US Banks: Reserves Negative in January/February 2008 (first time ever!)

RZ  sent this: very informative. Does it mean ANY money in a bank in the USA is at risk?  And which banks in particular are responsible for the negative reserves? Are there any particular names we should be aware of?

I thought there was a $100,000 guarantee.
