1.Kfar Saba court releases Right-wing activist who 'scuffled' with police

Jul. 21, 2009
JPost.com Staff , THE JERUSALEM POST

The Kfar Saba Magistrate's Court released on Tuesday a Right-wing activist who was violently arrested by a border policeman on Monday in the West Bank.

The court rejected a request by police, which argued that the man should remain in detention because he scuffled with a policeman. However, during the course of the hearings the judge watched a video which captured the incident, and which showed the activist being beaten by the policeman and defending himself.

DS: NO QUESTION THAT THE THING TO DO IS NOT TO LET THEM ABUSE ANYBODY, ACT IN SELF-DEFENSE WITHOUT FEAR, AND MAKE VIDEOS OF EVERY INCIDENT. APPARENTLY THERE ARE STILL SOME DECENT JUDGES IN THE LOWER COURTS.

2.(Ynet)And here is a case of laying GUILT ON THE SETTLERS, ASSUMING, BECAUSE THE MEN ARE MASKED, THAT THEY ARE SETTLERS.

KNOWING THE CROOKED EVIL MINDS OF THE ENEMY, IT COULD BE ANYBODY: ARABS, POLICEMEN DISGUISED AS SETTLERS, SHABAK PROVOCATEURS, LEFT-WING EUROPEAN INCITERS, ETC. ETC,... ANY NUMBER OF PEOPLE; BUT THE DECISION HAS ALREADY BEEN MADE, BY THE MEDIA - OR IS IT BY THE POLICE? -IS THERE ANY DIFFERENCE , REALLY? -that those hateful, despicable, fanatic, religious, JEWISH settlers did it. IN THEIR CASE, THEY ARE GUILTY UNTIL PROVEN INNOCENT.

The media is just SO GOOD AT MANIPULATING PUBLIC OPINION..... that is why WE are needed.

A group of eight masked men felled some 15 olive trees belonging to Palestinians and damaged others, some of them ancient, military sources said on Tuesday. Residents of the village Bourin, near the Jewish settlement Yitzhar in Samaria, alerted the IDF and police who sped to the spot, but the perpetrators, suspected as being settlers, fled the scene.

On Monday settlers burned trees, stoned Palestinian vehicles and allegedly assaulted Palestinians in response to the Civil Administration's destruction of illegal structures in three outposts.

3. The Haaretz version: here, the settlers have already been branded, judged, and convicted, before even being identified.

Settlers rampaged in the West Bank for a second straight day on Tuesday, cutting down some 40 olive trees belonging to Palestinian farmers in the village of Burin, said Mayor Ali Eid.

[DS: according to a talkback writer on Ynet,   we are actually dealing with ARABS PRUNING THEIR OLIVE TREES, WHICH THEY DO REGULARLY, each year,  TO HELP THEM GROW VIGOROUSLY. WOULD YOU BELIEVE THE TESTIMONY OF PA ARABS on this story, knowing PALLYWOOD? I CERTAINLY WOULD NOT.]

The Israel Defense Forces said it received reports of the rampage, but by the time troops arrived, the settlers had fled.

Extremist settlers often vandalize Palestinian property to protest Israel's removal of small, illegal outposts in the West Bank - a tactic they call "the price tag."

Police on Monday evacuated three illegal structures in various West Bank outposts. In response, settlers torched Palestinian olive groves, threw stones at Palestinian cars and blocked roads around the West Bank.

Two Palestinians were lightly hurt, as were a soldier and a settler; five settlers were arrested.

Meanwhile, a settler was lightly wounded on Tuesday in a clash with Israeli police officers near the West Bank settlement of Bat Ayin.

[ I guess that is the child who 'dislocated his soldier''?!]

The incident occurred after police came to the settlement in order to arrest two people suspected of disorderly conduct. Following the arrest, a number of settlers tried to halt the police officers' departure from the settlement. .

An altercation subsequently broke out between security forces at the scene and the settlers, in which one of the settlers was lightly wounded.
Another settler was arrested after he threatened a senior Israel Defense Forces officer who was at the site.

[DS: I have been in many of these incidents. The police will use ANYTHING as a provocation in order to arrest young , and old, people. This is simply brutal PERSECUTION, CALL IT WHAT IT IS, by SAVAGE BEASTS, WHO GOD WILLING WILL SOON PAY THE PRICE FOR THEIR MANY, MANY CRIMES.

ON THIS ROSH CHODESH AV, I AM ASKING HASHEM TO FINALLY DO JUSTICE AND REVENGE 'AL DAM AVADECHA HASHAFUCH' FOR ALL THE INNOCENTS WHO HAVE BEEN BRUTALIZED FOR NO REASON, OTHER THAN THEIR LOVE OF ERETZ YISRAEL.

bill: 'A GROUP OF MASKED MEN'

SOUNDS TO ME LIKE A TYPICAL, WELL-ORGANIZED "AGENT PROVOCATEUR" OPERATION BY THE SHABAK!
