Gov't Eases Limits on Firing at Arab Demonstrators

(IsraelNN.com) Attorney General Menachem Mazuz has eased restrictions for firing on Arab demonstrators, according to a Justice Ministry official. The new ruling allows security personnel to shoot at demonstrators who damage the separation barrier.

The Maariv newspaper reported that they may shoot at the legs of local Arabs but not at foreigners, who regularly are sent by left-wing organizations to participate in violent protests.
