DS,   Did you happen to notice the streamer at the bottom of the screen between, say, 12 and 15 minutes into the video?  It was calling for all-out revolution on the part of the people as the only remedy to save the nation from financial ruin.  Maybe I misunderstood, but my eyes caught a glimpse of the last few words of the running message below, and that is what I made of it.   Carl
