So "THEY want the Land": who wouldn't? Of course, the whole world wants Eretz Yisrael, apple of G-d's eye! Those olive trees they so passionately talk about really are lovely. There is only one small problem....

...  Hashem, who created the world, decided WHOM he wanted to give the Land to. And as mentioned over and over in the Bible, He chose to give it to the children of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, NOT to some entity who decided to lay claim to it, the Fakestinians. So I want Trump Tower, does that make it OK for me to go grab it? You want to be Bill Gates - keep on wanting! Man has many desires, but Hashem decides who gets what; what are you going to do? He decided that His People Israel would get it - provided we merit to inherit the Land... and that is up to US.

So stop feeling so sorry for these people because they don't get what they want; let them join the club: so they want things they can't have, big deal! That is the way G-d created the world. Get used to it and get a life!

And if you have complaints, "poor Gazans", address them to G-d, He will decide what to do about your complaints. Maybe He will decide that removing Hamas off your backs is just what you need to feel better. So stop whining, crybabies.

THE REAL TRUTH about what is happening today in Israel and the world. Chag Sameach! May Hashem send us Mashiach soon.

  • First this ( unfortunately I wasn't able to embed the video):

https://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/246157

  • And also this:  - thank you, Truth Provider!

  • And finally this, just as, if not more, important ( frankly I think it is MORE important):

Until Bibi is willing to deal with the real problems of this country:

Until he is willing to DISREGARD the wishes of our clear enemies for our demise: the Vatican at its head, the UN, Europe, etc., as shown by their reactions to and involvement in the Gaza drama;

until he is willing to CONFRONT THEM once and for all, for the truth of who they are and for their dirty, unspeakably evil deeds;

and until he once and for all DISMANTLES the enemies of Jews IN THIS COUNTRY itself, nothing will improve, and Torah Jews and lovers of the Land which Hashem gave us will continue to be slaughtered, tortured, and persecuted in Eretz Yisrael.

Chag Shavuot Sameach! May the light of Torah illuminate all Jewish hearts, and may Mashiach come very, very soon.

Coming to Har Zion in eight days: epic spiritual battle between power-crazed Vatican, destroyers of humanity, .... and humble servants of Hashem confronting evil face to face!

ועלו מושיעים בהר ציון לשפוט את הר עשו
 והייתה לה' המלוכה

                                                                                                                                          בס"ד

  תשע"ה י"ז אלול

September 1, 2015

We are living in momentous times: do you realize how truly momentous? Do you have ANY idea what epic spiritual battle is about to be fought on Har Zion in just eight days??

These are times of either total despair, terror, death, destruction, financial collapse, times of sheer horror for humanity,

        or times of immense faith, belief in Hashem's power to overcome evil;

        faith that Hashem truly is Master of the universe;

       faith that Satan, angel of Amalek and Esav, has no power against the King of the World, Hashem;

       faith that Hashem will perform miracles for Am Yisrael if only Am Yisrael will be worthy of them;

faith that for Hashem to perform these miracles, the Jewish People has to take the first step, just as Nachson ben Aminadav had to walk into the Red Sea before the sea split for Am Yisrael, so they would be saved from Pharaoh and his armies.

What am I talking about?

Please look at the pamphlet above, and read the links I am attaching below for details: on September 9th, 2015, the 25th of Elul 5775,  - five days before Rosh Hashanah, when Hashem will again be crowned  King of the Universe,  right before the end of this Shemittah year that the whole world  is talking about - , a historic trial is about to take place on Har Zion, Mount Zion, Jerusalem, Israel: the trial of Har Esav by our "saviors", the "Moshi'im", the righteous rabbis of the so-called Sanhedrin -  may they become the real Sanhedrin revived, for they deserve to be recognized as such, being the only rabbis willing to confront the powers that be and demand of them to stop their evil ways or face the consequences.

These rabbis have taken upon themselves to judge the evildoers of the earth, finally, for all their evil deeds. The core of this evil comes right out of the Mountain of Esav: the Vatican and its allies.

Please open the link to the "Indictment" of the Mountain of Esav ( available in both Hebrew and English): an action correct, brave, to the point, and a necessary "basis" for the miracle we ask Hashem to perform for Am Yisrael - as opposed to the attitude of many rabbis of the world who are completely outraged by the audacity of these righteous men, and even condemn them for their actions!

The timing of this trial could not be more appropriate, coming as it does at the end of this forty-nine year Shemittah cycle: Rosh Hashanah of 5776 is the beginning of a Yovel year as you know, and the whole world is rapidly approaching a time of terrible suffering, be it because of imminent worldwide financial collapse, be it because of wars, or be it because of steady deterioration of the moral fiber of nations led by truly satanic leaders.

For those of you who have been following real events rather than the rosy version sold to you by the merchants of dreams known as the main stream media, you know what is going on: collapse of the Chinese stock market, trillions of debt the worldwide economies are built on, with imminent bursting of this debt bubble; death and devastation brought on by Muslim countries and Iran; acceptance of gay marriage as the law of the land; and the general emergence of a truly satanic atmosphere all over the world.

What you might not be aware of is the immense importance of this specific coming Yom Kippur 5776: not only is it the time for Hakhel, a day when all of Am Yisrael is supposed to hear the whole Torah read in public; but in addition, the servants of Satan have planned a slew of destructive events for that date. Most of them are discussed in the media so there is no need for me to repeat them; but there is one planned event which I find particularly alarming; it is not so publicized and I would like to discuss it here, even though it is not really the topic of the upcoming trial. Hopefully, though, once you are done reading this post you will understand why I am linking the trial with this event.

You must have heard about the visit of Pope Francis to the USA on Yom Kippur to meet Obama and address Congress. Not by accident did the pope choose this date: after all he has every reason to FLEE Europe on that very same day! You see, with the Vatican's blessings and supervision, on the 23rd of September, Yom Kippur, at the CERN in Geneva, Switzerland, mad scientists financed by the EU and other countries are about to embark on an experiment never before attempted, in which they will in essence "PLAY GOD". They have built a giant accelerator 300 feet below ground, in which they will accelerate atomic particles to such a speed as to reenact the creation of the world as they understand it; in addition this will create particles that don't exist as of now, and probably create a black hole - or what they call a portal to a different dimension - , in order to unify "spirit" and matter. They are doing this fully aware of the potential catastrophic destruction this immense power can unleash, not to mention their conviction, I should say knowledge, that by doing so they can open a portal for dark forces to take over the world. Nobody knows what the consequences of this foolish act will be, but it cannot be good.

Whoever uses their power to be in competition with the King of the World on the Day of Final Judgment cannot be on the right side of history, period. The arrogance of the nations is reaching a peak, and G-d "casts the arrogant to the ground and raises the humble".

By the way, I know the CERN very well, I grew up in Geneva and even worked in a hospital 10 minutes away from the CERN, but never guessed they would be capable of such insanity. Even Professor Stephen Hawking, famous theoretical physicist, warns about the danger of their experiment.

In addition, the CERN and their backers wanted to start such a project in the middle of our Land, the Land of Israel. Thank G-d it didn't arrive right in Israel, but it is so close. Who knows the implications of the presence of this nuclear accelerator on enemy, or at least potential enemy territory; why did the EU want such a center there? What is their ulterior motive? Knowing them it can't be good. Please read about the SESAME PROJECT in AMMAN, JORDAN.

Considering all of the above, as well as the topics of the indictment by the rabbis - Iran, a Palestinian state, etc.- , I feel that the upcoming trial a few days before Rosh Hashanah could not be more timely and essential for the survival not only of Am Yisrael but of the whole world. Maybe, just maybe, this righteous action will draw Divine Mercy on G-d's creatures. But for that, WE ALL HAVE TO DO IMMEDIATE TESHUVAH, if we haven't yet! For the uninitiated, Teshuvah means REPENTANCE. This applies to everyone, Jew or Gentile.

For your information I have provided links that explain what I just discussed. Please forgive me for providing links that also introduce quite a bit of nonsense, as well as talk of worship of 'that man'; my idea was to explain these new concepts to you, and it seems that the authors of the videos I have linked to have tried to get into the depth of the phenomena I am discussing with you, however their understanding is embedded in a worldview which is alien and false too, even though not satanic. In addition I believe that their understanding of Shiva as a destroyer is distorted: if I am correct it is not solely a symbol of destruction in the Hindu pantheon, it is not as maleficent as the CERN people would like to believe; but what counts is THE MAD SCIENTISTS AND THEIR BACKERS' intent, and their intent IS maleficent! For more information on that, please read up also on the Georgia Guide Stones and on Eugenics at the UN.

I hope this article opens your eyes in a whole new way.

May Hashem have mercy on Am Yisrael; may Hashem have mercy on all good and righteous people of the world! Amen.

Leshana Tova Tikatevu Vetichatemu.

Put two and two together: now that you know where those Syrian rebels threatening Israel in the Golan come from; between that and UNRWA funding PA terror, I ask you: WHO is really attacking Israel?

I have told you all along that the real goal of all these wars, in Libya, in Syria, etc. by NATO, which of course includes the US,  is really Israel. Now we see it unfolding before our very eyes. Read the various posts under the labels listed below for details. We are smack in the middle of the war of Gog and Magog; good that we already know its outcome! Read the prophets for details. Meanwhile it is not too pleasant, let's face it.

US-British Al Qaeda Airlift: 3,000 Tons of Weapons Fuel Syria's Destruction

March 9, 2013 (LD) - The primary reason, we are told, that the West must immediately begin wider operations to support the so-called Syrian rebels is to head off extremists - namely Al Qaeda, from overrunning Syria. This narrative has been sold for nearly a year now as it has become evidently clear that all major offensives in Syria against the Syrian people and their government have been led by Al Qaeda terrorist fronts, including most notoriously, Jabhat al-Nusra.

It turns out, however, according the London Telegraph, that the US and Britain have already been arming terrorists operating in Syria for some time, including a massive airlift of 3,000 tons of weapons, sent across Syria's borders with Jordan and NATO-member Turkey. In the Telegraph's article titled, "US and Europe in 'major airlift of arms to Syrian rebels through Zagreb'," it is reported:
It claimed 3,000 tons of weapons dating back to the former Yugoslavia have been sent in 75 planeloads from Zagreb airport to the rebels, largely via Jordan since November
The story confirmed the origins of ex-Yugoslav weapons seen in growing numbers in rebel hands in online videos, as described last month by The Daily Telegraph and other newspapers, but suggests far bigger quantities than previously suspected.
The shipments were allegedly paid for by Saudi Arabia at the bidding of the United States, with assistance on supplying the weapons organised through Turkey and Jordan, Syria's neighbours. But the report added that as well as from Croatia, weapons came "from several other European countries including Britain", without specifying if they were British-supplied or British-procured arms.
British military advisers however are known to be operating in countries bordering Syria alongside French and Americans, offering training to rebel leaders and former Syrian army officers. The Americans are also believed to be providing training on securing chemical weapons sites inside Syria.
With so much admitted involvement in the violence aimed at overthrowing Syria's government by the West, it is inconceivable that Al Qaeda could be "overrunning moderate forces" in Syria, unless of course, no such moderate forces exist, and the West had planned from the beginning to use Al Qaeda as a mercenary force. And indeed, that is precisely what is happening. It has been established with documented evidence since at least 2007, and reaffirmed with this latest report.

Pulitizer Prize-winning journalist Seymour Hersh, in his 2007 New Yorker report titled, "The Redirection: Is the Administration's new policy benefiting our enemies in the war on terrorism?"stated explicitly that:
"To undermine Iran, which is predominantly Shiite, the Bush Administration has decided, in effect, to reconfigure its priorities in the Middle East. In Lebanon, the Administration has coöperated with Saudi Arabia's government, which is Sunni, in clandestine operations that are intended to weaken Hezbollah, the Shiite organization that is backed by Iran. The U.S. has also taken part in clandestine operations aimed at Iran and its ally Syria. A by-product of these activities has been the bolstering of Sunni extremist groups that espouse a militant vision of Islam and are hostile to America and sympathetic to Al Qaeda."
Is there any doubt that the US has executed this plot in earnest, arming and funding sectarian extremists "sympathetic to Al Qaeda" on both Syria's northern and southern border? Where else, if not from the West and its regional allies, Israel, Saudi Arabia and Qatar, could extremists be getting their weapons, cash, and logistical support from?

And of course, Syria's borders with Jordan and Turkey have been long-ago identified by the US Army's own West Point Combating Terrorism Center (CTC) as hotbeds of sectarian extremist/Al Qaeda activity - hotbeds that the West is purposefully funneling thousands of tons of weaponry through, while disingenuously claiming it is attempting to prevent such weapons from falling into the hands of extremists.

The CTC's 2007 report, "Al-Qa'ida's Foreign Fighters in Iraq," identified Syria's southeastern region near Dayr Al-Zawr on the Iraqi-Syrian border, the northwestern region of Idlib near the Turkish-Syrian border, and Dar'a in the south near the Jordanian-Syrian border, as having produced the majority of fighters found crossing over into Iraq throughout the duration of the Iraq War.

Image: (Left) West Point's Combating Terrorism Center's 2007 report, "Al-Qa'ida's Foreign Fighters in Iraq" indicated which areas in Syria Al Qaeda fighters filtering into Iraq came from during the US invasion/occupation. The overwhelming majority of them came from Dayr Al-Zawr in Syria's southeast, Idlib in the north near the Turkish-Syrian border, and Dar'a in the south near the Jordanian-Syrian border. (Right) A map indicating the epicenters of violence in Syria indicate that the exact same hotbeds for Al Qaeda in 2007, now serve as the epicenters of so-called "pro-democracy fighters."
....
These areas are now admittedly the epicenters of fighting, and more importantly, despite being historical hotbeds of Al Qaeda activity, precisely where the West is flooding with cash, weapons, and military "advisers." Just like in Libya where the West literally handed an entire nation to sectarian extremists, we are watching a verbatim repeat in Syria - where we are told Al Qaeda terrorists are "pro-democracy" "freedom fighters" that deserve US cash, weapons, and support, when it couldn't be any clearer they aren't.

Not only has the US and UK lied to the world about their policy toward Syria and their current level of support for increasingly overt terrorists committing an array of atrocities - their latest act including the taking of over 20 UN peacekeepers hostage in the Golan Heights - but have revealed once again the manufactured facade that is the "War on Terror."

IDF on High Alert in the Golan Heights, Israel-Syria Border

IDF forces are on high alert in the Golan Heights as opposition forces begin to aim at a new target: Israel.

By Chana Ya'ar
First Publish: 3/10/2013, 9:50 AM

IDF forces are on high alert in the Golan Heights, carefully scrutinizing the border with Syria, as opposition forces begin to consider a new target: Israel.
Syrian rebels have penetrated the demilitarized zone (DMZ) separating Syria from Israel. The status of the area respected by both Israel and Syria since the end of the Yom Kippur War, though both are technically still at war, is apparently respected no longer.
In a video posted Saturday on the Internet by Syrian opposition forces, the rebels are seen in the Syrian side of the Golan Heights DMZ, firing guns right next to a U.N. sign specifically stating the area is a demilitarized zone. Another, similar video shows the rebel forces traveling in a vehicle within the DMZ, with a spokesperson saying, "We are now in front of the occupied Golan, the blessed land sold by [former President] Hafez Assad. "For 40 years, not a single gunshot has been fired on this land. For 40 years not a single gunshot has been fired towards Israel," the rebel spokesman added.
Last week's kidnapping of 21 United Nations Filipino peacekeeping soldiers within the DMZ by a group of 30 rebels made it clear that era is over.  Member nations are more skittish about allowing their troops, who carry light arms only, to remain in what is now clearly a danger zone.
Meanwhile Israeli troops are providing security for military engineers and private contractors who are rushing to complete Israel's new northern border security fence. New alarm systems armed with a special fiber that activates at the slightest touch are being added to the fence.
Additional troops have been sent to back up the Golani Brigade, select special forces, the Oketz combat canine unit, and artillery forces already on the Heights who are constantly patrolling the area.
The barrier fence is being installed as an extra layer of security in the chaos that is expected to follow the probable fall of Syrian President Bashar al-Assad.
Syrian rebel forces – many of whom are hostile to Israel – are advancing towards the Golan Heights, military sources have said, and are threatening to retake the region from Israel.
The rebel forces are comprised of two factions.
One is the Free Syrian Army (FSA), represents the Western-backed mainstream Syrian National Council (SNC), which is supported by the United States, the UK and France.
The second, a radical jihadist group, is the 13-member Islamic Front for the Liberation of Syria. Many of its members are terrorist organizations, a number of which are linked to Al Qaeda and global jihad. They are dedicated to installing a government led by Shari'a (Islamic law), in much the same style as Iran and Saudi Arabia.
Neither is a friend of the Jewish State. It remains unclear as to whether either could have gained access to Assad's chemical weapons arsenal, or has already done so.

Gantz: Terrorists Fighting Alongside Syrian Opposition

Israel's chief of staff Benny Gantz warned on Monday that "terrorist" groups fighting Assad's regime alongside other insurgents were "becoming stronger" and voiced concern that they could turn on Israel in the future, AFP reported.
"The situation in Syria has become exceptionally dangerous. The terrorist organisations are becoming stronger on the ground. Now they are fighting against Assad but in the future they could turn against us," Gantz said.
In recent months, there have been several instances of gunfire or mortar shells hitting the Israeli side of the Golan Heights.

Here, more. Of course the West is not involved in the funding of  Al-Qaida by Turkey and Arab countries - read the article above -. Of course, the money and the training will not go to 'non-radical jihadists'. We know from experience how different one group is from the other, don't we; they never, ever switch alliances, and of course they would never ever use their newly found skills to attack Jews, would they. And specially Western powers would never ever lie, would they? The previous article opens our eyes to the duplicity of the US, Great Britain and other countries involved. Perfidious Albion, rings a bell?

Syrian Rebels Vow to Conquer Golan, Refugees Refuse Israeli Aid

Syrian refugees might be desperate, injured and starving – but they won’t accept Israeli aid, as rebels vow to reconquer the Golan Heights.

Syrian refugees might be desperate, injured and even starving – but they won’t accept Israeli aid, as rebels vow to reconquer the Golan Heights.
Foreign Ministry spokesman Yigal Palmor says Israel has offered to send humanitarian aid into Syria via the International Committee of the Red Cross, as the desperation of civilians fleeing the violence grows. Nevertheless, Palmor told the Turkish Hurriyet daily newspaper, the refugees are still unwilling to accept assistance from Israel, which had coordinated with the Red Cross to send humanitarian aid into the country.
But at the private level, aid organizations are coordinating between Israel and Jordan to provide assistance to the refugees who have crossed the border into the Hashemite Kingdom, Palmor noted. “This shows that the Israeli public wants to help Syrians no matter what politics dictates,” he pointed out. Jordan cannot possibly provide on its own all the assistance the refugees need, its own officials have repeatedly pointed out.
But while Israelis are trying to help those who have been mistreated the most by the Syrian government, and hurt the worst by the savage civil war raging across the border, Syrian rebel fighters are vowing to wage war against Israel once their battle against President Bashar al-Assad is over.
In a video posted on the Internet a couple of weeks ago, a small group of jihadist rebel fighters was filmed against the backdrop of the demilitarized zone in the Golan Heights – the buffer zone that for some 40 years has served to keep the border quiet between Syria and Israel.
“We are in the occupied Golan Heights, which the traitor [former President] Hafez Assad (the present president’s father) sold to Israel 40 years ago,” a rebel spokesman tells the viewer, waving around his assault weapon. These lands are blessed and the despicable Assad family promised to liberate them, but for 40 years the Syrian army did not fire a single bullet.
“We will open a military campaign against Israel,” the bearded rebel spokesman vows, as his fellow fighters fire their weapons, some of them yelling “Allahu Akbar!” (Allah is Great).  We will fire the bullets that Assad did not, and we will liberate the Golan.”
Israel’s military establishment is also preparing for the day that Bashar al-Assad may fall, with IDF units carrying out military exercises throughout the country.
In the northern Negev, the sounds of artillery fire could be heard echoing through the hills of the wadis in the early hours of the morning on Monday, as troops prepared for the possibility of battle in the Golan Heights.
As early as July 2012, IDF military intelligence director Maj.-Gen. Avi Kochavi warned that Al Qaeda operatives had moved into the buffer zone and was transforming it into a staging area for future attacks on Israel.
Kochavi likened the situation to that taking place in Egypt’s Sinai Peninsula, noting that just as the Cairo government was finding it difficult to extend its authority to the lawless Sinai, so too Damascus seems no longer able to control rebel forces in the demilitarized zone of the Golan Heights.
Another sign of the chaos is last week's kidnapping of 21 United Nations peacekeepers, held by rebels for three days in southern Syria. The Filipino peacekeepers - part of the U.N. Disengagement Observer Force (UNDOF) that has been monitoring the ceasefire line between Syria and Israel in the Golan Heights since 1974 - were seized by the Martyrs of Yarmouk rebel brigade on Wednesday. They crossed into Jordan on Saturday, having been freed after extensive negotiations.
A flood of foreign jihadists – most linked to Al Qaeda -- has flowed into Syria to join the rebels in the battle against Assad loyalists, just as Iranian-backed Lebanese Hizbullah terrorist guerrilla fighters and elite Iranian Revolutionary Guards have joined forces with the Syrian Army soldiers.
Kochavi has estimated that should Assad fall, both local and foreign rebels would aim straight at Israel with the huge caches of ordnance that have been stockpiled along the border.
Meanwhile, the United States, Britain and France have begun training and equipping Syrian rebel fighters in Jordan at special military camps, albeit opposition fighters affiliated with “moderate, mainstream” groups and not those linked to the radical Islamist camps. At least 200 members of the Free Syrian Army have already received training so far, with plans for a total of 1,200 FSA members to be trained by the project’s end.

Report: U.S. Training Syrian Rebels in Jordan

The United States is training Syrian rebels in Jordan, the German weekly Der Spiegel reports.

The United States is training Syrian rebels in Jordan, the German weekly Der Spiegel reported on Sunday, citing "participants and organizers."
Der Spiegel said it was not clear whether the Americans worked for private firms or were from the army but said some wore uniforms. The training focused on use of anti-tank weaponry, according to the magazine.
Some 200 men have already received such training over the past three months and there are plans in the future to provide training for a total 1,200 members of the "Free Syrian Army" in two camps in the south and the east of the country.
Jordanian intelligence services are involved in the program, which aims to build around a dozen units totaling some 10,000 fighters but excluding radical Islamists, Der Spiegel reported.
"The Jordanian intelligence services want to prevent Salafists crossing from their own country into Syria and then returning later to stir up trouble in Jordan itself," one of the organizers told the weekly .
The reports could not be independently verified.
On Saturday, the British Guardian also reported that western training of Syrian rebels is under way in Jordan.
The report cited Jordanian security sources who said the training effort is led by the U.S., but involves British and French instructors.
The UK Ministry of Defense denied any British soldiers were providing direct military training to the rebels.
U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry announced at a meeting in Rome two weeks ago that the United States will provide $60 million in "immediate" non-lethal aid to hand-picked Syrian rebel groups, making it clear the assistance would go to mainstream opposition groups, not to radical jihadists.
At the same event, UK Foreign Secretary William Hague announced that Britain would join the United States in training and equipping opposition forces in their fight to oust Syrian President Bashar al-Assad from power.
Meanwhile, a report last week in Foreign Policy magazine said that Turkey, a member of NATO and an ally of the United States, is supporting an effort by Arab nations and NGOs to fund radical Islamist rebel forces in Syria.
The report quoted Iraqi National Security Adviser Faleh al-Fayyad who warned that Qatar and other Arab nations, as well as nongovernmental agencies were funding the Syrian Jabhat al-Nusra – the Al Nusra Front terrorist organization.
Al-Nusra is an affiliate of Al Qaeda, believing in the hope of reviving the Islamic Caliphate that will build a Muslim Empire to eventually rule the world.
The group is one of 13 factions in the radical Islamist rebel council that announced its secession from the main opposition force.

Finally, watch this Alex Jones video, particularly from 0:46, then from 0:54, re: Al Qaida, "the Swiss army knife of destabilization" of the West: amazing information, that explains so much about what is going on in Israel these days.

Now when you combine this understanding with NATO's very own plans as described in this blog last year, it all starts to make sense, doesn't it? Check out my previous articles, posts, and radio interviews on NATO's plans for the Golan: to take it over for the UN. Read articles with the labels, NATO, Syria.

One last item: here is the link to the video I posted this week re: UNRWA and PA terror; well worth watching again, if you haven't yet:

The full scoop on Agenda 21...and Israel; sorry for my delay, I only discovered these videos today. But now things are so much clearer!

Now look below: rings a bell?
Once you understand that the UN agenda in Judea and Samaria is, in fact, Agenda 21, and when you understand that the STATE of Israel is SIGNATORY to Agenda 21, things start to look different, don't they? Expect Bibi to talk the talk for us, but walk the walk for them.

As Rosa Koire explains, UN Agenda 21 has hijacked the green movement for their own designs. Off hand, we agree that the environment needs to be protected, but Agenda 21 is all about deceptive language, resources and land grab, and an anti-human agenda, therefore it is not compatible with realistic environmental concerns.

http://www.johannesburgsummit.org/html/prep_process/national_reports/israel_natl_assess_report.pdf

Moreover, it is being implemented on a local level, so it is really up to each and every one of us to determine to what extent Agenda 21 affects our quality of life, and to respond and react accordingly. I was not aware of the importance of Agenda 21 in our lives, I only watched helplessly as our water rates, electricity rates, transportation costs, etc, etc, climbed astronomically under all kinds of spurious excuses. I was blaming Israeli factors, and Shimon Peres and his minions, of course, (they ARE part of it, BTW!) when in fact local big business is only a part of the total, global picture.

Time to roll up our sleeves and get to work, if we haven't already!

Shabbat Shalom, and Chodesh Tov. Adar is coming, happiness should be coming too, B"H.

Chanukah Sameach - may this Chanukah bring us final victory over our enemies!

"First we buy up both parties.." - Netanyahu, Barak, bought up.."-

"Then we instate martial law..." - Barak learned his lesson well in Washington last week -.

Bibi and Barak lighting the Chanukah Menorah while threatening settlers in the Shomron; their Menorah lighting reminds me of the Menorah lit in the White House - it has about the same value...

Alex Jones featured here today, as he exposes how all this is coming from the UN, etc. Tyranny is the same everywhere. The U.N. and whoever is giving it orders needs to be smashed, pulverized into oblivion.

May this Chanukah finally bring us victory over our bitter enemies!

Chanukah Sameach.

Obama to meet with Ehud Barak

NATIONAL HARBOR, Md. (JTA) – Israeli Defense Minister Ehud Barak will meet with President Obama on Friday morning, acording to sources.
The meeting will come shortly before President Obama's address Friday afternoon to the biennial conference of the Union for Reform Judaism, which is being held in nearby National Harbor, Md.
In an address Thursday night to the organization, Barak said it’s important not to remove any option from the table when it comes to Iran. Barak also praised Obama for opposing Iran’s quest for nuclear capability and said U.S.-Israel defense cooperation is stronger than ever.
"The unshakable bonds between Israel and America and their respective defense establishments under the guiding hand of President Barack Obama are stronger and deeper than ever and we are very thankful and appreciative of that," he said.
Barak also alluded to the controversy over proposed Knesset bills that critics say would undermine Israeli democracy by targeting certain NGOs and minority groups.
“Homefront peace includes the maintenance of our liberal democracy where the rule of the majority will never be at the expense of the rights of the minority,” Barak said.
“I will stand rock solid against any attempt to curb freedoms or undermine our democracy,” he said. “The only Jewish democratic state in the world must remain exactly that, a Jewish and a democratic state.”
He also said American Jews should not shy away from expressing their opinions about internal Israeli matters. “Your presence and voice is essential to our decision-making. It gives us all one more perspective,” Barak said. “We welcome the debate and highly value your input in our internal debate in Israel.”

Netanyahu: "We Won't Accept Casualties"

Prime Minister Netanyahu played to the cameras at the Ephraim Brigade headquarters, where he took a hard line on "Israeli outlaws."
Gavriel Queenann
Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and Defense Minister Ehud Barack on Teusday visited the Ephraim Brigade headquarters in Samaria to light the first Hannukah candle this year.
During the visit Barak and Netanyahu were accompanied by Judea and Samaria Battalion commander Shai Avital and Ephraim Brigade commander Colonel Ron Kahane.
The event – staged for the media – comes after last Monday's riot at the base in which angry Jewish youths clashed with soldiers after hearing reports the brigade had been ordered to demolish Jewish in Ramat Gilad during the night - which later proved accurate. According to security officials the youth threw stones and Molotov cocktails at IDF vehicles.
A report in the Hebrew Makor Rishon on Friday, Minister Benny Begin had worked out the deal to avoid the demolitions, but Barak had decided to reject it – and raced to demolish the site.
After last week’s tensions the deal – which would move the disputed structures several dozen meters in exchange for government recognition as a new neighborhood of Karnei Shomron - is reportedly once again in the works.
Before meeting with the brigade’s soldiers for the lighting ceremony Netanyahu was briefed on several incidents in which sector commanders and soldiers have allegedly been attacked by – in the words of senior officers and security officials – “Israeli outlaws.”
Netanyahu told the officers present he was trying to make it easier for them to cope with disturbances in Judea and Samaria and reiterated he approved a series of security protocols targeting nationalist protesters in the region.
He also repeated his now honed mantra, "unless we stop it now, it will spread."
"Even a small spot can stain a white shirt," Netanyahu said. "This was a stain on democracy and the rule of law. But it was also a stain on a great public - the residents here - who are hurt by this lawlessness."
"I am glad to oppose this lawlessness," he added.
Meeting with the soldiers of the brigade Netanyahu said, "we can not accept casualties - not among the IDF, border police, Arabs, or Jews."
A senior official in Samaria who asked to remain anonymous expressed concern over Netanyahu's remarks to Arutz Sheva.
"Netanyahu and Barak are joining the festival of incitement against the entire settlement community, as was done recently by the leftists and the media," he said. "It only makes matters worse."
Netanyahu previously stated he did not believe the riot at the Ephraim Brigade headquarters was representative of the Jewish residents of Judea and Samaria, saying those behind it represented "an extremist fringe."
Community leaders and rabbis in Judea and Samaria broadly condemned the incident calling it "shameful and disgraceful," but some say the residents of Judea and Samaria were not responsible and have nothing to apologize - and are falling into a media trap by doing so.
A delegation of rabbis from the Samaria Rabbinical Council led by Chief Rabbi Shlomo Amar last week issued a statement that harming IDF soldiers was "a grave sin." They also called on the government to stop using the IDF - the people's army - to settle domestic political disputes where no national consensus exists.
However, while the incident itself has been almost universally condemned by leaders in Judea and Samaria, there have also been accusations security officials have blown the incident out of proportion for cynical ends.

  • Pope Lashes Out at Belgium After Raid on Church

ROME — In a sign of sharply rising tensions between the Vatican and Belgium, Pope Benedict XVI on Sunday criticized as “surprising and deplorable” a raid on church property last week by Belgian police officers investigating sexual abuse by clerics.
In an exceedingly rare personal message and rebuke of a sovereign country, the pontiff also stressed the church’s “autonomy” to conduct its own investigations and criticized the “deplorable methods” of the Belgian police, who detained bishops, confiscated files and even drilled into the tombs of at least one cardinal in the Brussels Cathedral in a search for documents.
“On several occasions I have personally reiterated that such serious issues should be attended to by both civil and canon law, with respect for their reciprocal specificity and autonomy,” Benedict said in a statement circulated by the Vatican on Sunday.
He also expressed his “closeness and solidarity” with the Belgian clergy and André-Joseph Léonard, the archbishop of Belgium and the president of the Belgian Bishops’ Conference.
The unprecedented raid on Thursday came months after the Belgian church, stung, like those in many European countries, by allegations of sexual abuse by clerics, created a committee to investigate claims.
On Thursday, the police in Leuven, Belgium, also confiscated the case files of that committee and the computer of its director, a well-respected child psychiatrist. The committee director, church authorities and the Vatican have criticized the police, saying they had violated the privacy of the victims who had come forward.
In Brussels that day, the police also searched the home and former office of Cardinal Godfried Danneels and took documents and his personal computer. They have not said whether the cardinal himself is under investigation.
Police officers raided the church headquarters in Brussels on Thursday as the bishops were starting their monthly meeting and detained them and their staff for nine hours.
On Saturday, the Vatican secretary of state, Cardinal Tarcisio Bertone, called the detention of bishops serious and unbelievable” and compared the police tactics to those of Communist regimes. He also said that the bishops had been deprived of food and water while they were detained.
On Sunday, the Belgian justice minister denied that assertion, as did the spokesman for the Belgian Bishops’ Conference, who in a statement circulated by the Vatican on Friday said that the raid ” had been conducted “correctly.”
In his message on Sunday, Benedict said he hoped that “justice will run its course,” guaranteeing “the fundamental rights of people and institutions” and “the respect for victims.

  • Gaza Terrorists Burn Down Second UN Camp, Handcuff Guards

Tammuz 16, 5770, 28 June 10 03:38
by Maayana Miskin
(Israelnationalnews.com) Masked terrorists stormed into a United Nations children's camp in Gaza early on Monday morning, attacked and handcuffed the camp guards, and set the place on fire. UN workers said the facility sustained heavy damage.

The attack was the second of its kind this summer. In late May terrorists set fire to the United Nation's' largest Gaza summer camp and left behind bullets and a note threatening to kill John Ging, the UN Relief and Works Agency (UNRWA) head in Gaza.

Ging responded to Monday's attack by calling to “change the circumstances on the ground that are generating such extremism.” He complimented Hamas' emergency responders for responding quickly to the incident.

Ging made similar remarks following the May attack. At that time, Fatah blamed Hamas for the incident, accusing the Islamic terrorist group of “targeting the education process and the UNRWA curriculum.”

Hamas has opened its own summer camps as an alternative to UNRWA. The Hamas camps focus on teaching the Koran and terrorist philosophy, including hatred of Israel. Many include paramilitary training. Approximately 100,000 Gaza children attend Hamas camps, while 250,000 attend the UN camps.

The UN camps have faced criticism from Islamist organizations other than Hamas, including Salafi groups that consider Hamas too moderate. Salafi terrorists have been behind previous attacks in Gaza, including dozens of bombings targeting music stores, restaurants, Internet cafes and pharmacies.

  • Supreme Court to allow sex-abuse suit against Vatican to proceed

By Jerry Markon
Washington Post Staff Writer
Tuesday, June 29, 2010; A07

In announcing which cases it would take during its next term, the Supreme Court said Monday that it would let stand a lower-court ruling allowing the Vatican to be sued over the church sex-abuse scandal [...]

Church sex-abuse lawsuit can continue
In declining to stop a lawsuit that accuses the Vatican of conspiring with U.S. church officials to cover up sex abuse, the court took a rare step toward bringing the Holy See into a U.S. courtroom.
The justices, without comment, declined the Vatican's appeal of a lower-court ruling that said it could be sued in a U.S. court on certain grounds. The decision came in a lawsuit filed by a man who said he was sexually abused as a teenager in 1965 by a priest in Portland, Ore. His attorneys said the church moved the priest among different assignments to cover up the abuse.
The Vatican argued that its status as a foreign country exempts it from being sued in a U.S. court, a longtime position that has helped shield it from such lawsuits.
In partially rejecting that argument, the Supreme Court allowed pretrial discovery in the case to go forward, and attorneys for the plaintiff said they would seek to subpoena church documents and call Vatican officials under oath. But attorneys for both sides said they doubted that the decision would trigger a flood of additional lawsuits from victims.
"We are not foreseeing that. You really have to have specific facts and a pattern that implicates direct Vatican involvement to bring these cases," said Jeff Anderson, an attorney for the plaintiff and for hundreds of other people who say they were sexually abused by priests[....]

Comment:

"Guaranteeing the fundamental rights of people, and respect for victims."  That is so sweet, Benedikt;  but what about YOUR victims' rights?? Why would the detention of bishops be "serious and unbelievable"? Is their blood of a different color than the blood of arrested and murdered rabbis, nowadays and for centuries past, thanks to your shenanigans all over the planet?

Change is definitely in the air. For centuries the Church thought of itself as immune to criticism, lawsuits, retaliation, or responsibility. Now it is feeling vulnerable, for once; what a wonderful development!

Time for payback, I'm afraid, cardinals, popes, Jesuits, and all your cabal. 2000 years of oppression of the Jewish people ( and others) might just come back to haunt you, finally: the chickens are coming home to roost!

I would be very honored to know that maybe, just maybe, this blog was influential in empowering a few people in the battle against Rome.

In a similar vein, the United Nations, with the backing of Western powers, encouraged, fed, clothed, financed, protected, defended, and egged-on the terror monster Hamas in Gaza. Now that giant Frankenstein is turning against its benefactors and taking its rage out on the hand that fed him.

Chicken are coming home to roost her too. You created so much evil, trying to hurt Israel: instead, YOU are getting hurt, Unwanted Nobodies.

UN appeals to members for $1.5 bn Haiti aid

Fri, 19 Feb 2010 16:33:57 GMT
The United Nations has made a record appeal of about USD 1.5 billion to help Haitian whose country and livelihood have been ruined by last month's strong earthquake.

The international organization intends to use the self-described "largest-ever humanitarian appeal'' to provide aid for more than 3 million Haitians affected by the large-scale quake.

The UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon and his special envoy to Haiti, former US President Bill Clinton, made the appeal on Thursday at a meeting with diplomats from UN member states.

"Before last month's disaster, we had a plan for Haiti's long-term development and reconstruction," Ban said, according to The Los Angeles Times.

"Our challenge today is to reformulate that plan to help Haitians build back better."

The new appeal also seeks funding to revive agriculture, provide emergency telecommunications and manage makeshift camps.

The January 12 quake killed more than 200,000 people and left over one million homeless.

According to the UN, at least two million Haitians are currently in dire need of food.

Typical of the UN: what do you expect of this DEN OF INIQUITY? But their payback is already coming: see Haiti.

Sent by Judy, thanks.

One soldier's mother has a suggestion, but of course it will not see the light of day: which court would enforce this just solution?... And if we already start, why not go all the way and bill them for ALL the damage they have caused us so far, going back to 1948? After all, they have all the gold and silver stashed away for UNOS and OROS, they cannot claim poverty: time for reparations, Unwanted Nobodies!

United Nations: Send Them A Bill!

Shevat 9, 5770, 24 January 10 08:33
by from "A Soldier’s Mother" -
(Israelnationalnews.com) In war, damage happens, lives are lost. You mitigate the damage by avoiding the danger zones...except if you are part of the war, part of the problem, part of the cause. For years, the United Nations has been more of a problem than a solution, more of an supporter than a fighter of terrorism in Gaza and elsewhere. That may be a harsh statement, but UN vehicles have been used to carry terror weapons; UN schools and "safe" houses shelter missile launchers.
During the Gaza War, and even during the Lebanon War before it, Israel made two things clear - "If you sleep with a missile," said our United Nations Ambassador, Dan Gillerman, "sometimes, you don't wake up." And, if from your home, your school, your hospital, your mosque, you launch a rocket, expect one of our missiles to be launched right back at you.
During the Gaza War...this happened numerous times from UN locations and Israel correctly hit back.
During the Gaza War, thinking themselves immune, UN personnel walked freely in Gaza without coordinating with the Israelis, without respecting Israeli leaflets that warned residents that certain areas would be targeted. UN personnel were killed because missiles know no honor, have no respect for children, for women, for innocents.
A missile doesn't care that it was fired into one of our schools, that it was used to target a city, a mall; and a missile seeking a specific target, such as a rocket launcher, will not care that United Nations personnel have decided to meander around in a war zone where civilians should be sheltered. In Israel, each building has a bomb shelter, most streets have a reinforced bus station. Hospitals and schools have reinforced safety areas...and on and on.
In Gaza, the leaders have bunkers dug deep in the ground to protect them. All the people of Gaza have is an enemy who warns them and does what it can to avoid hurting them.
"Lebanon and Gaza are very different," Elie explained to me. "In Gaza, there is no where for the people to run," he continued, and so the army of Israel did what it could. Good enough that the majority killed during the war WERE combatants, but not good enough to avoid civilian deaths entirely.
So during one bombing run, UN personnel were caught and in several cases, UN property was damaged and the UN demanded that Israel pay for the damage. Amazingly enough, it gave no blame to Hamas, but never mind - justice was never a strong point for the United Nations.
And Israel decided to pay. Last week, it paid the United Nations almost 11 million dollars...during the same period of time it was rescuing United Nations personnel from collapsed buildings in Haiti. The Arabs sent no one to Haiti, no supplies, no rescue teams - except a small force from Turkey. Nothing from Egypt, Syria, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia, the oil-rich Gulf States. Nothing from Iraq, Iran, Yemen...and on it goes.
So Israel sent in a team of rescuers, of doctors, of medical personnel...even police to help the security situation. And my comment to the Israelis - send the United Nations a bill for 11 million dollars for the cost of search and rescue and medical treatment of their personnel.
They can bill us, we can bill them. In Gaza, UN property was damaged because the UN allowed Palestinians to fire rockets from near and within their property. UN lives were lost because in their conceit, they thought they have impunity to travel where they wanted, even in a war zone.
In Haiti, lives were saved by Israel - as in Gaza lives were lost. If the UN is to blame Israel for the second, it should credit Israel for the first. If Israel must pay for the damage, Israel should be paid for the recovery.
Israel has saved countless lives, minute by minute, hour by hour, the number of people rises. Almost a thousand have been treated, hundreds of life-saving operations, more than a dozen births. Yet again, yesterday a man was pulled from the rubble - alive, after 10 days, by Israel's team.
Let the United Nations pay their bill - a bargain, for $10 million dollars...the lives of the truly innocent were saved. You cannot predict exactly when an earthquake will hit and what will happen when it does.
The damage to Gaza was easily predictable and easily avoided...had the United Nations spent less time on supporting the terrorist infrastructure in Gaza and more time on real education. Israel was not 100% responsible for the damage to UN property and personnel in Gaza, but it was 100% responsible for that which was retrieved in Haiti.
It's time to send the UN a bill!
(Personally, I'd recommend demanding a cash payment.)

Sent by Hans, thanks.

What's Happening With Israel-Vatican Relations

Interview With Father David Jaeger
By Mariaelena Finessi

ROME, JAN. 20, 2010 (Zenit.org).- Some consider Jewish-Vatican relations to be in a moment of crisis, but according to one expert on the matter, negotiations are not at all at a standstill.

Father David Maria Jaeger, Franciscan friar of the Custody of the Holy Land and a professor of canon law in Rome, is a renowned expert on Church-State legal relations in the Holy Land. For over 30 years, he has studied the "question of Jerusalem" at the level of international law.

In this interview with ZENIT, Father Jaeger explains the complex journey that the Holy See and Israel have undertaken after the signing of the Fundamental Agreement of 1993.

ZENIT: Benedict XVI returned last week to the topic of the Middle East, confirming Israel's right to exist and to enjoy peace, and the equal right of the Palestinian people to a sovereign homeland, to live in dignity in addition to being able to move freely. "I would also like to request the support of everyone for the protection of the identity and sacred character of Jerusalem, and of its cultural and religious heritage, which is of universal value," the Pontiff added. Father Jaeger, how can the sacred character of this city be protected?

Father Jaeger: Toward the end of the last decade, more precisely in 1999, a "working group" put together by several European governments, studied (among other things) a project of Christian origin, which provided to this end a multilateral treaty. Several states traditionally interested in the Holy Land would have adhered to this treaty, in addition to Israel and the established Palestinian State. It was called "The Jerusalem and Environs Multilateral Treaty." The treaty would have created a respective multilateral organization, which would have been called "The Jerusalem and Environs Multilateral Treaty Organization."

The fundamental values that such a treaty and related organization would have safeguarded would, hence, have been essentially the same successively proclaimed in the Preamble of the "Basic Agreement" between the Holy See and the PLO, the organization that represents the Palestinian people on the international plane. Essentially it would guarantee: liberty of conscience and religion for all; the legal equality of the three great monotheistic religions, of their institutions and of their followers; respect for the particular character of the city of Jerusalem and its environs; likewise it would safeguard the Holy Places and the legal regime called "status quo" which applies to some of them.

For what my opinion is worth, I believe that such a multilateral treaty, backed by a proper organization, could truly be the best way and should have no difficulty in being embraced both by the Israelis and by the Palestinians, in addition to the international community, because it is to the advantage of all.

ZENIT: There is still no solution between Israel and the Holy See regarding the Fundamental Agreement of 1993. The negotiations for the implementations of the points regarding the Church's fiscal regime and the questions of property came to a standstill precisely on the Holy Places. What are the real issues that for 17 years have impeded the solution of the controversy?

Father Jaeger: As is known, the Fundamental Agreement was signed on Dec. 30, 1993, and came into force March 10, 1994. It was followed by the agreement on the recognition of the civil effects of ecclesiastical legal personality, signed on Nov. 10, 1997, which came into force on Feb. 3, 1999. Still lacking is the enactment of the agreements in Israel's internal legislation, which means that they both certainly have value on the level of international law, but difficulties would inevitably be found in having them enforced by the Israeli courts.

It is known moreover that the negotiations on the implementation of Article 10.2 of the Fundamental Agreement, with a comprehensive agreement on all the fiscal and property issues pending between the Church and State, were opened on March 11, 1999. The [negotiations] have clearly gone on far beyond the two years foreseen by the Fundamental Agreement, but it cannot be said that they have come to a "standstill." In fact, the most recent joint communiqué at the end of a [negotiating] session was issued precisely this month, Jan. 7.

Insofar as the detailed contents of the work, the Bilateral Commission -- the "vehicle" or "place" of the negotiations -- generally does not give out information, in part because such information would be meaningless: It would be altogether useless to say that there was "agreement" on this or that question, because in negotiations of this nature the principle stands "nothing is agreed until everything is agreed."

In this way, among other things, the rights are protected better on which the Parties rely. It is evident, in fact, that until the hoped for agreement is concluded, the Church will not give up, and will not even put in question, the rights acquired before the creation of the state (in 1948), and which the state has many times and in so many ways promised to observe.

ZENIT: Given the failure to reach such an agreement, at the end of the plenary session of the Bilateral Working Commission between the Holy See and Israel -- which met in December in the Vatican -- the head of the Israeli delegation, Daniel Alayon, vice-minister of Foreign Affairs, spoke of a "crisis" in the negotiations and of a "step backward" so much so that "all the conclusions reached before the meeting were in fact annulled." What does this mean and what, therefore, is the situation today?

Father Jaeger: We cannot speak of a "failure to reach such an agreement" because in any case it was an interlocutory meeting, simply another stage of negotiations. No informed person -- even only generically -- thought that that would be the conclusive meeting!

Insofar as the alleged statements attributed by an Israeli daily to the vice minister, it was immediately evident that they were for internal use and consumption, to calm the fundamentalist circles that, not informed of the facts, feared some pact with "the Vatican," which would have been contrary to that which they held to be principles and interests of the Jewish State.

Anyone present at the start of the work of the Holy See-Israel Bilateral Commission in 1992 is able to attest that there was a sort of "gentlemen's agreement": that every now and then one or another party would perceive the need to make some public statement to satisfy its own "political" needs, without thereby influencing the bilateral relationship
. Then again, there were also public statements on the Israeli side of a very different sort. The well-known rabbi David Rosen, already an important member of the Israeli delegation to the negotiations -- precisely in the "constituent" phase -- asserted, in a very recent interview, published in the English online version of the most influential Israeli daily HaAretz, on Jan. 17 [the day of the Holy Father's visit to the Great Synagogue of Rome] that Israel -- in his words -- has not been faithful to the pacts of 1993, in not having yet agreed to confirm as a whole all the rights acquired by the Church in fiscal matters, as on the other hand Israel had promised to do -- he says -- when diplomatic relations with the Holy See were established (already in 1994).

ZENIT: Daniel Alayon still confirmed a clear "interest to dialogue" with the Holy See, above all on topics such as "anti-Semitism, terrorism, Muslim fundamentalism." In what way can the Church help Israel in relation to such phenomena?

Father Jaeger: The reciprocal commitment of "appropriate cooperation in combatting all forms of anti-Semitism and all kinds of racism and of religious intolerance " is inscribed in the Fundamental Agreement (1993) itself, in Article 2.1, and, in fact, Catholics and Jews everywhere are united in this peaceful struggle. Similarly, the same Agreement, in Article 11.1, contains this declaration of the respective commitment of the two Parties: "The Holy See and the State of Israel declare their respective commitment to the promotion of the peaceful resolution of conflicts among States and nations, excluding violence and terror from international life."

ZENIT: For Jerusalem, you have recently put on the table the idea of an "internationally recognized special statute," holding that Israel and Palestine are not competent to decide on Jerusalem, until the United Nations has verified respect for the objectives indicated by the international community. Why does the Holy See still today hold that this is the best solution for Jerusalem?

Father Jaeger: It is not in the least "my" idea that Israelis and Palestinians cannot decide at present on Jerusalem, either separately or even jointly. Instead, this is the condition of the territory according to international law, as manifested objectively, among other things, by the constant presence in Jerusalem of General Consulates of "corpus separatum," never accredited to any state, but eloquent witnesses of the situation de iure, unchanged since the U.N. Resolution (181 of Nov. 29, 1947, the same one which authorized the creation of the Jewish State and of the yet future Palestinian State), which destined Jerusalem to international administration, as the "place" of rights and legitimate interests that belong to large world communities and that do not come simply from the two bordering nations.

Now, in the context of the search for a comprehensive resolution to the situations in the Holy Land that are not at present in conformity with international law, it is evident that also -- and first of all -- the condition of the territory of Jerusalem must be regulated. The many declarations in this regard from the Holy See over the course of the decades, make one think -- and this certainly is an interpretation of mine as a jurist -- that Israelis and Palestinians should adhere to a multilateral treaty -- perhaps more or less like the plan described above -- which guarantees the universal values represented in Jerusalem, so that consequently, with the endorsement of the United Nations, the Israelis and the Palestinians may be authorized to decide, through a bilateral peace treaty, on the territory itself. The Palestinians seem to be already committed to agree to such a path, or at least this would be my reading of the Preamble of the Basic Agreement which they signed with the Holy See on Feb. 15, 2000. Hence, there should be no reason why Israel cannot also accept it, if it should be invited concretely to do so. In fact, it would be in favor of all and against no one, a classic "win-win" [situation], where, that is, all parties "win," as is said in the world of business.

ZENIT: A special statute for the city implies -- as you yourself have reminded -- the coming into force of an international legal instrument that would control an Israeli-Palestinian bilateral agreement. Specifically, how do you think such an instrument can safeguard the Status Quo regime of the Holy Places? How should it work?

Father Jaeger: This, in fact, would be the easiest part of such an "internationally guaranteed special statute" for Jerusalem and its environs, especially if it follows the lines of the above-mentioned draft of the Multilateral Treaty with the respective organization to make it work.

In fact, the "status quo" legal regime in force for specific Holy Places provides for the pro tempore civil government to watch over its regular observance, being in charge of security and public order in those particular Holy Places. Thus, in addition to the re-confirmation in the treaty of the international legal force of this legal regime, it would be for the respective multilateral organization to assume these secular burdens through its own personnel, equipped also with the necessary powers to maintain public order.

Thus these few but very important Holy Places (think of the Holy Sepulcher of Jerusalem) would be removed from the interests and political calculations of the local states or of any individual state.

SO NOW YOU SEE WHERE JERUSALEM POLICIES ARE COMING FROM: THE U.N., THE U.S., NORWAY, EUROPE, THE PA, ARE ALL FRONTS FOR THE OVERWHELMING PUSH BY THE VATICAN TO CONQUER JERUSALEM ( BY DIPLOMATIC MEANS FOR NOW).

Elon: Real Danger to Jerusalem as Israel's Undivided Capital

Shevat 6, 5770, 21 January 10 11:55
by Hillel Fendel
(Israelnationalnews.com) Leading PA and Norwegian diplomats met for a high-level meeting in Jerusalem on Monday, prompting concern on the part of some Israelis regarding the future of the Israeli capital. The meeting was held in an eastern Jerusalem hospital on Mt. of Olives, with the participation of Norway’s Foreign Minister Jonas Gahr Store, Rafik Husseini of chairman Abbas’ office, PA Jerusalem minister Ahmed A-Rawidi, and others.
Nine years ago, in August 2001, then-Prime Minister Ariel Sharon ordered the closure of the PA eastern Jerusalem headquarters in Orient House. One of the leaders of the campaign to do so, then-MK Benny Elon, now says this move is in danger of being overturned.
In fact, some Quartet representatives suggested this week that the Orient House and other PA institutions in eastern Jerusalem be reopened as yet another enticement to the PA to resume talks with Israel.
Benny Elon, who served as Tourism Minister from 2001 to 2004, says the developments are “critically dangerous.”
“This is the big test of the Netanyahu government,” Elon told Arutz-7, “and I hope he reads the signals. Jerusalem is the heart of our state, and there cannot be any compromise. Yes, the Orient House was closed, there has been massive Jewish building in nearby neighborhoods such as Shimon HaTzaddik and Nissan Beck [purchased by Jews in 1874, opposite Damascus Gate – ed.] – but all this is worthless if the Palestinians take over buildings in the eastern part of the city and operate their institutions from there.”
'American Policy: Eastern Jerusalem for PA'
“The PA’s desire to make Jerusalem the capital of Palestine is becoming an increasingly acute danger,” Elon said. “There are several foreign consulates near the Orient House, and particularly the American consulate which focuses on Arabs, while the American consulate in the other side of Jerusalem serves Israelis – and they operate with a clear policy that eastern Jerusalem will become the capital of Palestine, Heaven forbid. The danger is very real, and we must take action immediately.”
'PA Stubborness on Jerusalem is to Our Benefit'
“[Special Mideast envoy] George Mitchell is working quietly and wisely towards recognition of a Palestinian state,” Elon warned, “while Netanyahu is very weak in this area. He has already offered recognition of a [demilitarized] Palestinian state, for the first time in Likud history, and the dangers that it will actually come to pass are very real. Our only chance is that the Palestinians are holding out for Jerusalem – and we must therefore be very strong here. Netanyahu is not strong regarding Judea and Samaria, and is not strong regarding a Palestinian state – but I believe that he is strong concerning Jerusalem, and he must prove it, immediately.”
'Worse than the Destruction of 20 Towns'
“I hope that our public is smart enough to realize that the policy of ‘another house and another dunam’ is not enough. We saw how, with one misguided political decision, they erased 20 flowering communities from the face of the earth. The existential dangers that Israel will face if a Palestinian state is formed with Jerusalem as its capital in any shape or form are greater than if 20 communities were to be destroyed, Heaven forbid.”
'Ben Gurion's Approach is Out of Date'
Elon emphasized that we must recognize the concrete dangers of diplomacy and diplomatic decisions: “We wake up sometimes when the bulldozers are about to knock down a house, but the decisions to send the bulldozers were made long before. Some of our politicians still adhere to the Ben Gurion approach of ‘U-N, Shmu-en,’ and that ‘it doesn’t matter what the goyim say, but rather what the Jews do’ – all this has been proven wrong in Gush Katif and elsewhere. We must wake up and read the signals and realize that the talks leading to a Palestinian state with Jerusalem as its capital are advancing all the time. I call on Cabinet ministers like Uzi Landau, Gideon Saar and others who have shown great loyalty to Jerusalem to fight this battle and understand that we have a virus here that can be overcome only when it is still small.”
