Force pharmacists to report any unusual or any increased prescription rates that may be caused by epidemic diseases.
Preempt existing state laws, rules and regulations, including those relating to privacy, medical licensure, and–this is key–property rights.
Control public and private property during a public health emergency, including pharmaceutical manufacturing plants, nursing homes, other health care facilities, and communications devices.
Mobilize all or any part of the “organized militia into service to the state to help enforce the state’s orders.” Ration firearms, explosives, food, fuel and alcoholic beverages, among other commodities.
Impose fines and penalties to enforce their orders.

July 7th, the pope releases his Encyclical, "CARITAS IN VERITATE", in which he calls for a "UN with teeth".
ON THE VERY SAME DAY, JULY 7th, AT THE WORLD HEALTH ORGANIZATION, A BRANCH OF THE UN, the pharmaceutical industry-dominated Strategic Advisory Group of Experts (SAGE) on Immunization holds an "extraordinary meeting in Geneva to discuss issues and make recommendations related to vaccine for the pandemic (H1N1) 2009."
My mistake was in not realizing that MARTIAL LAW IS ALREADY HERE. It is in Canada ( by the way, according to the video you have just watched, their regulation dates back to the beginning of World War II, with other words, to the time of the NAZIS); it is in the United States; and it is in YESHA, which at any rate has had military rule , with other words, MARTIAL LAW, since the time of the British. In the same way that Bibi cooperated with the World Health Organization's order to administer a very dangerous vaccine to the whole population of Israel, as per Benedikt's directives in his encyclical Caritas in Veritate, which demanded a UN WITH TEETH, in the same way he is cooperating with New World Order directives regarding MARTIAL LAW, which means shooting and killing people at will. The question is, when did the word go out to implement martial law worldwide? The Canadian video dates back to December 2010, and the incident took place during the G20 meeting in Toronto, Canada, June 26-27, 2010, just about one year after martial law had been declared in Geneva ( on June 12, 2009) and the pope had presented his encyclical "Caritas in Veritate" to the world ( on July 7, 2009) which demanded a "UN WITH TEETH". So obviously martial law has been accepted by various governments, 193 in all, months ago already. We are just now starting to see its full effect. And it will only get worse and worse, unless WE ACT NOW. Martial Law is FASCISM, it is NAZISM! Are we willing to live under Nazi rule all over again, for the benefit of Rome?

I just got this in - uncanny, isn't it: it would make sense; after all, the U.S. is just a few days away from bankruptcy, unless QE3 ad infinitum is approved by Congress. What's the alternative? HE WAS ABLE TO GET ANDREWS TO UNDERSTAND AND THEN ANDREWS TOOK THE PHONE PATCH OFF AIR .
