releasing 20 hours of taped conversations to the public showing how the Shabak incited him to commit crimes against Arabs. Perlman is being charged with a 1998 killing of two-four Arabs. He denied all the allegations and said in an interview recorded two days before his arrest, and aired on Channel 2, that he was being framed. Perlman claimed the Shabak was taking revenge on him because he taped their conversations. From the beginning, his lawyer claimed that the Shabak had no evidence linking the crime to Perlman. In order to save face, the Shabak needed to obtain a confession. Many times in Israel a confession is proof of guilt, even if there is no evidence corroborating the confession and even if the evidence contradicts the confession. The Shabak early on denied Perlman a basic right, a meeting with his lawyer. It was 10 days after his arrest that Perlman was finally able to meet with his Honenu lawyer due to Honenu intervention and a ruling of Justice Edmond Levy. Even Haaretz, a far left wing newspaper has recently screamed foul playHonenu, no civil or legal rights organization has come out against the cruel punishment Perlman underwent. Perlman remained silent during the 31 days of interrogation. regarding this abuse of justice. Unfortunately , besides "Justice, justice you shall pursue so that you may live and you will inherit the Land that G-d your G-d gives you." (Deuteronomy 16:20) Donate to make sure that Honenu can fight for a fair judicial process in Israel. Just in this last month Honenu has dealt with 85 arrest cases and 150 ongoing cases. Our expenses are $30,000 a month. Help us build a better Israel. |

(Israelnationalnews.com) Israel has allowed several hundred foreign terrorists to enter Judea in recent days in order to allow them to participate in a leadership conference planned by Fatah, the party currently leading the Palestinian Authority. Among those who have been granted entry is Khalid Abu Isba, one of the terrorists who carried out the infamous Coastal Road Massacre.
In the Coastal Road Massacre of 1978, 12 terrorists infiltrated Israel from Lebanon, murdered an American photographer and hijacked two buses. A total of 38 Israeli civilians were murdered in the attack, 13 of them children, and another 71 were wounded.
Isba, one of two terrorists to survive the attack, served only seven years in prison before being released in a prison exchange deal.
In an interview with local Arab media, Isba expressed surprise and joy at having been allowed into Judea and Samaria. He said he plans to stay in the area, and bring his wife and children as well. "I won't leave," he insisted.
Isba shared his hope that the conference would "restore Fatah's dignity" and return to "popular resistance" -- "resistance" being a term often used to refer to terrorist attacks on Israelis. Isba is not alone in his hopes; several senior Fatah members have hinted that the organization will pass resolutions calling not to recognize Israel and to commit violent attacks against Israelis.
The notorious Fatah killer spoke with media in a Bethlehem building located a 15-minute drive from Jerusalem.
Senior Fatah man: Ally with Iran
A second well-known member of Fatah, former senior PA official Hatem Abdul Qader, told the Bethlehem-based Maan News that he plans to promote an allegiance between Fatah and Iran. "The challenges that face the Palestinian people... obligate the Fatah movement to formulate its regional strategic alliances based on new principles and criteria," he said.
Qader clarified that Fatah, the organization that leads the PA, should seek help from Iran, but that the PA itself should not.
While Iran has traditionally supported the Islamist Hamas and not the more secular Fatah, it would happily support Fatah as well, Qader said. Iranian leaders supported former Fatah head and PA Chairman Yasser Arafat in his lifetime, he pointed out.
Qader served as PA minister of Jerusalem Affairs until July of this year. He now serves as Fatah's Jerusalem Affairs liaison.
Both the PA and Fatah insist that historic Jerusalem, and new neighborhoods that are home to roughly 300,000 Israeli Jews, be relinquished to the PA as the capital city of a new Arab state, to be created in Judea and Samaria. Qader is in charge of coordinating Fatah's efforts to gain control over the capital city wherever possible.
MY GUESS IS , THEY WILL NEVER FIND THIS ELUSIVE MAN IN BLACK, FOR A VERY GOOD REASON: HE IS A GOVERNMENT AGENT, EITHER SHABAK, OR CIA.
THE REASON HE DID THIS NOW IS TO CREATE A DIVERSION FROM THE HORRIBLE CRIME BEING PERPETRATED BY THE GOVERNMENT RIGHT NOW AGAINST JEWS: RELEASING BARBARIC AND BLOOD-THIRSTY TERRORISTS WITH THE BLOOD OF MANY, MANY JEWS ON THEIR HANDS, WHO HIJACKED BUSES AMONG OTHERS, INTO JUDEA, WHILE OPENING TZIR TZION IN HEVRON, AND WHILE FATAH IS THREATENING TERROR ATTACKS,
THIS IS A CRIME AGAINST HUMANITY, BEING PERPETRATED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT IN JUDEA, BY EHUD BARAK AND BY BIBI IN PARTICULAR, AS WE SPEAK.
THE ATTACK AGAINST THE GAY CLUB IN TEL-AVIV WAS A COVER, TO DRAW ATTENTION AWAY FROM THE CRIME BEING COMMITTED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT AND ITS FOREIGN HANDLERS OF THE NWO AGAINST THE JEWS OF JUDEA: PLANNING A HUGE MASSACRE, TO BE PERPETRATED BY ALL THE TERRORISTS RELEASED IN BETHLEHEM, IN ADDITION TO THE TERRORISTS TRAINED BY GENERAL DAYTON, WITH THE WEAPONS SUPPLIED BY THE ISRAELI GOVERNMENT, AND WHILE OPENING THE ROADS. THIS IS A CLEAR SET-UP FOR A HORRIBLE MASSACRE OF JEWS, IN LINE WITH THE INSTRUCTIONS OF THE NWO TO 'CULL' THE POPULATION OF ISRAEL.
IT IS ALSO DESIGNED TO INCREASE HATRED OF THE RELIGIOUS - WHO IN ALL LIKELIHOOD HAD NOTHING TO DO WITH THE MASSACRE IN TEL-AVIV WHATSOEVER - in the general public, so they will be happy if religious Jews and/or settlers are killed.
THIS WAS AN INTELLIGENCE HIT, JUST LIKE THE HIT IN MUMBAI.
MARK MY WORDS.

Hunt still on for TA gay center shooter
Police were still searching Sunday for a gunman who burst into a gay community center in the heart of Tel Aviv the previous night and opened fire with a machine gun, killing two people and wounding several others.
The two fatalities were named later as 26-year-old counselor Nir Katz, from Givatayim, and Liz Turbeshi, 17, from Holon.
Their bodies were found in the center by paramedics, while the wounded were rushed to the Sourasky Medical Center (Ichilov Hospital) in Tel Aviv. Two victims were listed in critical condition, while three additional people were moderately hurt, Magen David Adom paramedics said. Several others were lightly wounded in the attack.
Large numbers of emergency vehicles converged on the scene minutes after the shooting, and patrol cars could be seen scouring the area for the gunman, who, according to eyewitnesses, was dressed in black.
A police crime scene investigation unit gathered evidence from the scene and a gag order was later placed on the investigation.
Hundreds of local residents gathered around police barricades and tearful members of the local gay community wandered around the scene looking traumatized.
Public Security Minister Yitzhak Aharonovitch said police had stepped up security around other gay centers and potential targets.
Speaking from the murder scene, police Commissioner Insp.-Gen. David Cohen said: "This is a most severe incident. The police are investing major resources and means to capture this murderer and his accomplices."
"These were teenagers," Yaniv Weisman, chairman of the Israeli Gay Youth organization, told The Jerusalem Post.
With tears in his eyes, Weisman added, "They came to this center from across the country to talk to one another and receive help. This was supposed to be a safe place for them. Someone knew what they were doing when they came here. This is not a pub or a club."
"Today, someone sent a message that gays in Tel Aviv and Israel are not safe," Weisman said.
A survey conducted by the Panels Insitute revealed that 64 % of the Israeli public , and half of secular Israelis, want the Temple rebuilt. 97% of respondents know that the Temple was destroyed on Tisha B'Av ( Ninth of Av).
The survey's second question queried the public’s desire to rebuild the Temple. Sixty-four percent responded favorably and 36 percent said no. Analysis of the answers revealed that not only hareidi-religious and other religious Jews want to rebuild the Temple, (100 percent and 97 percent respectively), but also the traditional public (91 percent) and many secular Jews (47 percent) do as well.

"It does not require a majority to prevail, but rather an irate, tireless minority keen to set brush fires in people's minds."
Samuel Adams, American Revolutionary
"A really efficient totalitarian state would be one in which the all-powerful executive of political bosses and their army of managers control a population of slaves who do not have to be coerced, because they love their servitude.
To make them love it is the task assigned, in present-day totalitarian states, to ministries of propaganda, newspaper editors and schoolteachers.... The greatest triumphs of propaganda have been accomplished, not by doing something, but by refraining from doing.
Great is truth, but still greater, from a practical point of view, is silence about truth."
"Nobody made a greater mistake than he who did nothing, because he could only do a little.""When bad men combine, the good must associate; else they will fall one by one, an unpitied sacrifice in a contemptible struggle."
Edmund Burke
