Latest interview on the Tamar Yonah Show, A7, today. Pay attention to the BLOOD LIBEL below, discussed in the audio too. We cannot allow this blood libel to fester, it has to be exposed before we get accused of a crime we did not commit! The Maharal did it, and we can too.

From Israel National Radio: http://www.israelnationalradio.com/

No, Aharonovitch never said that the Jews of Yesha need to kill a politician in order to put his blood in Matzah for Pessach... but close.

Come on, now: we know perfectly well what those 'price tag' operations are: Shabak inventions, created for the sole purpose of inflaming public opinion against religious Jews of Yesha, also known as settlers. Every single time the police arrested some poor Yitzhar kid using wild and baseless accusations regarding those acts as an excuse, that kid was released for lack of evidence.

We have seen this pattern already before the Rabin assassination, so it's nothing new to us. Throughout the centuries the BLOOD LIBEL was used against Jews, it was a very effective tool of control, repression and murder: it was used by the Church, it was used by the Muslims, it was used by whoever wanted to get rid of the Jews.... and now it is being used by Internal Security Minister Aharonovich,  the Shabak's supervisor, against the Jews of Judea and Samaria. What does that tell us? That THEY are planning to murder somebody important, probably a politician - see how they are already preparing the public's minds with posters of Bibi in Nazi uniform!  If this is not a warning to Bibi, I don't know what is. Maybe he is terrified, he is getting the message loud and clear, and that is the reason he is opposing any reform of the judiciary, he is opposing removing a dangerous bridge at the Kotel today, while everybody is crying that it needs to be done. I think somebody high up is threatening him, and is planning to blame the settlers for the crime. Double-edged sword, poisonous arrow, directed at Bibi -  and if not at him, then at whom??? We know all about the Rabin assassination, the third bullet, etc. etc.......

So, public, beware. If ANYBODY gets killed in the next few months, we WILL know who the culprit is - and it won't be our children, it won't be settler kids, despite the media and the police's outcry: it will come straight from the Shabak, the agent of the Left, and the agent of the enemy powers in Israel.

(Comment by Moshe:

all this means is that the slime are planning one... probably of someone fighting oslo tooth and nail... and they have security people "predicting" it to make them look good in and if they foil it or it happens and they can say... "see we told u this was about to happen..." anyway... don't believe anything u hear in the media... they are all a bunch of liars serving up disinformation to control our thinking and mindset and to control the topics of conversation in society... just go about your life and  ignore them as much as possible... don't allow them to have power over your thought processes... mosh.out...

..... And further comment by Moshe:

by the way... "the special team" they set up to "investigate" this potential assassination... is the team planning to carry it out and to shepherd the poor slob(s) being framed to take the fall for it... "the patsy" de jour... ala... jfk, rfk, mlk, rav meir kahane, rabin, both ghandis (the israeli one and the indian one) etc etc etc... ad infinitum... ad nauseum... they have perfected this ploy down to an exact scientific formula and in carrying it out... they have raised it to a fine art... damn slime... these amalekite scourge of the earth... mosh.out...)

Aharonovich: 'Price Tag Activists Potential Assassins'

Rightist Internal Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch (Yisrael Beiteinu) warned of the possibility of another political murder in Israel, adding that a special team set up by Israel's police is investigating recent "price tag" acts.

Shabak, Israel's Internal Security Agency Continues to Torture Perlman to Obtain a Confession

Honenu has recently taken on a high profile case. Chaim Perlman, age 30 who was once hired by the Shabak to provide information has enraged his handlers by releasing 20 hours of taped conversations to the public showing how the Shabak incited him to commit crimes against Arabs.

Chaim Perlman, Photo credit J Post
Perlman is being charged with a 1998 killing of two - four Arabs. Pearlman denied all the allegations and said in an interview recorded two days before his arrest and aired on Channel 2 that he was being framed. Perlman claimed the Shabak was taking revenge on him because he taped their conversations. His lawyer claimed that the Shabak has no evidence linking the crime to Perlman. In order to save face, the Shabak needs to obtain a confession. Many times in Israel, a confession is proof of guilt even if there is no evidence corroborating the confession and even if the evidence contradicts the confession. The Shabak denied Perlman a basic right, a meeting with his lawyer. It was 10 days after his arrest that Perlman was finally able to meet with his Honenu lawyer due to Honenu intervention and a ruling of Justice Edmond Levy. Perlman confided to his attorney of the torture he was enduring ie: being handcuffed for 18 hours a day, beatings etc. Now after 19 days under Shabak interrogation, Honenu is once again charging the Shabak with continued abuse.

Perelman's Arrest Extended for Again for Six More Days

Av 24, 5770, 04 August 10 06:59
(Israelnationalnews.com) The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court has again extended the detention of Chaim Perlman - this time for six days.
Perlman, who was a former informer for the General Security Service (Shabak), has been held for over a month without any charges being laid. Four other people have been arrested in the case and all similarily released without charges being laid.

Perlman's Wife Says Police Abused Him

Av 25, 5770, 05 August 10 01:47
(Israelnationalnews.com) Karen Perlman, the wife of Chaim Perlman says that her husband was abused by police officers in prison. Arutz 7 spoke with her in an exclusive video interview outside the courthouse.
Perlman is accused of killing Arabs in the 1990s. Just before his arrest, he released secret audio recordings of conversations with a man he says was an undercover Shabak agent trying to entrap him.

Shabak to Request Perelman Detention for Another 8 Days

Av 29, 5770, 09 August 10 10:59
(Israelnationalnews.com) The General Security Service (Shabak) has asked the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court to extend by eight days the detention of Chaim Perlman.

Perlman's lawyer said in response that he hopes the court will stop giving unlimited credit to the Shabak, "This investigation is stuck, it's time to release Perlman," he added.
Perlman has been held for over a month without any charges being laid.

Special AG Permission to Continue Detention of Perlman

Av 29, 5770, 09 August 10 11:59
(Israelnationalnews.com) A discussion will be held at 14:00 at the Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court where the GSS and police are expected to request the extension of Chaim Pearlman's arrest for another 8 days.
The GSS will repotedly bring a special permit from the Attorney General approving the continuation of Perelman's detention for more than the 30 days allowed by law.

Court Slams Police, Says No Significant Evidence against Perlman

Av 29, 5770, 09 August 10 05:17
by Hillel Fendel
(Israelnationalnews.com) The Jewish Department of the Shabak (Israel Security Agency, ISA) has been put on notice by the judicial system that it does not have much time left to investigate the Chaim Perlman charges.
The Petach Tikvah Magistrates Court, generally considered the Shabak’s “home court,” rejected the security organization’s request to extend Perlman’s remand by eight more days. Justice Nachum Sternlicht allowed a remand of only two additional days, and expressed wonder as to why the actions that the police wish to carry out in the coming days have not been done until now.
Perlman, 31, was arrested nearly a month ago on charges of stabbing two Arabs to death in Jerusalem about a decade ago. The charges were later expanded to include two other Arab deaths in similar circumstances. The crimes were alleged to have been committed in response to two terrorist murders in Jerusalem.
Perlman has barely been permitted to meet with his Honenu-organization lawyer throughout his 25 days in prison. His wife and lawyer say he has been mistreated while in prison, but he has maintained his innocence throughout. It has been reported that he has also maintained his right to remain silent.
Judge Sternlicht said he does not see any significant evidence against Perlman. He added that though the suspicions against him are grave, it must be taken into account that throughout the long duration of his incarceration, barely any progress has been made in the case.
Two other people have been arrested, and released, in connection with the case. This, together with the recordings of ISA agents trying to goad him into carrying out violent acts against Israeli-Arab leaders, indicates the strong motivation of the Shin Bet to convict him.

Friend of Haim Perlman Arrested

Av 30, 5770, 10 August 10 04:58
(Israelnationalnews.com) Police and Shabak agents earlier Tuesday arrested a 24 year old Tekoa resident who is a friend of Haim Perlman, who was detained for allegedly planning to kill Arabs. Friends of Perlman's said that the Shabak “doesn't know how to lose with dignity. It was clear after a judge criticized the Shabak for holding Perlman for no good reason that it would try to come up with phony 'developments' in the case in order to keep him in custody. It's time for the Shabak to understand that its behavior is illegal, and that its Jewish Unit is not above the law,” the friends said.

Friend of Perlman Released

Av 30, 5770, 10 August 10 08:50
(Israelnationalnews.com) The friend of Haim Perlman who was arrested earlier Tuesday has been released. The Honenu legal defense group said that the individual was questioned for several hours and released. Friends of Perlman said that the interrogation was designed to impress upon the courts that progress was being made in the case, even though there was no legitimate case against Perlman altogether.

C. Writes:

The case of Perlman is similar to that of Amos Baranes who was given a life sentence in that he was kept without sleep and tortured to such a great extent that in the case of Baranes he finally admitted to the killing.
Who knows how long Chaim Perlman will be able to endure.

Court Rules "No Evidence" in Perlman Case

Elul 1, 5770, 11 August 10 02:01
(Israelnationalnews.com) The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court rules that there is "no serious evidence" linking Perlman to the stabbing deaths of four Arabs in the 1990's. Police announced an alleged victim of Perlman identified him in a police line-up and have asked the court for an extention. Perlman, age 30, has been in prison for a month. The court has ordered him released to house arrest.
Before his arrest, Perlman released secret audio recordings to the media of an alleged undercover agent whom he says attempted to prod him into committing act of vengeance against Arabs. Perlman says the man was a plant trying to dig up dirt and convict him as a political extremist.

Court: Release Perelman to House Arrest

Elul 1, 5770, 11 August 10 03:45
(Israelnationalnews.com) The Petah Tikva Magistrate's Court has refused to accept a police request to extend the detention of Chaim Perlman and has decided to release him to house arrest in the town of Tekoa in Gush Etzion. At first the court said that Perlman should be released immediately but later revised its decision to within two days. Perlman has been held for over a month without any charges being laid against him.
The Perlman case is the latest in a number of false arrests of nationalist activists by the General Security Serivce.

Comment:

SO THE POOR MAN WAS TORTURED FOR A WHOLE MONTH FOR NOTHING. AND NOW HE IS BEING CONFINED TO HIS HOME - FOR WHAT, IF THERE IS NO EVIDENCE?

AND WHY ANOTHER TWO DAYS? WHAT DO THEY PLAN TO DO TO HIM DURING THESE NEXT TWO DAYS? ANOTHER TWO DAYS OF SEVERE TORTURE, SO HE CAN CONFESS TO CRIMES HE HAS NOT COMMITTED?

THIS IS A SERIOUS MISCARRIAGE OF JUSTICE: IS THERE NO ACCOUNTABILITY IN THIS COUNTRY? WILL ANYBODY PROTEST THIS CRIMINAL POLICE AND COURT ACTIVITY?

UPDATE

Exclusive: 'The Shin Bet Won't Leave My Husband Alone'

Elul 2, 5770, 12 August 10 09:29
by Uzi Baruch
(Israelnationalnews.com) Chaim Perlman's wife, Keren, had trouble sleeping last night due to her excitement after hearing of the court decision to release her husband to house arrest yesterday. "I look forward to the moment when Chaim will come out of the dark hole where he is right now. Our children miss him so much," she told Arutz-7 in an exclusive interview. Perlman has been held for nearly a month on suspicions of involvement in the killing of four Arabs ten years ago.

Following the decision of Petah Tikva Magistrates Court Judge Nahum Sternlicht, this moment seems closer than ever, but Keren, a devoted wife, is trying not to celebrate too early. Together with faith and hope, she is trying to keep both feet on the ground.

"The Shin Bet [Israel's General Security Service] is the most powerful body in the country," says Keren Perlman. "During the court hearings, I saw cases where the very fact that the request to extend Chaim's detention came from the Shin Bet, was enough to make judges automatically acquiesce and prolong Chaim's detention, even though there was no material proof to support the decision. Judge Sternlicht is a worthy judge, but there aren't too many judges like him in Israeli courts, and I would not be surprised if the Shin Bet finds a judge who is more 'agreeable' who will extend Chaim's detention for a few more days."

When Keren speaks she sounds like a veteran jurist, but she says the situation in which her family finds itself is like a nightmare, from which she hopes to wake up quickly and return to routine life.

"I met Chaim in the Kahane Youth Movement," Keren says. "Chaim was a youth leader there and I was an activist. We participated in bus trips from Pardes Hana to Jerusalem to distribute leaflets... Our activities centered around demonstrations and educational campaigns aimed at convincing the public that the land of Israel is in danger."

Keren was 19 years old when she and Chaim decided to get married. "Chaim is the most amazing person I ever met. His sensitivity, his dedication, his innocence, were all things that drew me to him." After their marriage they moved to the town of Tapuach in the Shomron, then to Givat Washington near Ashdod. "Chaim's dream was to become a physical education teacher and to work with children. He loves children very much, and looked for a profession where he could work with them."

But that dream was shattered when the professional committee of the Ministry of Education refused to allow Chaim to be a teacher in Israel.

"It was very strange," Keren recalls, describing the committee's decision to reject Chaim due to what was defined as a criminal record. "We brought all kinds of recommendations from around the world, proof that the files against Chaim were of political demonstrations, or raising the flag of Israel on the Temple Mount." Despite the fact than an absolute majority of the committee members believed that they shouldn't rule out the possibility of Chaim being a teacher, there was one member of the committee who was decisively opposed to the nomination: "The ministry's security officer argued that due to Chaim's criminal record and the fact that he was put in prison for demonstrating against the expulsion of Jews from Gush Katif, he must not be allowed to become a teacher."

"The next day the phone rang, and on the line was someone who introduced himself as a friend of Chaim's from the past. In retrospect, this conversation was the beginning of the roller coaster of our lives today."

This "friend" turned out to be a Shin Bet agent, who "played on Chaim's conscience and our difficult economic situation. He met with Chaim repeatedly and told him that for the sake of his new-born son, Yitzhar, going into first grade, he should cooperate. Chaim, in his innocence, agreed. The Shin Bet agents would talk to him about faith and and his economic situation, giving Chaim money. Chaim didn't share the details to me at the time, and he would come home each time saying that he made some money doing odd jobs in Ashkelon."

"After several meetings, the agents wanted to see some results from Chaim. They expected him to tell stories about what his friends were doing. Chaim didn't want to talk about others, so instead, he began to make up stories about himself. These weren't true, but the Shin Bet wanted to believe those made-up tales."

"At this point, when Chaim realized he had made a mistake, he let me in on what was going on and we turned together to Itamar Ben-Gvir and Noam Federman. They recommended that Chaim cut off contact immediately with the Shin Bet, and Itamar also began to involve the media, which turned out to be a brilliant step."

Chaim's connection with the media was carried out "right under the Shin Bet's nose," says Keren, "but that didn't stop them from sending an agent, code-named 'Dada', to try to incriminate him. It was clear to us from the start that Dada was an agent, and Chaim taped his conversations with him, where Dada tried to 'trip him up'. These conversations were then sent to the media, who published them so that all of Israel could witness the conduct of the General Security Service."

Once the Shin Bet found out that Dada was suspected and that Chaim was in possession of dozens of hours of taped conversations, they came to arrest him and to search for the recordings: "Late at night, nine 'thugs' came to our house looking for the tapes. When they found them they were quite happy," recalls Karen. "But they did not know at the time that  Itamar Ben-Gvir had passed on several of the tapes to the media. As soon as Chaim was arrested, the media released the recordings to the public."

Keren says that Chaim was treated horribly during his detention. "They prevented Chaim from seeing a lawyer for ten days. They abused him, tied him to a chair every day for 16 hours, beat him, screamed in his ear, kept him from sleeping, put him into a refrigerator where the temperature was 6-7 degrees Centigrade and prevented me from giving him a sweater," she says. "When I came with a sweater to the interrogation facility, they said it would interfere with the investigation."

During all this time, Keren says she kept believing in G-d, "Who performed miracle after miracle for us in this story. When I think of what happened, my belief in G-d is strengthened. First of all, the very fact that Chaim did not break down is a miracle. Anyone else in that situation would even have admitted to killing Arlozoroff!"
She made sure to mention the names of several people that "I want to thank who helped us to no end." Here she named Shmuel Medad, head of the Honenu legal rights organization - "a genuine angel" - as well as others from Honenu, in addition to friends and neighbors from Givat Washington, and others.

Keren has no illusions, and knows that the story is far from over: "Already this morning the Shabak appealed the decision to release him to house arrest, and it's very likely that they will find a rubber-stamp judge who will agree. But they themselves know that there's no evidence against him, and I therefore hope and pray that he will return home very soon... Chaim was naive when he agreed to meet them. He was worried about feeding his children, but we both know now that it is better to collect alms on the street than to trust these dishonest people whose only motivation is to appease the left and 'stick it' to the right."

Family Members: Judge Shift in Perlman Case a Bad Sign

Elul 2, 5770, 12 August 10 10:29
(Israelnationalnews.com) The wife of Haim Perlman responded with anger to a decision on Thursday morning that a new judge would decide on whether to release her husband from custody. The former judge, Clara Regiano, had ruled Wednesday that the police and Shabak did not have enough evidence to hold Perlman. She is to be replaced by Avraham Tal. Tal, said friends of Perlman, is known for his pro-police stances.

Perlman's wife said that the development gave her a “difficult feeling. It appears that the Shabak is managing the court.”

Court Rejects Appeal, Perlman to be Released

Elul 2, 5770, 12 August 10 10:31
by Hillel Fendel
(Israelnationalnews.com) The Petah Tikva Magistrates Court has rejected the Shin Bet's appeal, and Chaim Perlman will be released to house arrest.
The original order to send him to five days of house arrest was extended to 15, however, and the judge has also banned Perlman from making any contact with any of the others involved in the case. Perlman's lawyer Adi Keidar of the Honenu legal rights organization said he would appeal the house arrest, as the evidence against him is "weak."
The dramatic decision was made around 10:30 AM, shortly after Perlman's lawyer and supporters were disappointed to learn that the judge assigned to hear the appeal had been abruptly replaced. The new judge, Avraham Tal, had previously ruled that Perlman must be incarcerated without being allowed to meet with his lawyer. This decision was later overturned in the Supreme Court.

Perlman has been in prison under difficult conditions for nearly a month, after police and the Shabak announced that they had "found the murderer" of four Arabs who were stabbed to death in Jerusalem 10 and 12 years ago. Perlman denied the charges against him, and publicized recordings of a Shabak agent attempting to goad him into killing other Arabs.

Perlman's Father Worried about Future

Elul 2, 5770, 12 August 10 10:54
(Israelnationalnews.com) Eliyahu Perlman, the father of Chaim Perlman, said Thursday that he hope the court decision to release his son from Shabak Israel Security Agency custody is the final word in the accusations of murder against his son. In a special interview to Arutz Sheva' Hebrew service, the older Perlman said, "We assume that the Shabak will try to pull this file more but, in principle, it's the end."
Eliyahu said his son is strong but expressed concern for his future. "Unfortunately, they have been persecuting him and causing him problems for years. He studied at Givat Washington College and at the end they told him they would not give him a teaching certificate because he has a police record. He only studied and I'm worried about him because he needs work."

Perlman Released: I Suffered, But Everything is For the Good

"They held me in custody for 31 days; they tortured me, screamed at me, swore at me, tried to humiliate me, and tied me to a chair with handcuffs for 18 hours straight," Chaim Perlman told reporters after his release Thursday.

"I suffered, but everything is for the good in the end," said the 30 year old Perlman. "I believe that everything is for the good. I thank G-d, the creator of the world, I thank my precious wife, I thank Itamar (Itamar Ben Gvir, leading nationalist activist who accompanied the trial - ed.) and the Honenu organization who helped me and brought in the best lawyers you can get."

Israel Security Agency (Shin Bet) authorities suspect Perlman of killing four Arabs ten years ago, and Perlman has been held in administrative detention without any charges being filed against him.
The court ordered his release to house arrest in the town of Tekoa in Gush Etzion. On Monday, Petach Tikva Magistrate Court Judge Nahum Sternlicht rejected a police request to extend Perelman's detention by eight days and ordered a 48-hour extension instead.

Perlman Banned from Talking to Three Rightists

Elul 2, 5770, 12 August 10 11:24
(Israelnationalnews.com) Police issued a warrant to Chaim Perlman Thursday evening, threatening arrest if he is caught talking to Land of Israel activists Itamar Ben-Gvir and Noam Federman, as well as to Aryeh Groner of the Honenu legal-aid organization. The order follows Perlman's release afternoon from custody of the Shabak Israel Security Agency.
Ben-Gvir responded that the aim of the order is to keep continued publication of the agency's foulups and outrageous behavior. He also said the Shabak is trying to prevent Perlman from getting adequate legal representation.

Shabak, Israel's Internal Security Agency, was Forced to Release Perlman After 31 Days of Torture.
Chaim Perlman, age 30, claimed that police abused him, humiliated him and kept him handcuffed for 18 hours a daythree thugs would beat him up periodically. The Shabak was forced to release him from jail to house arrest after Judge Nachum Sternlicht said: "I haven't seen any substantial evidence that could serve to convict Pearlman." during his 31 days under Shabak interrogation. He said that Honenu lawyers still needed to deal with further Shabak shenanigans. Perlman was brought for an identification line up. Surprisingly, an Arab was found who singled out Perlman 12 years after the supposed crime. Honenu lawyers were not allowed to be present for the identification procedure. Shabak appealed Perlman's prison release, but lost in court. Perlman, who was once hired by the Shabak to provide information enraged his handlers by

Perlman is a step above the hundreds of thousands of Yesha, religious and Right Israelis, who think the government of Israel represents them or can be changed with a new election.
He actually fought back intelligently. Where will this lead? Will the victim Jews rebel against a shadow government that hates their guts and will use any dirty trick to criminalize them.
Of course not. They will let the Shabak agents among them, dating from the days of Avishai Raviv, follow, report and drag them through the "court" system to prison. As long as the Likes of Baruch Marzel, Itamar Ben Gvir, Iris Cohen, Avigdor Eskin et al are accepted as one of them, and not Shabak squealers, more Perlmans will follow ad infinitum...Barry Chamish

Look at today's news: I don't see much difference in the technique and aim of forced confessions, do you?

"Many have later retracted these 'confessions,' stating that they were coerced to make them, sometimes under torture or other ill-treatment. "This so-called confession forms part of a growing catalogue of other forced confessions and self-incriminating statements made by many detainees in the past year."
The condemned woman's lawyer, Mohammad Mostafaei, said his client made those comments to state-run television "to save her life" and noted that the death sentence for murder charges related to her husband's death had been commuted.
"The channel that we have in Iran is completely under the control of the intelligence ministry," Mostafaei told CNN on Thursday. "The goal of this channel is character assassination. And the other goal it has, through the production of documentaries full of lies and people's confessions, is to justify the government's illegal actions.

And Emanuel Winston writes:

I am deeply ashamed of what was once a most honored security agency formed to protect the people of Israel.  That changed once the politicians of the Leftist Labor Party found they could use the GSS to intimidate and conduct dirty tricks against the political Right.
Soon, Court Judges were recruited to go along with illegal detention – of Israelis.
The once honored Police began to cooperate in a way that reminded older Jews of the Nazi Stasi agents and, in some cases, methods used by the Gestapo and certain nationals in other European countries to entrap Jews.
Much of this ugliness comes from politicians who want dictatorial control of the Israeli people and every government agency.  To be fair, there are more honest agents than not - who risk their lives every day to protect the people and the nation of Israel.
Then there are the politically biased directors who owe their high positions to crooked politicians whose greed for power has poisoned their role of government service.
Biased courts, political security agencies were not what Israel was supposed to be but, regrettably, it is.
Israel was NOT supposed to be like her Muslim Arab neighbors, with hostile security agents mixed in with the populace but, those methods have, unfortunately, become quite common in Israel.
There was a time when the people loved their Army, Shin Bet, Mossad because they were the peoples’ protectors.   Then the politicians got their hands on these power structures and now people fear them.
I wonder if the commanders and politicians ever think about what they are doing to their own nation by adopting the roles of thugs and enemies of the people whom they are sworn to protect.

Smells like an "Shebang" agent provocateur hit, another "escalation" to demonize settlers further, in order to crack down on us for a phony reason as usual, wouldn't you agree? See who is so quick to jump on the issue!

Avishai Raviv, proven Shabak agent provocateur; goal: to demonize the settlers, 1990's. Same story redux??

Settlers suspected of torching Palestinian mosque

Arsonists spray walls with words 'we will burn you all' and 'price tag' – settler slogan for reprisal acts against settlement evacuation efforts. IDF says mosque door and rug damaged, while Palestinians claim entire library including books of Koran destroyed

Fire was set to a large mosque in the West Bank Palestinian village of Yasuf, east of Salfit, Thursday night. Hebrew slurs were sprayed on the walls that said: "We will burn all of you." The words "price tag" were also scrawled on the walls.

"Price tag" is the slogan adopted some months ago by extremist settlers who carry out reprisals against Palestinians in response to the evacuation of settlement structures by Israeli defense forces.
The Palestinians are pointing fingers at settlers in the area as the main culprits. Following a complaint, a joint investigation was launched that includes security forces in the area. The defense establishment said to Ynet that they view this as a serious offense and intend to bring the perpetrators to justice.

A complaint was issued Thursday night by residents of the village of Yasuf about damage caused to a mosque. Police and military forces, as well as Civil Administration officials, arrived on the spot. The police launched an investigation.
Civil Administration Chief Brig. Gen. Yoav (Pauli) Mordechai) contacted his counterparts in the Palestinian security apparatus to explain to them how to the investigation was being run and to offer his help.
Salfit Council head Abdel Rahim Musleh said that the arsonists torched the second floor of the mosque in the center of the village after they sprayed graffiti at the entrance and poured gasoline inside. Musleh said the fire consumed the mosque library that contained books of the Koran. The defense establishment, on the other hand, reported that the door to the mosque was damaged and a carpet was burned.

Local residents reportedly hurried to put on the fire.
Musleh added that the settlers sprayed Hebrew graffiti on the mosque floor that read: "We will burn all of you."

Palestinian security officials arrived on the spot along with representatives from the District Coordinating Office and the governor of Salfit. Palestinian security sources reported to the Maan news agency that they believe settlers from the Tapuah settlement are behind the arson.

United Arab List – Ta'al faction Chairman Ahmad Tibi said after the incident, "The defense minister and the military should be held responsible for this crime, and settlers' ongoing unlawfulness against the Palestinians. The village of Yasuf in next to the settlement of Tapuach."

Extremist settlers initiated their "price tag" attacks a few months ago. They included setting fire to Palestinian fields and damaging houses or vehicles.
The defense establishment estimates that this current "price tag" reprisal came in response to the 10-month building moratorium imposed on West Bank settlements by the cabinet. They expressed their concern that the situation would worsen.

(Israelnationalnews.com) The Spokesperson's Office of the Israel Defense Forces reported Friday morning that a mosque was vandalized in Kafr Yasuf, southwest of Shechem. An initial investigation says Hebrew grafitti was scrawled on the walls and books were torched, as was a carpet.
The head of the Civil Administration, Brig. Gen. Yoav (Poly) Mordechai spoke personally with the governor of the Palestinian Authority's Salfit area and other members of the PA and conveyed that the IDF and security forces are working to locate the perpetrators, that the Israel Defense Forces view the incident gravely and that it will be dealt with accordingly by the Israeli law enforcement agencies.

Pines-Paz: Mosque Fire - Dangerous Escalation

Kislev 24, 5770, 11 December 09 12:37
(Israelnationalnews.com) Member of Knesset Ofir Pines-Paz reacted to Arab reports of a fire in a Samarian mosque by saying, "This is a dangerous escalation whose goal is the deterioration of the region into a blood bath. The government must enforce the law and catch the perpetrators."
He added, "The lack of government preparedness to defeat the strategy employed many years by the settlers of making people pay for their attacks is a serious and dangerous failure."

You could easily substitute the word 'rabbis' and settler leaders' for ' microbiologists", and "Israeli government' for "US government", and the sentence would fit perfectly! Should that not ring some very loud bells, both ways?? Same modus operandi.

The mysterious deaths of top microbiologists

It all began with Don Wiley.

On November 15th, Harvard Professor Don Wiley left a gathering of friends and colleagues some time after 10:30 PM. The next morning, Memphis police found his rental car stopped on a bridge, with a full tank of gas and keys still in the ignition. There was no financial or family trouble. Indeed Wiley was supposed to meet his family at the Memphis airport to continue on to an Icelandic vacation. Neither was there any history of depression or mental illness.

In the report printed in the New York Times on November 27th, the FBI's Memphis office distanced itself from the case saying that the available facts did not add up to a suspicion of foul play. I guess at the FBI it's a perfectly everyday occurrence for a Harvard Professor to stop his rental car on a bridge in the middle of the night before he is supposed to leave for Iceland and just walk away into the Tennessee dark.

The NYT report of November 27th also downplayed Professor Wiley's expertise in virology, quoting Gregory Verdine, a professor of chemical biology at Harvard, said, "If bioterrorists were to abduct Don Wiley, they'd be very disappointed," because his research was in studying the component parts of viruses, and "that doesn't really help you make a more dangerous version of the virus."

But this statement is not consistent with the facts of Professor Wiley's full range of knowledge. Wiley has, in conjunction with another Harvard Professor, Dr. Jack Strominger, won several academic prizes for their work in immunology, including a Lasker prize. Don Wiley is a Harvard professor, but he is also a researcher at the Howard Hughes Medical Institute, and the National Institute of Health. The Howard Hughes Medical Institute is located in Chevy Chase, Maryland, and performs biological research, sometimes jointly funded by the Department of Defense and the NIH. Don Wiley's peers at Harvard include professors such as John Collier performing research on Anthrax.

So, contrary to the dismissive tone of the New York Times report, Professor Wiley would be of great value to anyone developing biological weapons. This makes the FBI's obvious disinterest in the case highly questionable, indeed reminiscent of the FBI's obvious disinterest in the numerous witnesses in Oklahoma City who had seen Tim McVeigh in the company of additional perpetrators not to mention the witnesses who had seen additional bombs.

Especially in light of the events of 9/11, the vanishing of a scientist with Professor Wiley's expertise in virology and immunology should have been expected to be an issue of critical national importance, yet the official tone of the government was that this is nothing to worry about. Move along citizen, nothing to see.

In the context of the Anthrax letters being sent through the mail, any disappearance of any microbiologist under questionable circumstances should have set off alarm bells across the nation. but it didn't. Professor Wiley was assumed to have committed suicide, end of story.

The professor's colleagues expressed doubts about the official "suicide" explanation for his disappearance.

Then, more biologists started to die under suspicious circumstances.

The Very Mysterious Deaths of Five Microbiologists.

The body count of infections disease experts continued to climb. Connections to weapons research began to surface.

As many as 14 world-class microbiologists died between 9/11/1 and 3/2/2, and on 6/24/2 yet another microbiologist was added to the list.

Still the US Government acted as if nothing was amiss, as silent on the question of dead microbiologists as they are on the question of the Israeli spies and their connection to 9-11.

In fact, the official silence on the question of how so many top experts in infectious diseases could die in such a short time span is deafening.

Now, statistically, it's possible, even likely, that one or two of these microbiologists legitimately were killed in random accidents. But for so many to die in such a short while exceeds all reasonable bounds of statistics. Prudence would demand an investigation, not the "ho hum" attitude of the government which even today continues to issue dire warnings to the general population of how much we are all in danger from "bioterrorism".

So, let's take a moment and step away from the perpetual fear-mongering of the media (and Rumsfeld) as they assure us another attack IS coming (with a certainty which suggests inside information on the subject) and assume for a moment that some party has indeed decided to "liquidate" weapons research infectious disease experts.

There is really only one reason to kill off a bunch of scientists. To keep them from doing something they are able to do.

What were these scientists able to do? Maybe blow the whistle if an artificially created disease was about to be used in a manner those who created it did not approve of.

Regardless of the exact reason, there does seem to be a clear pattern of targeted microbiologists, and paired with it, an obvious government disinterest in the matter.

I leave it to you to figure out why.

Of course a plane FULL of Israeli microbiologists downed over the Black Sea in 2001 gets no attention.

DS asked for further elaboration:

Barry continues:

"Israeli biological and nuclear scientists are being knocked off one by one and this covert war is going unnoticed
. A plane carrying scientists to Russia's biological warfare center at Novosibirsk was blown up over the Black Sea and no one questions that the Ukrainian missile that supposedly did the job was a hundred miles out of range. Then a Swissair Corsair crashes killing the head of Ichilov Hospital's Hematology department, as well as directors of the Hebrew University School Of Medicine and the Tel Aviv Public Health Department and not a word of suspicion is raised. After that, one of the country's most prominent nuclear scientists, Baruch Zinger is assassinated and still, no one is putting the pieces together. Your front line against nuclear and biological attacks is being picked off in a covert murder campaign and your government is taking no security precautions to stop the intellectual slaughter. Or if it is, your public is totally unaware of the daily danger to its most educated citizens." Barry Chamish

Coastal Road Killer Returns, Calls to 'Restore Dignity'

Av 12, 5769, 02 August 09 10:06
by Maayana Miskin

(Israelnationalnews.com) Israel has allowed several hundred foreign terrorists to enter Judea in recent days in order to allow them to participate in a leadership conference planned by Fatah, the party currently leading the Palestinian Authority. Among those who have been granted entry is Khalid Abu Isba, one of the terrorists who carried out the infamous Coastal Road Massacre.

In the Coastal Road Massacre of 1978, 12 terrorists infiltrated Israel from Lebanon, murdered an American photographer and hijacked two buses. A total of 38 Israeli civilians were murdered in the attack, 13 of them children, and another 71 were wounded.

Isba, one of two terrorists to survive the attack, served only seven years in prison before being released in a prison exchange deal.

In an interview with local Arab media, Isba expressed surprise and joy at having been allowed into Judea and Samaria. He said he plans to stay in the area, and bring his wife and children as well. "I won't leave," he insisted.

Isba shared his hope that the conference would "restore Fatah's dignity" and return to "popular resistance" -- "resistance" being a term often used to refer to terrorist attacks on Israelis. Isba is not alone in his hopes; several senior Fatah members have hinted that the organization will pass resolutions calling not to recognize Israel and to commit violent attacks against Israelis.

The notorious Fatah killer spoke with media in a Bethlehem building located a 15-minute drive from Jerusalem.

Senior Fatah man: Ally with Iran
A second well-known member of Fatah, former senior PA official Hatem Abdul Qader, told the Bethlehem-based Maan News that he plans to promote an allegiance between Fatah and Iran. "The challenges that face the Palestinian people... obligate the Fatah movement to formulate its regional strategic alliances based on new principles and criteria," he said.

Qader clarified that Fatah, the organization that leads the PA, should seek help from Iran, but that the PA itself should not.

While Iran has traditionally supported the Islamist Hamas and not the more secular Fatah, it would happily support Fatah as well, Qader said. Iranian leaders supported former Fatah head and PA Chairman Yasser Arafat in his lifetime, he pointed out.

Qader served as PA minister of Jerusalem Affairs until July of this year. He now serves as Fatah's Jerusalem Affairs liaison.

Both the PA and Fatah insist that historic Jerusalem, and new neighborhoods that are home to roughly 300,000 Israeli Jews, be relinquished to the PA as the capital city of a new Arab state, to be created in Judea and Samaria. Qader is in charge of coordinating Fatah's efforts to gain control over the capital city wherever possible.

MY GUESS IS , THEY WILL NEVER FIND THIS ELUSIVE MAN IN BLACK, FOR A VERY GOOD REASON: HE IS A GOVERNMENT AGENT, EITHER SHABAK, OR CIA.

THE REASON HE DID THIS NOW IS TO CREATE A DIVERSION FROM THE HORRIBLE CRIME BEING PERPETRATED BY THE GOVERNMENT RIGHT NOW AGAINST JEWS: RELEASING BARBARIC AND BLOOD-THIRSTY TERRORISTS WITH THE BLOOD OF MANY, MANY JEWS ON THEIR HANDS, WHO HIJACKED BUSES AMONG OTHERS, INTO JUDEA, WHILE OPENING TZIR TZION  IN HEVRON, AND WHILE FATAH IS THREATENING TERROR ATTACKS,

THIS IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY, BEING PERPETRATED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT IN JUDEA, BY EHUD BARAK AND BY BIBI IN PARTICULAR, AS WE SPEAK.

THE ATTACK AGAINST THE GAY CLUB IN TEL-AVIV WAS A COVER, TO DRAW ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE CRIME BEING COMMITTED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT AND ITS FOREIGN HANDLERS OF THE NWO AGAINST THE JEWS OF JUDEA: PLANNING A HUGE MASSACRE, TO BE PERPETRATED BY ALL THE TERRORISTS RELEASED IN BETHLEHEM, IN ADDITION TO THE TERRORISTS TRAINED BY GENERAL DAYTON, WITH THE WEAPONS SUPPLIED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT, AND WHILE OPENING THE ROADS. THIS IS A CLEAR SET-UP FOR A HORRIBLE MASSACRE OF JEWS, IN LINE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE NWO TO 'CULL' THE POPULATION OF ISRAEL.

IT IS ALSO DESIGNED TO INCREASE HATRED OF THE RELIGIOUS - WHO IN ALL LIKELIHOOD HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MASSACRE IN TEL-AVIV WHATSOEVER - in the general public, so they will be happy if religious Jews and/or settlers are killed.

THIS WAS AN INTELLIGENCE HIT, JUST LIKE THE HIT IN MUMBAI.

MARK MY WORDS.

Hunt still on for TA gay center shooter

Aug. 2, 2009
YAAKOV LAPPIN and jpost.com staff , THE JERUSALEM POST

Police were still searching Sunday for a gunman who burst into a gay community center in the heart of Tel Aviv the previous night and opened fire with a machine gun, killing two people and wounding several others.

The two fatalities were named later as 26-year-old counselor Nir Katz, from Givatayim, and Liz Turbeshi, 17, from Holon.

Their bodies were found in the center by paramedics, while the wounded were rushed to the Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital) in Tel Aviv. Two victims were listed in critical condition, while three additional people were moderately hurt, Magen David Adom paramedics said. Several others were lightly wounded in the attack.

Large numbers of emergency vehicles converged on the scene minutes after the shooting, and patrol cars could be seen scouring the area for the gunman, who, according to eyewitnesses, was dressed in black.

A police crime scene investigation unit gathered evidence from the scene and a gag order was later placed on the investigation.

Hundreds of local residents gathered around police barricades and tearful members of the local gay community wandered around the scene looking traumatized.

Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch said police had stepped up security around other gay centers and potential targets.

Speaking from the murder scene, police Commissioner Insp.-Gen. David Cohen said: "This is a most severe incident. The police are investing major resources and means to capture this murderer and his accomplices."

"These were teenagers," Yaniv Weisman, chairman of the Israeli Gay Youth organization, told The Jerusalem Post.

With tears in his eyes, Weisman added, "They came to this center from across the country to talk to one another and receive help. This was supposed to be a safe place for them. Someone knew what they were doing when they came here. This is not a pub or a club."

"Today, someone sent a message that gays in Tel Aviv and Israel are not safe," Weisman said.

Now wait a minute here, there are conflicting reports : Here it says the crime was committed with a machine gun, while the original report said it was done with a handgun. LOOK AT THE PICTURE ABOVE, AND WHAT DO YOU SEE???

"The black-clad man entered the building on Saturday and opened random fire with a handgun on its occupants before running away, Israel media reported..."

"Police are searching for a black-clad gunman who fled the scene after opening fire in the club.

Witnesses said the gunman fired in all directions with a handgun."

Minister Katz: Fatah's draft platform a declaration of war

Transportation minister tells fellow Likud members Palestinian movement's unwillingness to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, demand for withdrawal to 1967 lines and right of return for refugees 'mean Israel will be wiped out'
Roni Sofer

Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz responded Sunday to reports saying that Fatah would update its political platform against recognizing Israel as the Jewish state during its general assembly taking place this week in Bethlehem.

"The draft version for Fatah's meeting is a declaration of war against Israel,
" Katz said during a Likud ministers' discussion ahead of the weekly cabinet meeting. "Fatah's unwillingness to recognize Israel as a Jewish state, the demand for a withdrawal to the 1967 borders and a complete right of return for Palestinian refugees is tantamount to wiping out the State of Israel from existence."

He demanded that Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu present a clear stance on the matter.

Netanyahu said that Israel must wait for the Fatah conference. "As this is only a draft, we must wait and see what will happen at the convention itself – and respond accordingly."

Defense Minister Ehud Barak holds a similar stand. "We will wait and see what will happen in the conclusion stage rather than at the stage of preparations for the Fatah convention," Barak said Sunday ahead of the cabinet meeting.

The transportation minister also raised the demand that Syria take steps of normalizations towards Israel – such as allowing Israeli planes to enter its airspace on their way to and from the Far East.

"The Saudis must be pressured to accept the Israeli demand I initiated, to allow an open sky policy over Saudi Arabia. This demand is supported by the American administration – over 200 Congress members – and by Europe. There is no reason not to pressure," said Katz.

Prime Minister Netanyahu said he had spoken to businesspeople and was under the impression that such an "open sky" policy would bring about a significant revolution in the Israeli aviation industry.

Known terrorists among 130 Palestinians arriving for Fatah General Conference

DEBKAfile Special Report

August 2, 2009, 9:31 PM (GMT+02:00)

Israel permitted 130 Palestinian delegates to enter the country from Lebanon and Syria to attend the Mahmoud Abbas' Fatah faction's first general conference in 25 years which opens Tuesday, Aug. 4 in Bethlehem. Among them are notorious terrorists, some of whom were traded in former prisoner swaps.

Hamas has shut Gaza exits down for several hundred Fatah members who applied to attend the conference.

As DEBKAfile reported on July 29, Prime minister Binyamin Netanyahu was persuaded by US Middle East envoy George Mitchell and Egyptian president Hosni Mubarek that Abbas needed all the help he could get to make the conference a success or else he - and the Middle East peace process - were finished.

Netanyahu's first concession was to admit the Tunis-based PLO hardliner Maher Abu Ghneim, whom Abbas seeks to name his second-in-command and successor at the conference which elects the party institutions - despite his rejectionist views on peace talks with Israel.

On his arrival from Jordan at the Allenby bridge, Ghneim vowed Wednesday, July 29, "to continue the struggle until every grain of Palestinian land is liberated under the Palestinian flag." DEBKAfile: This pledge represents the substance of Clause 7 of the rival Hamas charter.

No one described the shooter as looking Haredi. I suppose all the queers know for sure that

I hope the murderer turns out to be a jilted gay!! How cool would THAT be?? Ah! They would

I'm totally getting the impression that the Israeli government is perpetrating more and more insults and murders against the Israeli people to weaken their resolve to maintaining Judea and Sumaria as sovereign Israel. That is Pure Evil!!

Daisy, my friend, there is going to be great retribution against these wicked Israelis for these crimes against Israel.
