Why not, destroy Israel's moral fiber some more; it obviously hasn't been destroyed enough to the government's taste; just GRIND IT INTO THE GROUND!! ... and the profits to go to ''education""...now THAT is really wisdom and foresight...

'We'll build casino in Negev,' says development minister



Deputy Minister of the Development of the Negev and Galil, Ayoob Kara (Likud), said he supports efforts to build a casino in southern Israel.

 

"Despite the disagreements on the matter, I am working to build casinos in the Dead Sea, Mitzpe Ramon and Eilat," he said during a conference for local municipalities.

Kara said that the casinos would help develop the Negev, and that the profits would go towards education. (Ilana Curiel)
