This is an EXCELLENT development. It will cut the wings of the Ford Foundation, etc. Unless they find a way to bypass this law -count on them for that!

Foreign Donations to be Published Online

(IsraelNN.com) The Knesset voted Wednesday to approve a law requiring Israeli organizations to inform the public of donations from countries or from groups of countries such as the European Union.  MK Uri Ariel (NU/NRP) proposed the law.

Organizations were previously required to report all foreign donations to the central government body in charge of Israeli associations, but were not required to inform the public of the donations.  The organizations will now be required to publish donations from other countries online.
