, but noted that the chances that the U.S. will realize that option are close to zero. The Pentagon’s move is more of an American signal to Russia, after it vetoed a UN Security Council resolution on Syria, that the veto was not the final word on the Syrian issue.
On Wednesday, the head of the United Nations Human Rights Commission, Navi Pillay, called on the international community to "take effective action" to stop the killing in Syria.
Pillay said there is no statute of limitations for serious international crimes. There is an "extreme urgency for the international community to cut through the politics and take effective action to protect the Syrian population," she added.
Syrian troops stormed the central hotspot city of Homs this week, killing scores of residents and rebels alike in the area of Bab Amr.

"The Stench of Deceit", Part X: This time we are not talking armies, we are talking votes. Massive vote tampering is no big deal, is it, Bibi, when the goal is selling out Israel to our enemies?! So much for Israeli democracy.
B"H
To all,
After reading about the obvious, expected, and disgraceful vote tampering within the Likud elections last week, I decided to contact the Feiglin camp, asking them to give me a report about what they know happened with the votes. Here is what they had to say so far. Let me stress that I am not a Likud member at this time: frankly I don't believe in voting in Israel, specially after seeing how the incumbent is cooking the books Soviet style; this is no different from Zimbabwe, or Russia, or any other dictatorship on the planet, for that matter. Keep on calling Israel a democracy if you choose, the fact is it hasn't been a democracy for the longest time. Still, if you do want to add your votes to the Feiglin camp, just in case, and just in case we might actually be able to set the record straight, there is a link provided for that below. I am debating myself whether to do so.
In addition I have also posted a couple of related and very telling articles, that should open your eyes about the deception, about the dirty politics being played here, if you still doubt foul play . Many Jewish lives depend on this game, so it is essential to distribute this information far and wide, and in as many languages as possible; specially in Israel, where there is a clear news blackout on such matters, it is important for citizens to realize what is being done to them, and what is being done in their name.
Do not fear, Hashem is with us, we know it because we are speaking the truth, and we are helping the Redemption of the Jewish People against the reshaim who are trying to destroy us. May God bless you for your assistance, and thank you.
- So, first of all, here is the Feiglin report:
When you're engaged in a battle to change the very consciousness of the State of Israel, the hardest thing to do is stay calm while at the same time fighting harder than you can imagine. We came into this election knowing that the deck was stacked against us, as it has been since we positioned ourselves as the faith-based alternative to Israel's current leadership. Jewish Leadership - the name means that our goal is nothing less than replacing the powers that be in their entirety. So a little voting fraud, even a lot of it, doesn't surprise us one bit. In fact, had this election been squeaky clean, we'd feel a bit uncomfortable...
Initial reports of the count given to us by sources high up in the Likud reported that Moshe Feiglin got 36% of the Likud vote, with Netanyahu getting 63%. The story came out at around 1am, February 1. Had that story stuck then Netanyahu would most likely be on his way out of the Likud right now. Just like, had Feiglin kept his number 19 slot on the Likud Knesset roster in '08, Netanyahu would have left the party long ago. Imagine how embarrassing it would be for him if Feiglin were on his knesset list and no matter what he did, no matter how many threats he made, no matter how much iron coalition discipline he threw at Feiglin to vote the way he demanded and, say, kill a bill that would legalize Migron, Feiglin would never, ever break.
There's no one in the Knesset like that. Not one. Some are better than others, but no one dares disobey Netanyahu from within, openly, and challenge his leadership at every opportunity. Feiglin would have, every time, from inside the Knesset, from inside Netanyahu's own party, and he'd get censured and "disciplined" and banned from giving speeches on the plenum and maybe even banned from Likud faction meetings, but he'd vote his conscience and stand out like a sore thumb every time without exception. And the People of Israel would have paid very, very close attention. And the fear and mythology that surrounds the mystical elusive Netanyahu would have evaporated in days
That's why Netanyahu did everything he could to get Feiglin off his list back then, kosher or not. And that's why Netanyahu did everything he could to keep Feiglin at his previous 23% ceiling this time, kosher or not, even though he actually got 36%.
So over 1,000 people voted in Bet She'an, a Netanyahu stronghold, when there are only 700 Likud members there. Fraud. So they kicked our observers out of a bunch of places before the count started. Fraud. So in Beit Shemesh, Feiglin got hundreds more votes than reported according to our observers. Tens more examples like this. We'll fight it. We'll fight it as hard as we can. Maybe we'll win, maybe we'll lose, but in the end what we all must know is this:
Netanyahu and the powers that be can only fight reality for so long. The reality is, every time Feiglin has another shot, more Jewish souls are lit. And once lit, they never go out. At a certain point, the dam will break. There's nothing he or anyone else can do about it, because once the soul of this nation turns towards real Jewish leadership, no amount of fraud will be able to stop it.
So Bibi and the rest, I and those in this country who are awake and ready for the next round, say to you this: Bring it on. We'll be there, and your time is running out.
If you reading this want to be part of the next fight, I urge you to join Likud right this second. Right on Netanyahu's website, by clicking here.
How about this next article? Interesting that the following report by a direct participant in the Beth Shemesh Likud elections should have found its way to the Jewish Press, an American newspaper; yet I cannot find this story published anywhere in Israel. Whom are people scared of, I wonder? Could the "Shebang" have something to do with it? Or could it be that heavy"foreign" presence right here on Israeli soil?

Jewish Press Exclusive: Likud Elections Exposed
By: Jeremy SaltanPublished: February 3rd, 2012
Latest update: February 4th, 2012An official ballot member and secretary for the Likud primary gives a first-hand account of the controversy surrounding the election.
A few weeks ago I was asked by a friend in Likud to offer my services as a non-partisan ballot member for the upcoming Likud elections. I was a perfect fit since I have never been a Likud member and I have never endorsed a candidate in any Likud primary election. So I stepped up and got the job.
I was delighted when I was offered the chairmanship of the Mevaseret Tzion poll, and happily accepted the position. I was proud to be part of the democratic process of an internal primary and expressed that view during an interview on [JewishPress.com's Managing Editor] Yishai Fleisher’s radio show on Galei Yisrael. I told the listeners that there would be a fair and free election in Mevaseret Tzion and I would not tolerate any corruption. The following afternoon I was told that the elections in Mevaseret Tzion’s community center were cancelled and instead were moved to Jerusalem. I was also informed that I had lost my chairmanship position. I asked a few of my Likud friends what they thought of the situation, and they suggested that this was not a coincidence. Some of them asked that I come forward. Instead I agreed to be transferred to the Beit Shemesh branch. I was not totally convinced there was foul play, and I wanted to see this election through.
The Beit Shemesh branch election results were known from the start. The traditional Beit Shemesh Likud voters decided to boycott the elections because they felt that Prime Minister Netanyahu had turned his back on them. Last minute efforts by Likud’s Beit Shemesh heavyweight Kati Sheetrit to broker a deal between the two sides failed miserably. A group of Likud contractors stood outside the poll center and made sure to send their people home, preventing Netanyahu from a victory in the Beit Shemesh branch.
With an expected turnout of about 20%, Moshe Feiglin knew he would be winning Beit Shemesh. The question was by how much. Netanyahu wisely moved three of the four Mateh Yehudah Regional Council polls to the Beit Shemesh location. The move was meant to cushion the hit he was going to take at the seven Beit Shemesh polls.
I arrived at the polling station at 9 AM. The manager of the location was clueless as to how to set up the ten voting stations and what to do with the 50 or so workers on site. The poll opened at 10:45, 45 minutes late. I spent the day checking voters’ identification and instructing them on how to vote in the three separate Likud elections. Turnout was under 20%. My polling station had the second largest turnout with a whopping 60 voters for the chairman election and 62 for the central committee and local branch elections. Our list had close to 300 voters. The results of my polling station were Feiglin 52 – Netanyahu 8. Observers from both Feiglin’s and Netanyahu’s camps, along with an external lawyer, verified the results. Overall, Feiglin won over 80% of Beit Shemesh’s seven polls, winning 274 votes to Netanyahu’s 60. The final numbers called at 1 AM received a consensus from both camps.
I volunteered to work extra hours and filled an additional position of securing the ballots. I was entrusted to sign and verify the results of the seven Beit Shemesh polls, including the three Mateh Yehuda polls at my location. The form transferred possession of the ballots from the three lawyers at the location to me. I supervised the transfer of the ballot boxes onto the truck and accompanied the boxes to the drop-off spot in Petah Tikvah. Along the way I signed for the ballots from the additional Mateh Yehuda polling station and four Modiin polling stations. We dropped off the 15 ballots, and I transferred responsibility on to the industrial factory personnel.
When I saw the Beit Shemesh results posted on the internet – Feiglin 126, Netanyahu 77 – I knew they were wrong. I had verified every ballot result, and the official results appeared to be fabricated. I saw that Feiglin was planning on appealing the results. I decided to take action and called Shmuel Sackett, a key Feiglin supporter, and offered my testimony as part of the official appeal. Sackett discussed the matter with Feiglin’s right hand man, Michael Puah, but the two decided against it.
I want to make it clear that I am not a supporter of Moshe Feiglin. I don’t even understand the need to tinker with the results because Netanyahu won by a wide margin nationally in any case. The reason I am coming forward with my story is that I believe in democracy. I believe that every vote should count. I believe that it is unacceptable for me to accept the wages for my 20-hour workday and not speak up. All 60 voters at my polling station have the right to have their vote count. As I told the listeners of Galei Yisrael, I won’t tolerate any corruption.
Did PMO Cook the Books in Yesha Vote?
Arutz Sheva finds that some ministers were not asked to vote, others who demanded recount were counted as abstaining.
2/5/2012, 4:36 PM
Netanyahu, Cabinet Secretary Tzvi Hauser
Did the Prime Minister's Office (PMO) "cook the books" in the latest vote that placed many communities in Judea and Samaria out of the national "preferred status" zones, which confer housing benefits on residents? Numerous ministers think it did.
The PMO initially published a statement that said a telephone straw poll had been carried out among all the government's ministers and that 15 had voted in favor of the decision, 10 against and the rest abstained.
However, Arutz Sheva also conducted a telephone poll among the ministers and it discovered a different picture. Arutz Sheva has learned that several ministers were not even asked for their vote.
Other ministers demanded that the vote be held again, this time publicly. The PMO listed them as abstaining.
Several ministers said that they were asked – "are you in favor of the proposal [to take Judea and Samaria communities out of the 'national preference zones']?" They replied "no," yet were listed as abstaining.
The PMO responded to these accusations by saying that the ministers' complaints had not reached the Government Secretariat and that once they did, they would be handled appropriately.
The Secretariat explained that according to the government's rules for telephone polls of ministers, "once there is a majority one way or another there is no need to keep on calling ministers." In other words, once 15 ministers out of 29 said they supported the decision, there was no need to call any more ministers. That is why four ministers were not consulted.
Judea and Samaria residents protested Sunday morning outside the Prime Minister's Office against the decision. Minister Yuli Edelstein visited the protesters and said that he had voted against the decision but was mistakenly counted as abstaining. The PMO said it was looking into the complaint.
“I will ask the Prime Minister to hold a proper discussion of the matter,” Edelstein said. “In all my years in government I cannot remember when such a sensitive topic was dealt with by a telephone vote. I am sure that if the vote had been in person, with everyone able to see how the others voted, we would have seen different results.”
Some 70 towns in Judea and Samaria had been included in the list of communities entitled for housing benefits, but following the telephone poll of ministers, this list was amended. These communities will now only be able to get the benefits if “political officials” sign off on the requests – probably meaning Defense Minister Ehud Barak, who is not a fan of Jewish construction in Judea and Samaria.
- Here is Moshe Feiglin speaking after the fact about the election: quite inspiring:
And finally, just as a reminder, I am also including what the Shomrei Emunim Rebbe of Bnei Brak had to say on Succoth about what is happening in Israel these days; what can I say, he is right.
The Shomrei Emunim Rebbe Shlita [abbreviation for May he have long and good years] granted an interview with the Morasha Magazine for Sukkos. In the interview, he warns of the outbreak of World War III, and spares no words in a scathing verbal attack against President Shimon Peres, who he labels a "rosha" [an evil person], blaming him for much of the tzoros [suffering] that has befallen Am Yisrael [the Jewish people].
The interviewer, Rabbi Turnauwer, asks the Rebbe how he views the changes taking place on the global scene.
REBBE: There can be no doubt that we are on the verge of a world war. This is an absolute certainty. The last prophecy in Tanach [Hebrew Bible] is in Malachi, and we learn that prior to the coming of Moshiach [Messiah], it will be clear and there will be war, a terrible war, one the likes of which was not seen since the world's creation.
It is absolutely clear to us that this will take place. This is the prophecy and the prophet never said anything that HaKadosh Baruch Hu [The Holy one, be He Blessed] did not instruct. Even a moment before this occurs we will remain uncertain. It is sufficient for one crazy Arab who takes a plane and directs it into the Vatican, destroying it. This would send the world into frenzy.
MORASHA: How does the Rebbe see this war?
REBBE: The prophet says the war will be "a single moment", and we know that an atom bomb causes instantaneous destruction in a single moment. The Abarbanel [Yitzhak Abarbanel, a great sage exiled from Spain with the other Jews in 1492] writes in a number of seforim [books] regarding Gog U'Magog (Armageddon) and the coming of Moshiach. Six hundred years ago he wrote how this war will look. Among the writings is when the nations of the world realize they cannot win they will turn to a nuclear bomb. This will destroy the world as we know it, in a moment. This is what the prophecy states. He however did not know about the atom bomb, but nevertheless spoke of the instantaneous destruction. The Abarbanel even describes the war will be a religious war. No one saw this 50 years ago, the matter of religion was not relevant to the nations of the world, even not with the Muslims or the Christians, but now, suddenly, they are all 'frum' [religious] and feel compelled to uproot the deniers.
We will not be warned, not even a moment in advance. Everything will destruct in a moment, as the prophet describes. Therefore, we must be prepared at any moment, with all our body and spirit.
I have been shouting for years calling upon the residents outside of Israel to come home to Eretz Yisrael. Even those unable to do so, at the very least, they should buy an apartment in Eretz Yisrael [the Land of Israel] so they have a place to run to when the time comes.
MORASHA: What about the declaration of a Palestinian state?
REBBE: As the time of declaring statehood draw near, it is a sign that they are being pushed out, driven out of Eretz Yisrael. Therefore, Ishmael is turning the world upside down because he continues to seek a foothold here. It is not far off when HaKadosh Baruch Hu will remove the garbage and impurities from Eretz Yisrael, those who delay the redemption, those who will be as a husk in the wind and the flames will engulf the mountains.
For 120 years, and particularly the last 16 years, they plead with the Arabs to take the land. Our 'shkotzim' (derogatory term) [lit. "disgusting things'] want to give them the land since what is it to them? After all, for them, it is only a vehicle to raise money via the Jewish National Fund. Now that their purpose has vanished they no longer need Eretz Yisrael. They, the Arabs however refuse to take it. Do you have an explanation?
Our instinct should tell us that HaKadosh Baruch Hu runs the world. Don't worry for we have a defense minister above us, a much more successful one that the one we call the defense minister of the State of Israel. He sits in the Heavens.
All of the revolutions and turbulence began in 5760 [the year 2000]and since then, the pace increases. We only need to see the Taliban overtake the nuclear facility in Pakistan and then it's over. We are dealing with wild animals that can threaten the entire world. And it will come to being. Then the prophecy will be fulfilled – "והתגדלתי והתקדשתי ונודעתי לעיני גויים רבים". (Hashem's [God's]presence in the world will reach its height at the End of Days when Moshiach will help fix the world. Yechezkel [Ezekiel] 38:23 description of Gog U'Magog).
500 years ago, the Abarbanel wrote in his holy writings the wonders of what will occur with the Arabs. The entire process is taking place at lightning speed as if one who has a closeout sale in a store, paying off all debts before going out of business.
Since 5760 the world has not been quiet – a tsunami, earthquakes, Japan, Hashem is taking care of business, not permitting them any tranquility. We have a sense that these acts are in preparation for what is to come.
In the 'Chessed L'Avraham,' [a book, Compassion of Avraham] Rav Chaim Yosef David Azoulay writes in the introduction in 5760 the oceans will wash away the world and since that year we see both the Christians and Muslims are yelling that the redemption is near since they see and feel it. It is already past the stage of 'signs of the Geula' but one who delves into the words of our Sages and the holy books see that it is visible in our day, the revelation of the wonders.
The vicissitudes in the world today are not only in the Arab world, but in the United States as well. This is major but most simply miss it, they don't understand. I have studied the shameful behavior of different periods — especially that of the years of the Holocaust, in which there were partners in the murder of Jews, those who demanded money to save Jews, those who refused to accept the rabbonim [rabbis].
During the time period of the establishment of the state, President Roosevelt placed an embargo, refusing to send weapons to Eretz Yisrael. [Actually, that was Truman.] And behold, they are now losing their influence and experiencing financial collapse. They have lost their values in the eyes of the international community.
Why all the nations, headed by the 'black dog' (the term used by the Rebbe for US President Barak Obama), an Arab too, and he was elected because he stood for assisting the Arab conspiracy, standing firmly together against Israel.
A maniac stands up and announces he wishes to annihilate Israel and how does the world react? Nothing! Perhaps a few sanctions… and what does HaKadosh Baruch Hu do, disharmony between them, compelling them to busy themselves with their own matters.
Regarding the changes in the world, the Admor [Rebbe] adds that "davka" [pointedly] the "black dog" (term the Rebbe uses for President Barak Obama) decided to select Egypt as his venue for his great first address, and from that location he began to bark. In proximity of HaKadosh Baruch Hu, from where the great revolt will occur. And who was the first to place the knife in the back of the Egyptian president – none other than the president of the United States.
Who ever heard of such turmoil in the Arab world? In the past, if anyone dared to plot a revolution, in Egypt, Jordan or Syria, they sent troops to wipe them out, murdering tens of thousands in a number of days. No one dared to utter a word. What was bad in Tunisia, a quiet nation, and suddenly, a revolution – what was that about. This is because that was a base for the PLO in the past.
The beginning of Ishmael's fall was in Babylonia, what is Iraq today. 150,000 of these people have already fallen. For 2000 years "O violated daughter of Babylon – praiseworthy is he who repays you in accordance with the manner that you treated us. Praiseworthy is he who will clutch and dash your infants against the rock" (Tehillim [Psalms]: 137:8,9) and Baruch Hashem [thank God] now, we merit seeing this. Is this a trivial matter? Is he blind?
Look and see just how the leftists hide their true view. Sitting here in Eretz Yisrael is a murderer. I speak of him since he played a role in destroying neshamas [souls] during the aliyah period, and in addition to this, he is credited with the Oslo Agreement that he brought to Eretz HaKodesh [the Holy Land] all the murderers from Tunisia. Some 2,000 Jewish lives have been claimed since as a result of his actions, this rosha [evil man]. For this we don't see a need for an investigation! We simply ignore this?
"This klipa [husk] called Peres" displayed pig's feet as he helped bnei yeshivos [people of the yeshivot, the Torah learning centers]. He destroys yiddishkheit [Torah Judaism] and there is no one else like him. He sold Eretz Yisrael to Arafat (May his memory be wiped out) for his own interests. All the thievery by elected officials that we have seen. One must question why he is given respect and honor.
