INSTRUMENTUM LABORIS; Benedikt's visit to Cyprus, part II: WHEN THERE IS NO WILL, THERE IS NO WAY! The pope's newest paper about the Middle East , and its intended consequences.

1.MK Yaakov Katz: Foreign Laborers 'Conquered' Parts of Tel Aviv

Sivan 24, 5770, 06 June 10 09:57
by Gil Ronen
(Israelnationalnews.com) MK Yaakov Katz (Ketzaleh), Head of the Knesset Committee on the Foreign Laborers Problem, toured the streets of southern Tel Aviv Sunday, where thousands of illegal immigrant laborers reside. The laborers “stole across the border,” he said, and “effectively conquered entire neighborhoods in the city's south that have been irreparably damaged.”
Ketzaleh visited HaYarden School in HaTikva Neighborhood where many of the laborers' children study, as well as a refuge for female refuge seekers and a day care center for the babies of African laborers.
Ketzaleh, who heads the National Union, praised Tel Aviv Mayor Ron Chuldai for his hospitality and for allowing a free and frank discussion. He said that the municipality was treating the foreigners with great care and devotion.
He was worried by what he saw. In several schools, he said, 50% to 70% of the students were non-Jews. “There are prostitution and crime centers in the city streets and the municipality is doing the best it can in the best possible way,” he noted. The problem, he said, should be laid at the doorstep of the Prime Minister, “because there were 12,000 labor infiltrators at the start of his term and there are 30,000 now, and in the years remaining in the Prime Minister's term I estimate that there will be 100,000 African labor immigrants.”

Ketzaleh said there is no plan for dealing with this national problem and no target date for beginning the construction of a barrier on the southern border. “The government needs to wake up and give one person responsibility for this matter,” he determined. “He will have the relevant authority and will coordinate all of the activities carried out on the matter, and he will be charged with solving the problem.”
Tel-Aviv - not what our grandparents envisioned...

  • ...International Christian Immigration

Another common problem that the churches have not yet fully addressed is the international Christian immigration from the Philippines, Sri Lanka, India, Ethiopia, Sudan . . . to the countries of the Middle East.
Days ago in Beirut, I was listening to the Lebanese minister of justice on the radio who emphasized the urgent need to address the problems facing foreign domestic workers in Lebanon, that they must be treated with justice in accordance with human rights. This awareness is undoubtedly due to the many Christian activists who work in defense of these people.

Across the Middle East, domestic workers count over 1 million people. Many of them are Catholic and are treated like slaves. There is now a growing awareness of this and it is thanks to the commitment of Catholics. Although a minority, we are among the most attentive to the problems of human rights, of the individual and society.

  • ....The Patriarchate of Jerusalem has made an important contribution to this opening.  The contributions that arrived from Jerusalem say: for us the problem is not Islam, but religious Israel, which in everyday life has many aspects similar to Islam.
Attention to the Jewish world and the Jewish roots of the Christian faith is essential: there are Christians who refuse to read the Old Testament because it speaks of Israel. Not long ago in Palestine the idea was put forward to "purge" all the psalms of the parts, which spoke of "Israel", reciting an incomplete prayer, due to the ambiguity with which the Jews themselves used this word...

  • ...The document highlights one hope against all hope.... In the Middle East, we have the impression that the situation is stuck and beyond our reach. Some Palestinians and some Israelis do not want peace. Both of these groups have an interest in maintaining a state of tensions.
At the same time, the big powers are weak. Russia has been out of the Mideast area for quite some time. The United States are tied lock, stock and barrel to Israel, for their own reasons. There was some hope with Obama, but in practical terms, nothing concrete has come from that direction. We have the feeling that the situation is getting out of hand.
Still, we insist that peace in the region can only be achieved if justice is respected and the law and all the decisions of the international community represented by the United Nations are upheld with guarantees for the two states (Israel and Palestine). No solution can come from the use of force or from violence. Only dialogue based on justice and respect for international decisions can lead to peace.

Deliberate effort to flood the country with Catholic and related immigrants. Another weapon in the war against the Jewish People in Israel...

Deliberate effort to flood the country with Catholic and related immigrants. Another weapon in the war against the American People.

We always knew that America and Israel have a lot in common ( I am speaking of the American PEOPLE, not Obama and his goons).

One thing we do have in common is the intense enmity of the papacy towards both a Jewish Israel and White Anglo-Saxon Protestant United States.

Result? Same tactics: flooding porous borders with Third World, primitive and often criminal illegals.

And since the government is AGAINST the people of the Land,  what do you expect???

UNTIL THE UNDERLYING POLICIES OF THE GOVERNMENT ARE EXPOSED, DO NOT EXPECT CHANGE.

CHANGE WILL ONLY COME WHEN THE SOLD OUT GOVERNMENT HAS BEEN REPLACED BY A GOVERNMENT FOR THE JEWISH PEOPLE, NOT AGAINST THE JEWISH PEOPLE.

DITTO FOR AMERICA.

IMPORTANT UPDATE:

Number of Illegal Aliens Triples Since Last Year

Tammuz 4, 5770, 16 June 10 07:15
(Israelnationalnews.com) Population data prepared by the Immigration Authority has revealed that as of May 2010 the number of infiltrators through the Egyptian border is on average about 1110 a month, compared with 350 a month last year.
It is estimated that some 25,000 illegal aliens are today living in Israel as illegal foreign workers.

WHY IS THAT? WHAT HAS CHANGED?

  • See this very troublesome report:
http://www.nato-pa.int/default.asp?SHORTCUT=1858

DID YOU KNOW THAT THE POPE IS DIRECTLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THIS? WERE YOU TOLD?

  • This might explain why: BASED ON CARITAS IN VERITATE, THE POPE'S ENCYCLICAL RELEASED IN JULY 2009, THE CATHOLIC CHURCH IN EUROPE AND IN THE MEDITERRANEAN COUNTRIES ( CARITAS) IS ACTIVELY ENCOURAGING MIGRATION FROM THIRD WORLD COUNTRIES INTO THE REGION. FURTHERMORE A TREATY SIGNED BY ITALY AND LIBYA IS PUSHING THOSE HUNDREDS OF THOUSANDS OF ILLITERATE BARBARIANS TO OUR SHORES!

Thursday 17 June 2010 ( S.I.R.)
11:38 - IMMIGRATION: APPEAL OF THE CARITAS AGENCIES OF THE MEDITERRANEAN, “MAKE IT A SOCIAL PLACE”
(Valderice – Trapani) An appeal “to make the Mediterranean space a social place to promote dialogue and exchange between peoples, a tool of mutual cultural and spiritual enrichment, as well as economic and social enrichment”. It was made by the Caritas agencies of the Mediterranean this morning in Valderice (Trapani, Italy), on the second day of the Migramed Forum-2010, the initiative supported by the Italian Caritas in cooperation with the regional delegation of the Caritas agencies of Sicily. Guests include about one hundred delegates from the diocesan Caritas agencies of all over Italy, Caritas Europe and the Caritas agencies of Algeria, Greece, Italy, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Morocco, Tunisia and Turkey. The Caritas agencies of the Mediterranean countries, along with Caritas Internationalis and Caritas Europe, confirmed their commitment to protect migrant citizens, asylum seekers, refugees and victims of human trade, not least in the run-up to the World Day of Refugees, that will be celebrated on June 20th.

Taking inspiration from the encyclical Caritas in veritate, they undertook in particular to “monitor the trends of migratory flows in the Mediterranean area as to migrant citizens, asylum seekers, refugees and victims of human trade; exchange information on the situation of each country; promote meetings with local, national and international institutions to strengthen cooperation in the area of human mobility, in everybody’s interest; promote joint policies to raise public awareness of migration and associated phenomena; help promote a culture of respect and protection of human rights, with special reference to migrants, asylum seekers, refugees and victims of human trade”.

15:35 - IMMIGRATION: CARITAS GREECE, “ROUTES SHIFTED TO THE EAST”. REPORT ON THE MEDITERRENEAN FROM 2011
(Valderice –Trapani) After the closure of the routes through the Sicily Channel as a result of the agreement between Italy and Libya, there was a shift to the East in the routes of illegal migrants who are now crossing Turkey and Greece. A high increase was registered in Greece in the number of migrants coming from Asia (Afghanistan, Iran, Iraq) as well as from far-off African countries (Guinea Conakry, Nigeria, Mauritania, Algeria, Morocco and Somalia). This new situation is described to SIR by Begona Castiella Kalliga, secretary of the Refugee centre of Caritas Greece, who was among the participants in the Migramed Forum 2010 organised by the Italian Caritas in collaboration with the regional delegation of the Sicilian Caritas. The forum came to a close today in Valderice (Trapani). Caritas Greece is running a small centre in Athens, providing food, clothing and assistance to migrants in transit. Migrants residing in Greece, both legal and illegal, are approximately 1 million (out of a population of 11 millions), but in Greece it is extremely difficult to obtain refugee status. “Every day, we provide food to 250 people – said Castiella Kalliga – but recently we have more than 300 people knocking at our doors”.

There is then the illegal camp in Patras, a “global shame”, which is home to thousands of migrants who seek to embark for Italy and Europe: the usual routes are to Ancona and Bari. This camp, explained the spokeswoman for Caritas Greece, “is an immense shantytown in which people live in poor sanitary conditions and are subjected to repeated evacuations by the authorities.
The municipality provides food to 1,000 people. Castiella Galliga explained that generally the Greeks are never “racist or xenophobic” towards migrants. “Whenever they can, they help out by offering food, especially to children”. Concerning the phenomenon of non-accompanied children, especially from Afghanistan, Castiella Galliga highlighted that “many of them come with their relatives but pretend to be alone knowing that they are better treated in centres for minors”. At the end of the Forum, Oliviero Forti, Head of the Immigration Office of the Italian Caritas, expressed his “satisfaction with the goals achieved”, that is, with the creation of a network between Caritas in the Mediterranean and Caritas Europe. He also announced that, from next year, an annual report will be published on the “tendencies and critical aspects” characterising the migration phenomenon in the Mediterranean: “This will enable us to develop a lobby action with the aim to ask for the support, even economic, of the European Parliament and Commission”.

THE CONSEQUENCES OF CARITAS IN VERITATE AND INSTRUMENTUM LABORIS IS THE FLOODING OF OUR REGION, IN PARTICULAR ISRAEL , DELIBERATELY ENGINEERED BY BENEDIKT, BY MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL ALIENS , WHICH THE CHURCH DIABOLICALLY USES TO DESTROY JEWISH ISRAEL.

Might this be one of the main reasons Greece is falling apart? Is Benedikt directly responsible for Greece's bankruptcy?

IT IS ESSENTIAL FOR ISRAEL TO STOP THIS FLOOD OF ALIENS, OR WE WILL END UP LIKE GREECE. I SUGGEST THEY GO TO ROME AND SQUAT AT THE VATICAN. AFTER ALL, CHARITY BEGINS AT HOME, DOESN'T IT? AMAZING HOW THE CHURCH IS ALWAYS SO GENEROUS AT OTHER PEOPLE'S EXPENSE.... Oh, I forgot, Italy signed a treaty with Libya, so those ragtags won't go to St-Peter's after all.

    November 2006

    Version française

Southern Europe is all-too familiar with irregular migration from North African countries such as Morocco, Algeria, and Tunisia. Since the early 1990s, thousands of North Africans have attempted to cross the Mediterranean to reach Spain and Italy.

But, as the migration crises in Morocco's Spanish enclaves in 2005 and Spain's Canary Islands in 2006 made clear, sub-Saharan Africans are increasingly migrating to North African countries, with some using the region as a point of transit to Europe and some remaining in North Africa.

These migrants come from an increasingly diverse array of countries and regions, such as Senegal, the Gambia, Sierra Leone, Liberia, Mali, Côte d'Ivoire, Ghana, and Nigeria as well as the Democratic Republic of Congo, Cameroon, Sudan, the Horn of Africa, and even Asia.

According to different estimates, between 65,000 and 120,000 sub-Saharan Africans enter the Maghreb (Mauritania, Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, and Libya) yearly, of which 70 to 80 percent are believed to migrate through Libya and 20 to 30 percent through Algeria and Morocco. Several tens of thousands (not hundreds of thousands, as media coverage might suggest) of sub-Saharan Africans try to cross the Mediterranean each year.

Although commonly portrayed as "destitute" or "desperate," migrants are often relatively well educated and from moderate socio-economic backgrounds. They move because of a general lack of opportunities, fear of persecution and violence, or a combination of both.

Although the media focus on "boat migrants," many employ other methods — using tourist visas and false documents, hiding in vehicles on ferries, and scaling or swimming around the fences surrounding the Spanish enclaves of Ceuta and Melilla in Morocco.

Those considering North Africa as their primary destination or those who fail to enter Europe join growing immigrant communities. According to various estimates, at least 100,000 sub-Saharan migrants now live in both Mauritania and Algeria, 1 to 1.5 million in Libya, and anywhere between 2.2 and 4 million mainly Sudanese in Egypt. Tunisia and Morocco house smaller but growing sub-Saharan immigrant communities of several tens of thousands.

  3. * 12,000 Middle Eastern, North African refugees at risk

    * Libya says U.N. refugee presence on its soil illegal

(Updates with Libya foreign ministry statement in para 6)

    By Jonathan Lynn

GENEVA, June 8 (Reuters) - Libya has ordered the U.N. refugee agency UNHCR to close its operations there, putting the future of more than 12,000 refugees and asylum seekers at risk, a UNHCR spokeswoman said on Tuesday. The expulsion has taken on added gravity because of the Italian policy of pushing back refugees who are fleeing North Africa and the Middle East out of Italian waters into Libya, UNHCR spokeswoman Melissa Fleming said.

Libya has not signed the 1951 convention on refugees and does not have a domestic asylum system so the UNHCR has been helping the authorities determine whether people arriving are refugees or other migrants, she told a briefing.

"This will leave a huge vacuum for the thousands of refugees and asylum seekers who are there already and of course those who continue to arrive steadily on boats every week," Fleming told a news briefing.

Fleming said Libya had informed the UNHCR last week that it must go, but gave no deadline or reason for the decision.

Libya's Foreign Ministry said later it had repeatedly told U.N. representatives that Tripoli saw the U.N. refugee office presence as illegal since it is not bound by a convention with the United Nations.

It said in a statement carried by state news agency Jana that it had allowed the appointment of a representative since 2001 to resolve a specific issue but he had since "carried out some unlawful activities". It did not specify what these were.

Libya has been opening up to the United States and Europe, but the UNHCR move is a sign of the unpredictability of Muammar Gaddafi's government.

    HEALTHCARE, EDUCATION AND TRAINING

The UNHCR has registered about 9,000 refugees in Libya, and there are 3,700 asylum seekers, Fleming said.

The biggest group of refugees are Palestinians, with people from Iraq, Sudan, Somalia, Eritrea, Liberia and Ethiopia making up the rest. The biggest group of asylum seekers are from Eritrea.

The UNCHR provides healthcare, shelter, education and training to refugees as well as legal advice on how to move from Libya to a country where they can settle permanently.

Most of the refugees and asylum seekers live in urban areas but some are confined in 15 detention centres, to which the UNHCR had access, she said.

Libya's pivotal role for refugees in the area was highlighted on Sunday, when the UNHCR received a distress call from a boat carrying 20 people, mainly Eritreans, near Malta, Fleming said.

People on the boat, including three women and an 8-year-old, said the dinghy was losing air and in danger of sinking.

The call was passed to the Italian and Maltese authorities but they relied on Libyan vessels to conduct the rescue, which did not take place until late on Monday, in Maltese search and rescue waters some 40 nautical miles from Italy.

"All European governments considering using Libya as a place where people fleeing from war and persecution could be received would have to review this very carefully if UNHCR is no longer present there," Fleming said.

The agency has been working in the North African country since 1991 and has 26 staff in Libya, mostly local.

"They made it very clear they want us to leave so we're complying," she said. (Editing by Myra MacDonald)
