More about water. It's a first step, and better late than never. But how hard is it for them to replace those pipes, with the millions of dollars they are getting from every side? I feel vindicated to a very small degree.

Pipes Used in Water Theft Confiscated

(IsraelNN.com) The inspection unit of the Civil Administration for Judea and Samaria seized on Thursday afternoon more than 100 km (62 miles) of water piping that Arabs had used to steal water from the Mekorot Israeli national water company, according to Army Radio.

Millions of cubic meters of water were taken in the year before the seizure.
