Just a side note:
During King Shaul's time, all the "palestinians" of the time had swords (they forged them), and the Jews had only two swords: one in the hands of Shaul, the other with his son. So now you know what made him king...!!!
i.e.: Everyone! Forge your own sword - not need for permits.
