.... And look what happens in America when Jews are thrown out of their legitimate homes in Israel because of U.S. pressure; it also happened right after the Gush Katif expulsion: Hurricane Katrina; and same thing in Migron: Hurricane Lee.

Colorado wildfires: 32,000 evacuated as blaze jumps perimeter near Colorado Springs

The Waldo Canyon wildfire burns near Colorado Springs, June 26, 2012. (Gaylon Wampler/AP)
A fast-moving wildfire near Colorado Springs forced as many as 32,000 residents to be evacuated on Tuesday, as the blaze—fueled by 65 mph winds—jumped a perimeter set by firefighters trying desperately to contain it.
The Waldo Canyon fire—which was first spotted Saturday near Pikes Peak—doubled in size overnight to more than 24 square miles, according to the Associated Press.
The blaze has destroyed an unknown number of homes, caused roads to be closed and shut down part of the U.S. Air Force Academy. About 2,100 residents of the academy's campus were told to evacuate on Tuesday.
No deaths or injuries have been reported.
Fire officials said the fire was just 5 percent contained, and dry, searing triple-digit heat in Colorado was not helping.
"This is a firestorm of epic proportions," Colorado Springs Fire chief Richard Brown said at a news conference late Tuesday.
"From the vantage point of a command post about 10 miles from the path of advancing flames," Reuters said, "the entire community of Mountain Shadows, a northwest subdivision, appeared to be enveloped in an orange glow after dark."
Colorado Gov. John Hickenlooper, who surveyed the fire from the air, said: "It was like looking at the worst movie set you could imagine--it's almost surreal. You look at that, and it's like nothing I've seen before."
Hickenlooper added: "This is the worst fire season in the history of Colorado."
Local residents have taken to Twitter, Facebook and Flickr to post photos of the towering flames and billowing smoke.
The wildfire is one of about a dozen burning in Colorado, including the High Park Fire—Colorado's second largest ever—which has scorched more than 83,000 acres, destroyed 248 homes and is blamed for at least one death. Overall, four people have died due to wildfires in the state this year.
The Federal Emergency Management Agency authorized the use of federal funds to fight the Colorado fires, according to MSNBC.
On Monday, four C-130 military aircraft tankers were called in to help battle the blaze, dropping 3,000 gallons of fire retardant on the fire in shifts.

.. And look what else happens in America when state supported thugs attack and brutalize Jews in Israel, and the U.S. State Department is all for it.This is happening all over: the NWO in action, plus Muslim Obama the caliph wannabe helping it along. Only Israel can stop this; if we stop it here, it WILL stop in America. We let it go here, it will only get worse and worse, there  and everywhere else. Is this what Jews want for America, for the world? Is this what our left-wing Jews want???

Op-Ed: The Halakhic View on Home Demolitions in Israel

Published: Tuesday, June 26, 2012 2:46 PM
The halakhic responsa is based on elucidating the parameters of Torah principles when juxtaposed with acceptance of the decisions of a governmental authority, a precept called Dina deMalchuta Dina.

'Dina d'Malchuta Dina' ("The Law of the Land is the Binding Law")

'Dina d'malchuta dina' is the fundamental rule in civil law and relationships between individuals and government. The meaning of this law is that one is obligated to maintain and uphold the laws of the 'malchut' (kingdom), whether they be laws involving income taxes and customs, or laws relating to public guidelines, such as building laws or traffic regulations (Shulchan Aruch, Choshen Mishpat 369:6). In general, any government accepted by the majority of its citizen's falls under the definition of 'malchut', including the Knesset and the government.
Two main reasons were given for this rule. First, because inhabitants of the country accept upon themselves the kingdom and relinquish some of their rights, and agree that it sets rules and manages the arrangements of community life. True, many citizens complain about high taxes and various laws, but as long as they do not openly rebel against the government, they agree that having a government is preferable over the potential chaos that might prevail without it. Thus, they assign the kingdom the right to determine laws and regulations, and collect taxes.
Another rationale for this rule states that, in fact, the land of each country belongs to the kingdom due to the law of 'keebush' (conquest), for owing to its military and economic powers, the kingdom safeguards the country, and consequently, all state-owned lands belong to it. Anyone who desires to reside in the country must observe the laws of the "landlord", namely, the kingdom. And although all houses and courtyards are privately owned, nevertheless, their ownership relies on the underlying ownership of the kingdom, for without it, the houses and courtyards would not remain in their possession.
According to this explanation, in the opinion of Ran (Rabbeinu Nissim), the rule 'dina d'malchuta dina' does not apply in the Land of Israel, because no kingdom has the right to expel a Jew from the land that God promised to Israel. In practice, however, the halakha was determined according to the first reason, and thus, even in the Land of Israel, one is obligated to obey the law of the kingdom (Shulchan Aruch, Choshen Mishpat 369:6).
Moreover, when the government and the Knesset are elected by a Jewish majority, their rule has the validity of 'chaver ir' (councilmen), and as the 'poskim' have written, leaders chosen by the community have the authority to establish regulations, punish, and penalize those who break the laws (Responsa of the 'Rosh', rule 6, note 19:27).
Laws that Are Not Obligatory
However, if a king arises and proclaims illogical and immoral decrees, they have no validity, because "the 'law' of the kingdom, is the law", but, "the 'thievery' of the kingdom, is not the law" (Nimukei Yosef, Bava Batra 54b; Ritva, see Tzitz Eliezer 16:49).
Nevertheless, only in a case where the law is clearly wrong and blatantly unjust, is the law of the kingdom null and void. Corrupt or discriminatory practices, found in all governments, do not annul the rule of 'dina d'malchuta dina', for if every corrupt practice was meant to invalidate this rule, there would not be a place in the world where it actually applies.

Torah Commandments Exceed Laws of the Kingdom
One significant restriction stands before the law of the kingdom in the Jewish state, namely, any law contrary to the mitzvoth of the Torah has no binding force. As the Jewish people said to Yehoshua bin Nun (Joshua) at the start of his rule: "All that you command us we will do, and wherever you send us, we will go. As we hearkened to Moses in all things, so will we hearken to you: only the Lord your God be with you, as he was with Moses. Whoever rebels against your commandment, and will not hearken to your words in all that you command him, he shall be put to death: only be strong and of a good courage" (Book of Joshua 1:16-18). In other words, Yehoshua's regulations were valid only on the condition that he fulfills the verse (1:7): "Only be strong and very courageous, and observe to do according to all the Torah…turn not from it to the right hand nor to the left…"
From this, our Sages learned a halakha for all generations, that if a king orders a decree contradictory to the Torah – his words are null and void, and he should not be listened to (Sanhedrin 49a; Rambam, Laws of Kings 3:9). Incidentally, this is the source from which the civilized world learned the principle that a person is not obligated to fulfill a law which sharply contradicts his faith and conscience (Pininei Halacha, "Ha'Am v' Ha'aretz" 6:1-5).
The Mitzvah of Settling the Land of Israel
It is a Torah mitzvah to settle all of the Land of Israel, as it is written (Numbers 33:53): "Occupy the land and live in it" (Ramban, Supplement to Positive Mitzvah 4; Shulchan Aruch, Even HaEzer 75; Pitchei Tshuva 6). This mitzvah is equal to all the mitzvoth (Sifrei, parshat Re'eh).
Someone who uproots a Jew from the Land of Israel with the intention of giving it to a non-Jew, in addition to nullifying the mitzvah of settling the land transgresses other Torah prohibitions: 1) "Do not allow them to reside in your land" (Exodus 23:33; Rambam, Laws of Idol Worship 10:6). 2) "Nor show mercy to them" (Deuteronomy 7:2; Avodah Zara 20a). 3) "No land shall be sold permanently" Leviticus 25:23; Ramban, Negative Mitzvah 227). Moreover, anyone who surrenders to a non-Jewish enemy even straw and hay from towns close to the border of Israel, is considered by halacha as endangering Jewish lives; all the more so will the uprooting of a Jew from his inheritance lead to terrible dangers (Eruvin 45a; Shulchan Aruch, Orech Chaim 329:6).
Settling the Land Overrides Danger to Life

In a sense, the mitzvah of settling the Land of Israel is more severe than the rest of the mitzvoth, because it is the only mitzvah we are commanded to endanger lives in order to fulfill. Given that we are commanded to conquer the Land, and there is never a war without casualties, we see that the mitzvah of settling the Land supersedes 'pikuach nefesh' (the saving of life) of individuals (Minchat Chinuch 625). Nonetheless, it should be noted that in the overall reckoning, our Torah is one of life, and the risk we are commanded to take in war for our country, is aimed at adding life and salvation for the entire world. On the other hand, the fear of sacrificing lives for the sake of settling the Land causes infinitely more fatalities, as was the case in the Sin of the Spies.
'Let Him be Killed rather than Transgress'
Today, the severity of violating the mitzvah of settling the Land is far greater, because it entails 'chilul Hashem' (desecration of God), and in a sense, this falls under the category of 'yahareg v'al ya'avor' ('let him be killed rather than transgress'). For we have learned that if the Gentiles said to a Jew, "transgress a mitzvah from the Torah or we'll kill you" – he must transgress the mitzvah, with the exception of three offenses – idolatry, incest, and bloodshed – for which he must be killed, and not transgress.
But when they want to force a Jew to transgress a mitzvah from the Torah publicly (in front of ten Jews) in order to forgo his religion – namely, to demonstrate publicly that he does not observe the mitzvoth of his Torah – this already is considered a 'chilul Hashem', and subsequently, the halacha for all the mitzvoth from the Torah is, 'yahareg v'al ya'avor' (Rambam, Hilchot Yisodei HaTorah, chap.5). In this halakha lies the secret of the Jewish nation's moral and eternal existence.
Accordingly, our teacher and leader, Rabbi Tzvi Yehudah HaKohen Kook ztz"l, instructed that the prohibition of withdrawal from parts of Eretz Yisrael is on the level of 'ya'hareg v'al ya'avor', seeing as there is no more well-known mitzvah in the world than the mitzvah of settling the Land of Israel. All of the Torah and the Prophets speak of it, and every person in the world who reads the Bible, is familiar with it. And when Jews are willing to give up a part of their inheritance in the Land of Israel, it is considered a 'chilul Hashem' of the most severe degree.
Three Situations of Home Demolition in Judea and Samaria
Regrettably, from time to time we encounter the demolition of homes in Judea and Samaria, and we are faced with the question: Does this constitute a violation of the mitzvah to settle the Land, or is it a case of 'dina d'malchuta dina'? The foundation upon which the judgment is determined is the reason for demolition. There are three different situations:
1) In the case of religious coercion – it is considered similar to a situation of 'ya'hareg v'al ya'avor'.
2) When the legal grounds for destroying are reasonable, the destruction is permitted.
3) An ambiguous situation where the direct reason for destruction is reasonable, but the underlying cause is harming the settling of the Land. I will elaborate further: If the demolition is because, in the opinion of the Government or the courts, it is forbidden for a Jew to live in a certain region in the Land of Israel, then we are talking about religious coercion, and it is one's duty to rebel against it, in the sense of 'ya'hareg v'al ya'avor'.
While in practice this directive is extremely complex, and in most cases far from implementation (and I pray, I never have to actually clarify this dreadful issue), nevertheless, we are undoubtedly speaking about an extremely severe struggle involving 'misirut nefesh' (self-sacrifice).
Such was the situation in the destruction of the communities in Gush Katif and northern Samaria, but for various reasons, (this not being the place for detail), it turned out that as a collective, we did not act properly and as required by the ruling 'ya'hareg v'al ya'avor'. And hopefully, God will save and protect us from reaching a similar situation in the future.
Is Demolition Ever Permitted?
In contrast, when a Jew builds his house deliberately on a public road or in an area intended for a park, or on privately-owned property – whether owned by a Jew or a non-Jew – there is no Torah prohibition to demolish his house. On the contrary – this is the how an orderly government is maintained. Also, when the courts determine that a certain person built his house in theft of someone else's property, there is no prohibition to demolish the house. Even if it appears that the court erred in its decision, as long as it is a reasonable mistake, it still falls under the ruling 'dina d'malchuta dina'. In a similar manner, our Sages said: "Even if you err inadvertently, even if you err deliberately, even if you are misled." I have written about this a number of times in my column "Revivim", and in "Pininei Halachah" (see, "Ha'Am v'Ha'aretz" 5:7).
An Ambiguous Situation
There are ambiguous situations, where, on the one hand, there is no decision in principle opposing the right of Jews to live in a particular region of Eretz Yisrael, and the decision of the Government or the courts is based on legal procedures and regulations.
However, on the other hand, the decision to demolish the house apparently stems from a position which denies the right of Jews to live in that region. For example, if in all similar cases elsewhere in the country, the order is not to demolish houses, but rather to reach an agreement; or, if all Arab claims are accepted, whereas all Jewish claims are constantly denied.
In such a case, the question returns to the doorstep of the Government, which has the ability to construct additional houses in that area. If the Government gives instructions to build several houses in place of those intended to be demolished, then it demonstrates that it is not working in opposition to settling the Land, and the decision to demolish reverts to being permitted – by reason of 'dina d'malchuta dina'. Nevertheless, if there are injustices in the decision, public debate should be raised, but the orders' implementation should not be contested.
If, however, the Government does not exercise its authority to build, then apparently the demolition stems from a desire to harm the mitzvah of settling the Land. While this is still not considered public religious coercion in view of the fact that the reasoning is based on the law and is of limited scope, nevertheless, seeing as, in this case, the action of destroying homes blatantly violates the mitzvoth of the Torah, no policeman, soldier, or citizen should honor or obey such an order, and it is even a mitzvah to rebel against it in all commonly acceptable ways. But the struggle should not be intensified beyond this, seeing as it is not explicitly considered religious coercion

The Stench of Deceit PART XIV: UPDATE on Bye, Bye Givat Ha'Ulpana: FAITH is the question.

UPDATE:

IF, and only if the situation described in the article and video below is for real, then I will take back all my words, and the Ge'ulah is truly here. By the way this rabbi does look very decent and honest, and I hope I did not misjudge his actions; if I did, Al Chet Shechatati, and I ask for his forgiveness

It doesn't change past wrongs, though: Gush Katif, Amona, Havat Gilad, Mitzpeh Avichai, etc.  will never be forgotten, and not forgiven either, certainly not at this stage of the game.

Could it be that the government of Israel is actually doing Teshuvah? Could there be such a thing? Miracles, miracles?

B"H

Yesterday I wrote a long article about the complete and rapid surrender of Givat Ha'Ulpana's leaders to the demands of the government to destroy the neighborhood, which I also discussed in a radio interview on the Barry Chamish show, link provided below:

In it, quoting an impressive and scholarly article from Jewish sources re: who the Erev Rav is, which points a finger at rabbis and religious leaders, I agreed with that author and attributed the rabbis' wholesale surrender to them being a secret form of the Erev Rav. However this morning upon awakening I had a sudden flash of understanding, which I think is more correct. So for now I do withdraw my statements about them being the Erev Rav, and I apologize sincerely if I maligned somebody unwittlingly. In my radio interview I also pointed to the various righteous rabbis who are indeed deserving of our praises for their courageous stand. But even for the rabbis who did and do go along with the demands of the government, I think there are other explanations, found in our scriptures and otherwise, that would better explain the rabbis' and our leaders' wholesale surrender to the criminal government's demands.

Yes, there is the power seeking element, yes, there is the lucre. After all, if a rabbi or some other leader is involved in a real estate deal and that is his livelihood, of course he will be swayed by the potential profit and losses deriving from it, after all he is human. That is why the Torah warns us in the strongest terms not to use it for personal gain. That is why our greatest sages traditionally earned their keep in other professions, cobblers, store keepers, etc: they never gained a penny from Torah. Torah can only be tought Lishma. The moment a salary is in question, and particularly if that salary comes from a corrupt and evil government, there is a serious problem, as proper judgment is in question.
That is why Moshe Rabbeinu clearly states in this week's parsha, Korach:

 Numbers 16: 15

  לֹא חֲמוֹר אֶחָד מֵהֶם נָשָׂאתִי

" I have not taken even a single donkey of theirs... "

I have not led Am Yisrael for profit.

Moshe's fortune came from a sapphire mine that Hashem had showed him and given to him, not from Pharaoh's treasury, - actually it was Korach who had been Pharaoh's treasurer! - not from a salary from the government, not from money raised for a Yeshivah and used in a real estate deal, subject to issues of profit and losses, subject to authorization from a corrupt and evil government. We saw what happened to the rabbi of the Yeshivah of Har Bracha, Rav ELIEZER Melamed (NOT ZALMAN Melamed of Beth El). The rav of Har Bracha stood his ground against the government, he was harassed by Barak and his Yeshiva ostracized. Rabbi Shapira, Z"L, told the truth, stood his ground, and seven innocent pupils from Mercaz Harav were massacred one Rosh Chodesh Adar. Accident? Of course not. There is retaliation against rabbis who refuse to play ball, who refuse to be corrupted.

Yes, there is an Erev Rav element of attachment to power and money.

But there is more to it:

The surrender of the rabbis happened Tuesday night, on the cusp of both parshiot, Shelach Lecha, and Korach. Both of those parshiot are very relevant to what happened. In Shelach Lecha we learned about the Spies, the MERAGLIM who came back to Am Yisrael with the following report:

Numbers 13: 31-33

31 But the men that went up with him said: 'We are not able to go up against the people; for they are stronger than we.'
32 And they spread an evil report of the land which they had spied out unto the children of Israel, saying: 'The land, through which we have passed to spy it out, is a land that eats up its inhabitants and all the people that we saw in it are men of great stature.
33 And there we saw the Nephilim, the sons of Anak, who come of the Nephilim; and we were in our own sight as grasshoppers, and so we were in their sight.'

This is exactly what happened with our rabbis and our leaders. They repeated, almost exactly word for word, the sin of the Spies:

" Some battles cannot be won."

The Anakim, the giants, are those steroid-pumped mercenaries, the thugs, the heavily armed police and army battalions of Peres, Ehud Barak, Bibi, and company, financed by our rich enemies. And just like the spies of old, our leaders got scared. They lacked the faith in God required of leaders of the Jewish People, the belief that Hashem will come to our aid if we only trust in Him, if we only have the courage to go up, and know that He will fight our battles, save us, and give us victory. It seems the rabbis themselves don't believe truly and deeply that God gave us this Land, that we have the right, no the obligation, to fight for it.

They were no Caleb, they were no Yehoshua. They were the Ten Spies named by name in the Torah. I could name our current "spies" by name too, but why should I? Everybody by now knows who those rabbis, who those sold-out leaders are.

The problem is that the People are following them blindly, just like in days of old.

The leaders are to blame. They were punished in the Torah. Will they be punished this time as well?

It took a Nachson ben Aminadav to go into the raging waters, to face certain death, knowing with full faith that Hashem would come to Am Yisrael's rescue if only they trusted Him.

The only way to draw Hashem's grace is to have that courage, to have that faith. Without our faith Hashem will NOT come to our help. He demands of us that sacrifice, that show of trust in Him. That is a very difficult test: not every rabbi is ready to be a Rabbi Akiva, a martyr. And unfortunately we have had so many martyrs throughout the ages. On the other hand during the Holocaust we witnessed leaders, including some rabbis, who saved their own skins, hiding the truth from their followers, led them to their graves, while they themselves were led to safety.
Yet there were leaders who, like the captain on the proverbial ship, got off last. In Gush Katif as well, the leaders who blinded the people were rewarded, while their victims were led to despair, misery and homelessness. Don't those leaders, those rabbis, suffer any remorse? How can they sleep at night? Or did they possibly cooperate with an evil government out of genuine concern for the survival of the people? But then whom were they really afraid of? Who was this fierce enemy they were so afraid of? Be honest; it was the israeli government, as there was not other enemy to fear there. So how could they cooperate with such an evil entity without denouncing it?

Notice the strange silence this past week of Rav Shmuel Elihayu, Rav Yaakov Yosef, Rabbi Ginsburg, and the empty statement of Rav Lior re: Givat Ha'Ulpana. Now go back to the saga of Torat Hamelech, and notice how just recently the rabbis were exonerated. Again, do you think it was by accident? Of course not. The date of their exoneration was 5/28. The deal was made on 6/19. The time of the exoneration was just about the time that two rabbis started a hunger strike in favor of the Regulation Law. The government saw trouble with the rabbis, and, true to its vile character, used one of its regular weapons: legal charges and harassment.

Recall that the charges against the rabbis were extremely serious:

as they had been dragged in front of a police unit, the Yachbal,  created specially for international crimes and funded by the UN. They were about to be indicted in an international court for war crimes, and potentially dragged to the Hague to face a non-Jewish court of law. Have no doubt for a minute that the state of Israel would have extradited them in an instant. So just before the vote on the Regulation Law, the police handed them a carrot: be quiet, don't say a word, stay out of it, and we will leave you alone.

And indeed we did not hear from them.

The stick, on the other hand, is the unending list of rabbis and leaders MURDERED by our government and the PTB for refusing to play ball with them. For countless recollection of cases, search the following labels on the blog:

"criminal police", "murders", "car accidents",

or simply do a search with key words

And of course we haven't heard from any of the Haredi rabbis, who are just as guilty, as they are not coming to the aid of our poor persecuted leaders.

Who can blame the rabbis, though? You have to be a real hero to dare face up to the monsters. Frankly, how many of us are up to the test? An Abraham was, a Daniel was, a Rabbi Akiva was, a Mordechai was, a Nachshon ben Aminadav was, a Yehoshua was, a Caleb was; but the great majority of our leaders are simply scared.

WHAT WE NEED TODAY IS SIMPLE FAITH, the simple courage to face up to the Goliaths of our days, the israeli government, the police, the Shabak, the Yassam, the Yamam, the UN, all the alphabet soup, Esav, Edom, and Yishmael.

Just like Caleb we need the Patriarchs; we also need Yosef's radiance to have the courage to face Esav; no wonder the PTB are trying to separate us from those two sources of strength and faith!

 http://www.israelnationalnews.com/News/News.aspx/157085#.T-LuD5HO6So

It is difficult; we do not know if we have the Zechut, if Hashem will save us or not. We are indeed taking a chance. But without taking a chance there is not even a chance of salvation from God! Our history has proven that, the Torah has proven that and has recorded that.

So, I am jumping in, I am taking a chance. Will you follow me?

AFTER THE FACT:

  • Getting help from an unlikely source:
  http://www.haaretz.com/news/national/israel-police-may-have-been-ill-prepared-ahead-of-violent-protest-officials-say-1.443540

This article is proof - if you needed more - of the extreme and inhumane level of israeli police brutality. They have lost all legitimacy, showing the whole world that they are criminals in uniform doing the work of other criminals in power, the PTB, the NWO.

  • More help in the form of listeners to Barry's show, who were shocked by my graphic report of Nazi tactics employed against innocent Jews in Yesha, and decided to alert key people abroad: the word is getting out.

  • Oh how nice: interesting how they didn't notice until now - I guess there weren't enough events, right? Amona, Gush Katif, Havat Gilad, Mitzpeh Avichai, etc, etc, - I guess there weren't enough pictures, or reports... amazing what bias will do.

Bar Association: Police Violated Demonstrators' Rights

Co-chairmen Uri Keinan and Avi Himi of the Criminal Forum of the Israel Bar Association sent a letter to Police Commissioner Yochanan Danino, Sunday, complaining that a number of the approximately 80 people arrested during social-justice demonstrations, Saturday evening in Tel Aviv, were not allowed to consult with attorneys. They called it "a most important right, if not the most important right of a suspect" to guarantee due process.
Bar Association head Doron Barzilai condemned acts of vandalism on the part of demonstrators as well as the tough response of the police, explaining that the right to freedom of expression is important, but not at the expense of security, property and public order.
  •  I guess those leftists didn't think their demonstrations would end up helping US against the police, did they? Yesh Din: there is justice after all.
Legal Forum: Investigate Police Violence in Tel Aviv

The Legal Forum for the Land of Israel demanded, Sunday, that Attorney General Yehuda Weinstein investigate the use of force by police in breaking up Saturday evening's social-justice demonstration in Tel Aviv. Forum attorney Hila Cohen said, "It appears that the use of force passed the bounds of what is proportional and reasonable for breaking up a demonstration and reached real violence, which is serious and dangerous to the safety of the public as well as to the safety of democracy."
The forum said the police had an interest in investigating these acts in order to increase public confidence by eradicating excesses that don't meet the standard of the law. It said a new body to oversee state prosecutors should oversee the police too.

You see, when you have faith and do the right thing God comes to your help!

The Stench of Deceit, Part XIII: Bye Bye, Gaza; Bye Bye, Givat Ha'Ulpana

Shomron Residents Vow to Fight

B"H

Shalom Y' all,

It is with deep emotional pain that I am writing this post; normally I like to share what I have discovered with my readers, but this time the reality of it all hurts me to the core.

Last night I appeared on Barry Chamish's radio show again; this has become a regular occurrence, as every so often Barry asks me to be his guest; he is a knowledgeable radio host and cares tremendously about current events in Israel,  so we always end up having lively discussions. This time was no exception, as the topic of Givat Ha'Ulpana touches him to the core too: after all he even wrote a book about the expulsion from Gush Katif, called "Bye Bye Gaza". We discussed Givat Ha'Ulpana last night: after uncovering what I have uncovered, the only thing I can say is, "Bye, Bye, Givat Ha'Ulpana". You will understand the title as you listen to the show:

( I have included both links in case one of them gets removed after a week, as Barry mentioned).

The audio pretty much says it all, but in addition I have included links to my sources. In addition I have written an update, a separate post, with some new understandings that just occurred to me re: the rabbis' strange behavior; please bear with me and read it, I think it is important; what I said in the audio interview re: the rabbis being the Erev Rav is not necessarily correct, even though a Talmid Chacham ( Torah scholar) came to that conclusion ( incidentally I don't have the name of the author of that paper).

  • For starters, I would like you to watch the video, MERAGLIM, Part I- IV, which you will find in the sidebar of this blog: see for yourselves! I have to warn you: the videos load extremely slowly.
  • Here is an article which describes how Givat Ha'Ulpana was purchased, who the buyers were, and what happened:

  • As you can see from the above video shot three years ago, some residents in the Shomron had no intention of giving up without a fight; they were upended once again.
  •  If you want to understand what military forces they and other settlers are up against, see here; the best SWAT team in the world, among others:

(The following articles show you the lethality of some of the weapons to be used by the attack forces against residents.)

( Arutz 7 reported that 1000 police personnel, including Yassam, SWAT teams, border police, mounted police, etc, were prepared to be deployed against the residents, and training was on the way).

  • To get an idea about the level of brutality perpetrated against Jewish civilians removed from their homes on other such occasions, often in the middle of the night, on coldest winter nights and with utter barbarity, check out the labels on my blog:

"israeli police torturing settlers", and  "criminal police"

The first label also includes information on Barak's special unit against the settlers. And on some videos you can clearly see masked mercenaries who barely utter a word or two of Hebrew. The second label is very relevant to my coming UPDATE.

  •  Now after you have been informed that both Ketzaleh and Rabbi Melamed were the main purchasers and builders of the piece of real estate named Givat Ha'Ulpana, see first of all their bravado after hearing about the plans to use brutality against the residents, see how right away they said ' no violence', how Ketzaleh described the savage attackers as the residents' brothers ( yeah, right!), and then observe how they immediately folded. See how the Yesha Council, and Zambish himself, are directly involved in the Givat Ha'Ulpana situation, and how once again the residents trust him completely, even coming to his defense; naivete knows no bounds.Yes indeed, a deal was agreed upon and promises made. What are they worth, though? What is the government's record????

  •   Read articles entitled " The Stench of Deceit ", starting with this one:

all the way to number XII - this post is number XIII ; not all articles are directly related, some have an indirect relationship, but in essence they show the government of Israel's duplicity, its evil plans against the Jews of Israel, and its complicity with the powers of evil, i.e. Amalek.

  • Read here about the Erev Rav: the article is important, but upon reflection I don't necessarily agree with the author re: who he assesses the Erev Rav represents, and in this case I don't think we are dealing with Erev Rav rabbis, on the contrary. Their case is a completely different story. There is a reason the video series about Gush Katif was called 'Meraglim', 'Spies'. Please read my update - linked above -, in a separate post, regarding my own interpretation of the rabbis' behavior. I therefore have to retract the spoken words I said about them in the radio interview. My apologies for calling them Erev Rav: just because another  writer said so doesn't mean it's correct, even if he is a Talmid Chacham.

  • The label "NATO" will  allow you to discover the piecemeal strategy against Israel. If you access the NDC website, article #21 will prove to you that NATO is broke. It will also make you understand who the players against Israel are. After all NATO is a joint army comprising Europe, the US, and various other participants. The US gives the most money, has the most clout, and has the most influence on Bibi, Barak and company, but in essence the strategy is coordinated at the highest echelons, and directly supervised by pope Benedikt himself.

We are truly in the war of Gog and Magog described by the prophets. It is actually encouraging to watch those said NATO forces on one side, and Russia, Iran and China on the other, at each others' throats in Syria. Do not forget that Syria IS part of the Land of the Bible given to the Jewish People. So when the prophets said that Gog and Magog would find their graves here, I think they were not so far-fetched. We can already see how enemies of Israel are warring against each other, how Arabs are killing each other. So there are some encouraging signs; but meanwhile here in the state of Israel, we see our inept and corrupt Erev Rav government follow at best Menachem Begin and his disastrous approach during the Altalena episode,

- as MK Ayelet Shaked aptly pointed out in different words:-

rather than the dictates of the Torah, which has commanded us to defend Eretz Yisrael and to destroy Amalek.

So the bottom line is, we need to stop being so naive, we need to stop following leaders who betray us for whatever their reasons are, and we need to start to do what God has commanded us to do.

Time to do REAL Teshuvah, in this respect as well.

Reminder: re: the rabbis and their behavior, please read the upcoming post, UPDATE on  Bye, Bye, Givat Ha'Ulpana.

If you have the time, this might be worth your while; quite interesting and relevant.

Jack shared this. Thank you.
I know, we have other, more pressing concerns right now. Still, without remembering the underpinnings of our concerns we might miss an important part of the total picture ( it doesn't mean I agree with all of the speaker's philosophy - still, a lot of his information is true, interesting and relevant).

Hmmm, some unexpected correlations found here...

"Torus" the "fundamental life energy pattern"? The word sure sounds like another name I learned for the "tree of Life", the "Torah" (Toras Moshe in Ashkenaz pronunciation).

And ask Dov-Bear Bar Leib what some Mekubalim say about the number 64: the gematria of Kelipah Nogah which we discussed during the Venus Transit is 64. See an interpretation here:

Tomorrow night I will be doing a radio interview on the Barry Chamish show, B"H. There I will be discussing the Givat Ha'Ulpana situation, Syria, and related topics. But for now, enjoy watching this intriguing video.

On a related theme, I had written a well-researched article a couple of years ago, here:

If you have the time, please do review it, it might be worth your while as well ( in particular from Chapter 3 on).... but maybe not; in retrospect it was a very informative article, but filled with bizarre people and their unholy ideas.

Till next time.
