Francisco Gil White is a historian who lives in Mexico and has done some excellent research work, worth exploring. Make sure to review more of his work as well.

I posted a link to his masterful powerpoint presentation on the sidebar of this blog, it is well worth reviewing it: it confirms the correlation, posted above it, that I had discovered between the State Department's treatment of Serbia, and that of Israel.
