Porous borders: It seems that the U.S. border patrol at the Canadian border has way too much time on their hands; why don't they send them to Douglas, Arizona instead?? (Videos a must watch).

"Did you know that illegals coming “from Mexico” actually come from Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Sudan, and Yemen, just to mention a few of their countries of origin.

Did you know that among them some of the “most wanted” terrorists have been spotted?

Did you know that muslim prayer rugs have been found in the tons of garbage they scatter all over our country?

Did you know that congressmen dealing with Homeland Security have never been given this information?

Did you know that once they “make it” across the border and scatter, there’s little chance that they’ll ever be caught – or even challenged – by our impotent police.

For much more information that we all didn’t know, watch these two WSBTV (Channel 2, Atlanta) 3-minute reports."

Border Threat List Surprises Georgia Congressman
May 3, 2010
DOUGLAS, Ariz. -- In the Arizona border town of Douglas, border patrol agents say it's a 24/7 game of cat and mouse. They use cameras, night vision and underground sensors to track and catch illegal immigrants who jump the fence between Mexico and the United States.

Channel 2 Action News anchor Justin Farmer rode along with border patrol agents as they caught two men.
The agent said it's the second time in four days he's caught one of them.

J.D. Hayworth is a former Arizona Congressman. "They catch these guys and release them and a couple of days they are back again. It doesn't solve any problem. It just keeps the backdoor to the U.S. wide open."

From what Farmer observed in Arizona, the fence in Douglas is easy to jump. It's short and there's no razor wire atop of it. In fact, just a few miles outside of town you can walk into the country. Border officials said the fence is only meant to keep drug smugglers from driving vehicles across the border.

The area is the busiest spot in the nation for border patrol. Records show last year, agents caught a quarter of million people trying to enter the U.S. in the Tucson sector alone. According to those documents, a lot are from Mexico or South America, but hundreds of them aren't and are from nations like Pakistan, Afghanistan, Iraq and Iran. Since January, border patrol agents say they have been on the lookout for 23 Somalis with ties to al-Qaida. Jailers released them from a Mexican prison and some law enforcement officials said they think they are headed for the U.S. border.

The U.S. government no longer releases a list of what they call "captured O.T.M.s", which stands for "other than Mexicans". Channel 2 Action News obtained it from a congressional staffer.  We showed it to Georgia Congressman Paul Broun, who is on the Homeland Security Committee. He said hadn't seen it before.

"It's shocking to see the number of people from Middle Eastern countries coming in on that list," he said. "I tell you this is something our committee members really need to see. I'd like to have a copy of that list to take with me back to Washington so I can share it."

Congressional reports show that Mexican drug cartels tightly control the smuggling of both people and drugs. Law enforcement said they fear the cartels are helping smuggle terrorists and weapons into the U.S.

Chris Simcox is the co-founder of the citizens group, The Minutemen, which used to patrol the border. He said, "The day after 9/11 we should have sent troops to our border and stopped this illegal immigration and prevented these cartels from growing to the strength that they have. They now control Mexico. They own Mexico."

UPDATE:

Congresswoman Fears Hizbullah ‘Israel-Like Bombings’ in US

Tammuz 17, 5770, 29 June 10 01:00
by Tzvi Ben Gedalyahu
(Israelnationalnews.com) A Republican Congresswoman has warned that Hizbullah terrorists, hooked up with Mexican drug cartels, may be planning ”Israel-like bombings” against customs officials or National Guard units on the U.S. border.
North Carolina legislator Sue Myrick wrote Homeland Security Secretary Janet Napolitano, urging a task force "to engage U.S. and Mexican law enforcement and border patrol officials about Hizbullah's presence, activities, and connections to gangs and drug cartels."
Echoing previous reports of Hizbullah’s activity in the profitable drug trade, Myrick wrote, "The connection between Hizbullah and the drug cartels has seemed to grow over the past few years. This may be especially true on the U.S. southern border.
“Across states in the Southwest, well trained officials are beginning to notice the tattoos of gang members in prisons are being written in Farsi. We have typically seen tattoos in Arabic, but Farsi implies a Persian influence that can likely be traced back to Iran and its proxy army, Hizbullah. These tattoos in Farsi are almost always seen in combination with gang or drug cartel tattoos.”
Myrick also warned that the United States may face terror tunnels, similar to those Hizbullah used in the Second Lebanon War against Israel in 2006. Noting that the terrain along the American-Mexican border is similar to Israel’s, she wrote, “Hizbullah is extremely skilled in the construction of tunnels. Israel has time and again found Hizbullah tunnels leading into Israel, some of which are large enough to accommodate trucks. Likewise, …intelligence officials say that the drug cartels, in an effort to dig larger and more effective tunnels, are employing the expertise of Hizbullah.
Federal government documents have shown that that the United States apprehended two Syrians and 17 Iranians over a 12-month period ending this past April. Also nabbed at the border were dozens of others from other Muslim countries, including Sudan, Lebanon, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan.
Texas border agents have discovered illegal immigrants with an Arabic clothing patch that reads “martyr” according to the current National Review.
